Fantastic experience: First pain free scale and clean I had. Facility is modern and clean. Jason was very thorough and the whole team was very efficient and friendly. The results of the examination was well explained to me. They were able to identify a serious issue in one of my tooth that was not picked up before in my previous dentists. They have very reasonable rates and they work with you on a treatment plan, just the very basics of what you need to save your teeth. No upselling or pushing, they give you options and entirely up to you what you want done and when. This is very rare among the dentists i’ve seen. I walked out there feeling confident from the thorough exam and clean I got. My search for a reliable and trustworthy dentist is over. If you’re one of those who keeps postponing dental visits because of a past bad experience or cost, go give them a visit and you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely flawless experience here. I was very nervous about going to dentist (I think most could relate) but Dr. Lau is an incredibly patient, gentle and talented dentist. After a very thorough examination and clear explanations of everything, I felt very calm and at ease with everything. This experience has completely erased my fear of the dentist! There's a story framed near the door about how Dr. Lau saved a man's life, if that isn't an indication that you're in amazing hands- nothing could be!!

He was absolutely wonderful! This morning I received a follow up call from the lovely Chelsea to see how I was doing. I am very impressed with Jason and his team and am so glad I found them. Dr Jason explains everything and makes you feel at ease and all the staff are super friendly. Before moving to GP my children would moan about going to the dentist however now they don’t mind it at all (the TV above the dentist chair and the massage chair in the waiting room definitely help with this as well)

Fantastic experience: "had an appointment with Dr Jason Lau for my son's dental issues. He is a down-to-earth and well-experienced doctor. After thoroughly examining my kid's badly decaying teeth, he suggested me to got to a dental specialist. He even helped us book for an appointment with a specialist. When it came to pay for my kid's check up , he asked me if I had any medicare insurance coverage. I didn't have any. I had concerns for my kid's dental treatment costs because my son will have to undergo more treatments. He will have to remove four decaying teeths and half of two more teeths. To my surprise, Dr Lau didn't change a single cent for my kid's check up. I highly recommend dental patients to visit Dr Lau "

Fantastic experience: Wow ... I can’t recommend Dr Jason Lau highly enough. I hadn’t been to a dentist in well over 10 years from fear (despite having four children I was more afraid of a dentist)... but Jason and his dental assistant put me at ease immediately. He explained every step and didn’t do anything without checking I was okay first.... honestly he has removed my fears completely. I walked away with pearly white teeth and a spring in my step... highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If anyone’s interested in finding a dentist in Western Sydney I can vouch for Dr Jason and Glenmore Park Dental. Went there for a checkup/cleaning this afternoon along with my mum. Found him via a dental week Q&A post online. He was very thorough examining my teeth, took xrays, took before and after pictures using some kind of specialised camera on a wand. (Never seen a dentist use it before) Explained in detail the condition of my teeth and gums both before and after the cleaning, showing pictures on a monitor. Was able to diagnose gum disease affecting my mum and explained to me an X-ray of my teeth which shows signs that I am also predisposed to the condition. None of the dental practices I’ve been to have mentioned it before. The cleaning was the most pain-free/painless that I have ever been to. I usually go to Pacific Smiles Dental in Penrith and it always hurts. In the dental room there’s a lcd tv mounted on the roof, so there’s something to look at while you’re on the chair and he does his work. My health insurance is with Westfund who they’re partnered with, so no gap, no need to pay any extra - health fund paid for it all. Although I’ve never have had to pay gap with my health fund at other dentists I’ve been to (so price of individual services don’t affect me so much - health fund pays for it) had a look at the hicaps receipt and the total price of the first visit was much cheaper than Pacific Smiles Dental Penrith. Very fair pricing and no dodgy markups. If you live in the area and you’re with a health fund that has gap payments or aren’t insured, might be useful to know. The dental practice is pretty much just the dentist and an assistant so service was very friendly and personal. Didn’t feel rushed and appreciated the honest service + advice. Will recommend this place to other family members.
