Fantastic experience: I snapped my tooth following a collision in the surf. Within a couple of hours, i was sat in the chair at Master Dental, and Dr Frank provided clear advice on my various treatment options. Within 3 days, the team had arranged to accommodate me after hours and i walked out with my smile restored. As a new patient, the gentleman on reception was courteous and efficient in collecting my details and arranging my appointment, the dental assistant was professional and looked after me during the whole procedure and Dr Frank's repair was excellent. No one wants to get emergency dental care, but when you have to, you want a quick, safe and professional experience. Master Dental delivered.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I can't leave negative stars so here goes.... I had a total of 4 x crowns and multiple fillings fitted by this clinic a couple of years ago and since then, 3 of the crowns and 2 fillings have fallen off. After considerable rework and cost, the 3 crowns and fillings have been replaced and my new dentist has done an amazing job. I've also had to go through 2 x root canals on 2 of the old crown stumps. The first one I'm told is unrelated to the dental work, the second I guess was a coincidence.

Fantastic experience: First of all the Master Dental’s team are amazing, helpful, friendly, honest, polite and respectful. Really appreciate Dr. Frank, Barbara and Kerri. Secondly, Have got my Fast Braces and the results are impressive, a regular treatment would take ages. However, with Fast Braces my teeth are already straight in about 6 months. No dramas at all. Strongly recommend Master Dental and Fast Braces’ technique.

Fantastic experience: Losing a front tooth is always going to be tromatic expericance as it can massively affect your day to day and self esteem. Dr Frank Huang has made my tradition over the last 6 months of getting an implant painless. His attention to detail is incredible. You couldn’t even tell it was fake!! No only was the final outcome perfect, the follow up care from the team was amazing. Barbara, his dental assistant would follow up after every visit and each stage of the procedure. Fantastic experience: I arrived at Master Dental with a broken molar and they saw me straight away. I cannot fault the staff, every single member and especially Dr Raj and Barbara. I had had a traumatic experience with an endodontist that kept me away from a dentist for 5 years and Raj and Barbara were brilliant with me, really understood my fear, gave me time and treated me with empathy and respect. I ended up needing a crown which I watched (in awe!) being designed by Dr Frank and then milled (like the statue of David!). Thank you to everyone, including Kerry the fabulous receptionist. You have restored my faith in dentists, you price honestly and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Master Dental for many years and Dr.Frank has always delivered a wide range of exceptional services. In 2017, he successfully retracted 4 wisdom teeth that were causing me a great deal of pain. It was a difficult procedure, because the bottom wisdom tooth was very close to the nerve system. However, Dr.Frank successfully removed all of these issues within the time frame of 2.5hrs and followed through each procedure with the highest level of precision, expertise and care. Recently, Dr. Frank provided fillings for gum recession, tooth sensitivity and he also fixed different cavity issues surrounding my top and bottom teeth. Since the treatment, my teeth feel great and they also look fantastic! Thank you Dr. Frank for the amazing work you provide, I couldn’t be more thankful.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my treatment with Dr Frank for fast braces. My over crowding teeth are now fully straight in just 6 months!! I was quoted by many dentists it would take at least two years with the old method and Dr Frank gave me these results in less than a year with fast braces. Fantastic experience: Had to get tooth pulled a few weeks ago and realised my mbf expired whilst overseas. Saw doctor kelia yan who was very friendly and professsional. They made sure i felt no pain before extraction which meant a few extra anesthetics as im quite tolerant. Cost was reasonable considering i had to pay outright. Multiple follow up calls were then recieved to make sure i was ok in days following. Will definitely go back when needed A+

What's nice about this place: 1. lists the treatment options for you in a table on a piece of paper for you to choose with pros and cons; 2. shows you before and after photos that shows the improvement 3. up front about how they operate, tells you the price of stuff and you have to sign an agreement form. professional and respectful of the patient. Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists in my life. I have seen very rough and very expensive dentists in my time. I have to say dentists at Master Dental are good. The dentists there are truly Masters of dental art. I trust Master Dental.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience here and have to get my work re-done somewhere else. the woman dentist (name slips me) seems lovely but shes clearly under skilled and all 3 of my fillings fell out within days and continue to plague me. and when I went back due to them falling out I was treated rudely as if it where my fault. tried to talk ti management but they are elusive and i just get brushed off by the 12 year old receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr Frank for making my dental bridge. I now don't need to wear any fake teeth which at times I forget to put on and I can smile how ever I want. I feel confident when I talk with any one without feeling self conscious of my teeth. I was amazed with the dental bridge being done on the same day. Fantastic experience: My brother has been tormented by toothache for a period of time, he had sought advice from several dentists. Though he got few suggestions, each of them is either expensive or frightening. His trouble didn't get any help till he consulted Dr Frank. Fantastic experience: I'm unsure how long I've been attending Doctor Frank Huang but I wont be going anywhere else. I've found him professional at all times, always friendly (which I think is important when someone is poking around ones mouth with sharp implements), and always took great care of me. I went in on one occasion with severe pain in my bottom left wisdom tooth. I don't know where these other reviews came from "removing unnecessary teeth". I got a thoroughly cleaning to work out I had excess dirt under a flap over my exposing wisdom tooth which fixed me right up. There was a suggestion that I should get my wisdom teeth out at a later point to avoid reoccurrence. I would always recommend the helpful team at Master Dental Dee Why. Even the secretary is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've had a number of dentists work on my teeth over the years. Dr Frank is extremely thorough and professional. He is also very open minded and enjoys "thinking outside the box" to solve problems. Unfortunately I've had my fair share of teeth issues (bad genetics) and so I've had to spend more time than I'd like on a dentists chair. Without doubt, Dr Frank is my most trusted dentist. He has delivered great outcomes for me consistently.

Negative experience: Have had several trips here. Most recently Dr Frank claimed I needed 9 fillings! One was urgent and the rest could be done regularly. I let him do the urgent one but waited until I was in the UK for my trusted dentist to have a second opinion, he told me a max of 3 were kind of needed including the urgent one which he described Dr Frank's work as shoddy and temporary, for such a big hole he made. The "master dentist" is a salesman with no regard for anything but how much you spend, i saved $2000, my teeth and will never return to them.

Negative experience: Took my six year old daughter for a check up here. Was told by the dentist that she needed fillings and he booked her in for 3 appointments, I was suspicious as we have always taken great care to look after her teeth. We took her for a second opinion and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with her teeth and she didn't need fillings. This dentist is either incompetent or out to make a quick book by drilling children's teeth under false pretences in my opinion. Very disappointed.
