Fantastic experience: Firstly, I had been recommended through a friend of mine to see Dr Evan Stacey. I started off with Invisalign, my first appointment with Dr Stacey was professional and friendly. The whole team at Profilo Dental are all so friendly. I also like to mention, I have extremely SENSITIVE!!! Gums/teeth Each appointment, with Dr Stacey I was well looked after. Evan made sure my gums were completely numb and the best part is that I didn't feel a thing. After my 3 months course of Invisalign, my teeth were straight. He did an amazing job. Later, I decided to have Veneers. I can't thank Dr Stacey enough!! Admittedly there were a few little tweaks. Once my veneers were on, I couldn’t be more than happier. They are exactly what I was wanting. I am over the moon with my veneers. I now have beautiful, white, shinny sparkling teeth I am so happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you What a lovely, genuine Dr.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share how impressed I am with your clinic. I came in looking at getting a full smile of porcelain veneers. Dr Evan went through all of my options in so much detail, and recommended 3 months of Invisalign to have my teeth in good alignment for veneers. After that, he had 3d design of my veneers made to trial first to make sure I was happy with it all. There were only a few small details I wanted changed, and then had the final 10 porcelain veneers put in a couple of weeks later. I couldn't be happier with the results, and simple and thorough the whole process was. Thank you so much to Profilo Dental and the team!

Fantastic experience: Just had 3 dental implants put in last week. I was really nervous so Profilo Dental and their frontdesk organised for it to be done under IV sedation. My experience was amazing, the whole procedure went by like I was floating. I only needed two painkillers that night and the next morning and after that I was completely painfree. Could not recommend Evan and the the whole practice more highly!

Fantastic experience: Profilo Dental is very professional, yet comes with a homey family type vibe. They are no nonsense, do not over charge or try to sell you services you don't need. Very reasonably priced, great atmosphere, easy parking and convenient location. Dr Evan Stacey was most informative and knowledgeable when dealing with my braces and other dental requirements, and with my transition from Sydney to Newcastle. Highly recommend Profilo Dental. All staff are friendly and courteous and you sometimes even get the privilege of some canine company!

Fantastic experience: Although I haven’t committed to Invisalign as yet. Profilo Dental Honeysuckle is the place where I will be going. Whilst I was researching, they were the second place I went to out of four dental clinics. The whole team left a lasting impression. The consultation process was extremely thorough compared to other clinics, Dr Evan was more than happy to answer any questions I had at the time, the dental assistant was extremely knowledgeable and Kathleen at the front counter explained all payment options and her follow up communication was great. Dr Evan went as far as to answer further questions I had via email in a timely manner. Needless to say, after visiting two other clinics. Profilo Dental is the one I will be going with for my Invisalign. Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable and accommodating dental clinic.

Profilo dental did not disappoint, the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted by reception I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Negative experience: Dr Evan Stacey made so many major mistakes with my dental work and veneers and has never contacted me back when I have tried to contact him. I am ashamed of my smile after paying $15000. I would recommend that people stay away from this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I got my invisalign done with Dr. Evan Stacey via Profilo a couple of years ago. The staff are fabulous and bring their dogs in sometimes. I had invisalign for about 6 months and the before and after are day and night. The team did such a good job. I've been coming back for my general routine check ups with Dr. Wyllie and its great. Fantastic experience: My 13 old daughter sustained facial and dental injuries after an accident. Evan was reassuring, comforting, calm and in control. His clear communication and genuine caring approach meant he won over the confidence of my daughter who was very anxious and apprehensive about the dental repair work. She described the experience as painless and during the root canal to repair her damaged front tooth says she could have fell asleep in the chair from being so relaxed and comfortable about the procedure. Evan said it would not hurt and it didn’t. The staff were always friendly and helpful during what was for all of us a traumatic time. Thanks to the Profilo team at Honeysuckle.

Negative experience: DR PAUL is arrogant and demeaning. Absolutely the worst dental surgeon I have EVER encountered. If I could give him ZERO stars I would. I honestly chose not to go under the knife with this man as i didn't feel safe or comfortable to do so. On the other hand EVAN STACEY and the team at the reception are absolutely amazing, it is truly a shame that they have to share a service with DR PAUL.

Evan the dentist is a perfectionist and you feel like you're talking to the teeth oracle. The staff are fantastic. Anything I said in my previous visit about my life they somehow remember and ask about it straight away. My own family and friends could learn a thing or two. The invisalign results exceeded expectation. I thought I already knew what my teeth would look like but at the end of the treatment after removing the attachments Evan spent the best part of an hour shaping my teeth for the best possible result. I'm not sure if this is normally part of the package but either way he stopped and checked and rechecked and continued refining like he was sculpting a piece of art and this was all at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. To me that's going the extra mile. My natural teeth almost look like veneers, really blown away. Im that sold on their service, the fact I've moved to qld won't stop me from booking my checkups with them. I just wish my mouth wasn't so full of gear during the procedures so I could join on on the banter.. hope your custom fish tank turns out alright Evan . Thanks team

Negative experience: The dentist I saw didn't listen when I advised that since he had ground down high spots (which wasn't where I had the issue and didn't resolve the issue) I had sensitivity to pressure when eating. The dental nurse spoke up in front of the dentist telling me it can get sensitive over time that it is a high spot that hits first when eating. Stupidly I let him have another go and consequently I can't chew anything hard on that side of my mouth this includes chips or a cracker as he continued to ground down perceived high spots. The last time I went in the dentist had on a crumpled and marked jacket not looking too professional and the dental nurse seems to give advice. There is A4 paper " bring a friend get a discount " notices stuck on the wall, thought this was odd.

Fantastic experience: The practice and staff were highly professional, warm and engaging. My whole experience was relaxed and calm from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and will bring the family too.
