Fantastic experience: Dr Mehak is a dentist who genuinely cares, takes her time and actually listens. I was the first in my family to see her and she gave me a clear, well explained treatment plan. She’s got a lot of experience and it shows the minute she starts talking you through everything. My whole family goes to her now. My partner and both my kids have had treatment with her and we all feel like we’ve finally found a dentist we can talk to confidently, trust and feel comfortable with. The whole team there is lovely. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly and welcoming and the clinic just has a good feel when you walk in. We honestly feel very lucky to have Dr Mehak as our family dentist.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Sayers Dental Authentic & Implants and Dr. Mehak because of a gum issue. After a cleaning, she explained that some areas of my teeth, especially the front ones, were hard to brush properly, which could lead to future gum problems. She recommended aligners to help improve my oral hygiene. During the aligner treatment, I developed an infection in my lower left wisdom tooth. Dr. Mehak advised extracting it before it got worse, and I ended up having all four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Mehak was very caring throughout, even calling to check on me during recovery. I always felt comfortable going back if I had any concerns. Her clinic feels like home warm, welcoming, and not at all like a scary dentist’s office. Dr. Mehak always makes me feel at ease and truly cares about her patients. From the start she was so helpful in explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable with everything. Going in for a dental procedure is always nerve wrecking but Dr Mehak explained everything in detail including the cost and the options I had going forward. She was professional and really put in effort in making sure I was well taken care of. It’s been 3 months since I started getting Invisalign and I am so happy with the results so far.

Negative experience: Very disappointed!!! I want to try this Dental because the good reviews.... However, my appointment was cancelled just 2 mins before I got there! Waste people time! I made the appointment this morning. They told me this 2pm was available but need arrive 10 minutes earlier, at 1.50pm, for the new patient to fill up the form. However they called me at 1.42pm told my appointment need to be cancelled and change for tomorrow 2.10pm that was the next earliest. I was on Morris Road and turning to Sayer Road already when they called me. It just about 2 minutes left to the clinic. It's NOT professional!! The notice was too late. Hopefully will not happen to other patient in the future. Whatever how good reviews they have but I won't go to this Dental again.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise and thank dr.Makieha enough for staying back to fit me in and for the wonderful job she did. I had dental surgery twice with hardly any pain even after the procedures. She then made me a denture that I am very happy and comfortable with. I recommend this dentist to anyone. She understand the Patient need and act on it appropriately. When the dental procedure requires dental injection, she would carried its out slowly and patiently to minimise the level of pain and discomfort for her Patient. There are a lot of Dentists in Melbourne, but a dentist that make you feel you are in good hand sure is hard to find.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience making my denture there. The male dentist was very impatient and not skilful. My mouth was forced to open too wide after the mould was set. That caused me to have popping jaw on left side of face. Few months until now I am still having this problem. Guess I have to live with it my entire life.

Going to the dentist isn’t my favourite thing to do as I have had a fear in the past and my previous dentist clearly did not have empathy or compassion towards my needs. I arranged to meet Dr Rashi Gupta, started with a consultation and have had 2 visits since. I could not be happier, Dr Gupta made me feel extremely comfortable prior to and during my examinations. Fantastic experience: I recently paid a visit to Sayers Dental with a tooth ache. So impressed! I got a same day appointment with Dr Rashi to check out my tooth & in the same sitting she managed to repair the filling that was causing the ache, done in 25 minutes, and boom the pain was gone within a day. I came back the following week to get my other tooth filling fixed as it was in the verge of coming off.
