Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for over 25 years in total and I highly recommend both Raymond and Victor!! They are both very caring, kind and professional dentists. Very friendly staff as well!! I visit 6 monthly and look forward to the visits. They make everything so easy and simple. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Highly recommended!!!!

He is extremely qualified and does complicated dentistry I don’t think could be attempted by every dentist. I have had veneers which he did many years ago and with the occasional up keep they are still beautiful.

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend this dental centre. I have recently gotten braces from here and they have been nothing short of amazing. I got a few quotes as to how much braces would cost me from some other orthodontist clinics and they were the cheapest I came across. They have given me a lot of information when it came to getting my braces and the journey to getting them was quick and painless.

Fantastic experience: After having crooked and overlapping teeth all my life, at the age of 56 I decided to have them straightened. Missy Chang was amazing! With her caring approach my nerves were at ease. In less than a year I had beautiful straight teeth. Missy genuinely cares for her patients and has a detailed and meticulous approach. I would recommend her to anyone!

Negative experience: Got braces done and during a maintanrnce process Dr Boctor filed my canines down without my consent. The fact that this dentist decided that his predetermined ideal of teeth beauty was more important than asking for consent to file down a CONSIDERABLE amount of multiple teeth is frankly disturbing. It's made eating considerably harder since this has happened to me and I regret ever associating with this practice.

Fantastic experience: Missy Chang is a true professional. I had such a positive experience at Smile Centre with Missy Chang - she is such a friendly, helpful and empathetic dentist. Felt comfortable and safe sitting in the chair. She talked me through the usually unpleasant numbing injection. Her gentle approach and reassuring words were so helpful. She showed so much care. Plus her dentistry skills are superb. Highly recommend this A+ dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best!

Negative experience: This is the worst Dental practice ever. After having a filling in which I said please do what needs to be done due to an infection under my tooth which Raymond pointed out after an x ray first he still proceeded. The tooth needed a root canal which Raymond failed to do so. I went home that night started antibiotics and was feeling even worse the next day. I called the practice told them my concerns regarding swelling of my face and being in some pain, they told me not to worry wait until Monday before they would further evaluate me. I didn’t make it to Monday that Friday night I ended up in hospital with a temperature of 42 degrees (life threatening) after I had surgery and had my tooth pulled and the infection drained once I was out of hospital I went back into the practice expressed my concerns again and told them what had happened to me the receptionist said “oh well that’s a little dramatic” I said excuse me I could have died being that the infection was so close to my heart and my brain with a very high temperature. I was absolutely disgusted in their response to my concerns. They refunded my money and that was that. I wish I had of taken them further with my doctors/hospital reports. This company should be ashamed. Wouldn’t not recommend them at all.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Smile dental started many years ago and continues because they are really lovely. My dentist Missy wants the best result for you and works hard and efficiently to get your teeth looking and functioning their best. My smile make over is something I wanted for years due to a crooked tooth. Missy arranged a longer consultation and she fixed everything replacing my older and deteriorated white fillings(20 years) and straightening my crooked tooth so I no longer feel self conscious.

Positive experience: Got quoted $225 for a filling and charged an extra $40 for an apparent extra look inside that my partner didn't get when getting the exact same service previously. No problem with the work. We'll be going elsewhere next time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Raymond Boctor at Smilecentre Bundall straightened my teeth with Braces nearly 10 years ago. After teeth straightening I also had Zoom Teeth Whitening. Almost 10 years later and my teeth are still beautifully straight and still super bright and white! I highly recommend both braces and Zoom whitening with Dr Boctor.
