Fantastic experience: Axel at QV dental is an excellent dentist and obviously very passionate about what he does. I've had a lot of work done and trust him implicitly with my dental health. I've dealt with a few other team members at QV dental over the years and the experience has been similar. To top if off Axel and the team are always very welcoming and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

She efficiently handled the check-in process. The dental cleaning with Dr. Oren was thorough and professional; he took the time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I felt at ease. His attention to detail made the experience pleasant. Overall, the level of care and professionalism from the entire staff was truly commendable.

Fantastic experience: After an absence of a few years because of no longer working in the city, I returned to QV Dental in order to again see Dr Ecke. I trust his work and am happy to travel to see him and hygienist Basir, as he does a wonderful job. The front desk assistants are also very efficient and friendly. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Negative experience: My brother is left with no emergency treatments while coming there every day on indication from the insurance with guarantee of payment and agreement that they pay in advance plus emails and communications by the insurance with the center, without being treated, while he experienced a severe injury after a car incident with his tests ! Humanity and competencies where are you ?

Negative experience: Europ Assistance Australia contacted them many times and sent emails, plus provided insurance full guarantee of payment, plus they had the TAC of my brother which was badly injured with the teeth’s and gums and he can’t even eat normally, and they are anyway sending him away since last Thursday !! Unbelievable!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jennifer is the only dentist that I go to since 2017! I am not considering the clinics near my place, because I believe I will never see anyone else as caring and professional as her.

Negative experience: I have dealt with Dr Jenny and always came back because if her professionalism. I have been using QV dental for a long time and paid cash and a fair amount! Today i was told i need to pay a booking fee when i want to reschedule three days in advance? Sad now you have just lost a client! Response: Maybe your practice should employ staff to answer your phones! I called left messages your answer service, no call back. I called back ! The two times i had to re-book i had influenza,’i hope you not suggesting I should have showed up and shared the virus all because that would show safety of your clients is the last of your concerns! You have good practitioners; maybe your office etiquette needs to match.

Negative experience: The dentist was really good - very thorough and professional The reason I didn’t leave five stars is because the reception service is abysmal. I had to ask four times (once in person, twice by phone and once my email) to get the quote I was told I would get immediately. The lady on the phone said she would send them this quote right away, then I had to call them back a week later when it still didn’t come through. In order to get my medical records sent to me I had to chase them up over a two week period before anyone would respond to my emails. In the end I paid to get my X-rays done again at the new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Compassion, caring, sensitivity. Delivered high quality care all. But as a survivor traumatized dental care I have experience high quality care dental care from dr Axel. He has been only the most sensitive trauma informed caring dentist I have ever met!

I’ve been a regular patient ever since and have received nothing but excellent service from Dr. Axel and the team. Negative experience: Butcher. English Dentist used other end of instrument to bash down on my teet. Tried to break them? Seemed like it. Didn't fix problem, charged anyway. Useless and dangerous. Use a rock to bash your own teeth out.

Fantastic experience: coming from someone who has had a massive fear of dentist for over 25 years from a bad dental experience as a kid I have only ever been reactive in obtaining treatment. I have now been to see Dr Luke on 3 occasions firstly to discuss options for treatment and now 2 rounds for deep cleaning. Sam and the staff on the front desk have been amazing in helping me to relax and deal with my anxiety pre treatment. Dr Luke in the treatment has been wonderful from my use of my own music to help with my anxiety and relaxing to the amount of anesthetic used to minimize the pain and cope with the treatment. I still have several treatments ahead to fix the issues because if not having regular treatment but I am slowly becoming more at ease with the process and although i can't say i look forward to the treatments they have made it easier for me to deal with my fear of treatment and would suggest even just having a chat if you are scared about what needs to be done and they will help put you at ease and Dr Luke really helps to make things as relaxed as possible and Sam post treatment really has a great empathetic and caring persona resulting in a less traumatic experiance.

Fantastic experience: Axel and all of the supporting staff at QV Dental are second to none. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and make the experience of going to the Dentist a welcoming one. Updates via SMS for up and coming appointments and if you are busy and don’t get around to it they keep following up every 3 months, have been attending since 2006 and my teeth are in excellent condition and in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Luke yesterday and was very happy with the consult. I have to admit that I had been avoiding the dentist and had not been to see one for over 5 years! It was certainly long overdue but Dr Luke was very understanding and non- judgemental of the time it has been since consults, he didn’t make me feel bad about it - very friendly and I felt trust that Dr Luke had a lot of expertise. The consult was straight forward and quick, and Dr Luke showed and explained the issue I was experiencing and how I could address it - great and easy to follow advice. I have to return for a second appointment to finalise the teeth care I need, but I’m looking forward to going back. The service from the QV Reception team was also great, booking was easy and efficient. Friendly service, 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to QV Dental for about 15 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Axel in particular is an excellent dentist who is a true professional as well as being a warm person (and pretty funny too!). I have had a lot of fillings over the years so it takes a lot of patience to deal with my teeth but I always have a feeling of being in safe hands here. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: You won’t find a more friendly, skilled and caring dentist than Dr Susana Le. With most kids (and adults) associating trips to the dentist with fear and pain, Dr Susie easily changed all that! My 7yo son’s adult teeth were coming out while his baby teeth just wouldnt budge. After months of trying to wiggle them out, we finally took him to see Dr Susie for a double extraction. With her calm nature and light hands, plus her clever facilitation of a fun round of ‘Susie Says’, Dr Susie was able to administer anesthetic to my 7yo and yank outing his teeth without our boy flinching once! We can’t thank or recommend Dr Susie enough for smiles all round! Thanks QV Dental and Dr Susie for making our child’s early dentist experience a positive one!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Luke Russell for a clean/check up appointment. I've been going to the same doctor for many many years however I was always keen to try a new Dentist a bit closer to home. After reading the reviews on Luke Russell I decided to book in with him, and I certainly was not disappointed! He was extremely professional and gave my teeth a thorough clean. He also recommended a toothbrush & toothpaste to switch to, suiting to my teeth. I really appreciated how genuine and approachable he was. Will definitely book with him again.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Luke Russell for a check up and he'd found a filling that needed replacement on one of my front tooth which none of the other dentist I had seen recently bothered to take notice of. He did an incredible job despite the deep filling, and made the front teeth match beautifully. He is very approachable, funny and makes you feel at ease - I didn't even feel the anaesthetic needle going in, and just an overall pleasant experience (which is something you wouldn't expect at the dentist). Highly recommend Dr Luke.

Fantastic experience: I preface this review with "I HATE DENTISTS" - after years of bad experiences from a number of providers I have been LUCKY enough to find Dr Luke Russell. 2 weeks out from my wedding my front teeth have chipped badly after years of grinding (previously undiagnosed by ANY dentist ive seen). He has transformed my smile and I am ecstatic with the result, time and care taken by Luke. Luke has not only fixed the cosmetic issue beautifully but has taken action to treat the root cause. THANK-YOU! My days of being wary of dentists are over - DR LUKE IS AMAZING!

Negative experience: I did my decay fillings in QV dental clinic. I was not informed that I need to be anaesthetic before the treatment. However, when the dentist was injecting anesthetic liquid into my gum, I immediately felt that I could not breath, heart painful and even desired to vomit. After the treatment, I continued experiencing these symptoms for hours. I had a chat with my dentist, he told me there is nothing wrong with him. Oh, that is quite unpleasant for me, actually, very unpleasant. At least do not be a baby to just tell your patient there is nothing wrong with you. At least the priority is to make sure your patient is fine and there is not any other issues occurring. Anyway, I won’t go to this clinic anymore.
