Fantastic experience: Great dentists. They can help you with pretty much all your dental needs. I've gone here for several years, and every dentist that I've seen is gentle and explains what they are going to do and what they are doing as they go. It's a very busy surgery, so don't leave making an appointment until the last minute, although they will always squeeze you in for emergency treatment.

Fantastic experience: After not having a dentist for years I saw Dr Menon and am actually excited to go back and work on my oral health!

Negative experience: I was told that my gums were receding and my teeth would soon fall out. I was persuaded into getting at least 3 healthy teeth removed! I stopped going there and 10 years later my remaining teeth are still in place and I regret ever setting foot inside perfect smile!

Fantastic experience: My long-time carers but I think my most recent experience deserves a shout-out. It's been 24 hours since I had a dental implant inserted and I have been pain-free all day! No swelling, no bruising, just a couple of paracetamol/ibuprofen yesterday...Good job, Dr. Ashish Verma...(TBF, they've all been good in my experience...)

Fantastic experience: I traveled from Auckland, New Zealand as a family member recommended Perfect Smile to me. The team at Perfect Smile were very accommodating and able to get me in the day after I arrived and were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and I will travel back in the future if and when I need more dentist work.

Fantastic experience: I initially went to Perfect Smile for an Invisalign consultation and saw Dr Sara Li regarding this. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient—taking the time to break down all the jargon and genuinely understand what outcome I wanted from my treatment. She was honest about what results I could achieve with her and what additional outcomes an orthodontist might offer in my case. Although I went with the latter for my teeth straightening, I had no hesitation in returning to her for my routine dental care. I’ve just had my second appointment with Sara today for a check-up and some fillings. Once again, she had an affable and caring demeanour that put me completely at ease and reminded me I was in good hands. She's also a whizz with local anaesthetic—I didn’t feel a thing! The ladies at reception are a fantastic bunch too—polite, friendly, and in my short time attending the practice, they’ve never failed to get a (freshly polished) smile out of me!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Jamie at Perfect Smile was exceptional, As I am nervous and have mild anxiety from previous experiences at other dentists I was made to feel understood about being nervous, The bus stop was pretty much outside the front door also which made it very accessible, Highly Recommend for any dental care

Fantastic experience: I came in for an appointment with Dr Jamie, he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. As someone who is scared of the dentist, I had nothing to worry about here. I highly recommend Dr Jamie and Perfect Smile for all your dental needs. Dental Assistant Natasha was amazing too. She made me feel so comfortable and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Not to forget the front desk staff, they were bubbly and inviting. I think I have found my forever dentist!

Negative experience: I have only been attending Perfect Smile for a short time now, and I had a positive experience getting my teeth cleaned by Allanah, who was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, I also had a really negative experience regarding my wisdom teeth, which is the reason I won't be returning to Perfect Smile again. The Perfect Smile surgeon booked me in to have my wisdom teeth extracted at a nearby oral surgery. I received calls and text messages leading up to the surgery day informing me of when to arrive and instructing me on how to prepare. However when I arrived for the procedure on the day, I was informed by the oral surgery that my procedure had been cancelled because the surgeon was "unavailable". I then called Perfect Smile who said I should have received a call the week before about the cancellation, which I obviously didn't, and they couldn't figure out what had gone wrong, which I just don't understand. Anyway, I had booked time off my very busy work schedule to have this surgery done, so it was super frustrating and a big inconvenience for me.

Fantastic experience: I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but perfect smiles completely changed my outlook. My dentist appointment was calm, kind and professional. The dental hygienist Hayley gave me the best clean I have ever had. Not only were my teeth feeling and looking great but I experienced no pain or discomfort from the procedure. Plus she was just an absolute delight to be around and eased my anxiety completely. Actually looking forward to my next clean! 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Perfect Smile for the last ten years and have always received excellent treatment by the staff. Dr Jamie clearly explains the condition of any of my teeth that are troublesome and provides well considered options for any further treatment, only when it is needed and based on his wide experience as a dentist. I find it a friendly, well organised clinic with fantastic free adjacent parking as a bonus.

Negative experience: In the dental industry, professionalism and good customer service are essential. Changing an emergency appointment without notifying the patient beforehand is unprofessional and inconvenient. It wastes my time and causes unnecessary frustration for me who rely on timely care.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Like visiting an old friend. By FAR the best dentisit I have ever been to. From the time you walk in you are treated with respect and care. Nobody likes going to the dentist but they will make you feel at ease (wondeful reception staff too) and explain everything before they start, if you prefer that way of working. Great for kids with special needs, quiet waiting area, they let you know if running behind, excellent communication in every way and never feel pressured to "buy" or have more done that I want/need. Hayley and Divya are exceptional!

Negative experience: This company (yes, company) is not interested in the patients and just want to make money. Also a high dentist turnover, so a red flag to avoid. Much happier with our new dentist and felt that the two years I was at this dentist was a complete waste of time. (Edit 22/08/24: Response from Perfect Smile that they value their patients well being is certianly not my experience, and by stating that it is my own 'feelings' about their service, is a reflection of their inability to own up to their poor service--please don't hide behind corporate speak!)

Negative experience: I used to go here years ago, every single visit every 6 months apparently I needed work done on my teeth, for years and years. I finally had enough and went somewhere else and was told my teeth are perfectly fine. It's been years since and I've never needed any work on my teeth seeing other dentists. My husband had the same experience and also had to get fillings redone by a different practice because they were done so poorly. This place is only after money.

Negative experience: I do not recommend anyone to go there.. Clearly Kate was only interested in the money. Not what was going to make me happy I walked out just after I had my mouth numbed .

Negative experience: Sat in the chair thinking I was getting fitted for a small denture upper left area, after awhile realised something was wrong and was told I was getting a Bridge which I’d never planned to have, I let the dentist continue as felt now it’s started just go with it. Went back to have the bridge fitted and then was told I needed a bottom tooth which did protrude above the line of other bottom teeth, needed to be filed back and capped, this was needed to allow proper alignment. After which seemed hours of grinding the tooth down I just couldn’t bear it anymore and ask them to stop. The dentist then filled that tooth, after three weeks that tooth had to be extracted due to being infected. So moving on two years later the Bridge started to come away, went back to get Bridge re-fitted and 6 months later bridge had started to detach its self once again. Sorry but last straw with latest problem and more visits to other dentists. Thousands of dollars wasted.

Positive experience: Been coming here for years. There work has been great. They have been a little tardy on customer communication lately.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist Kate is the best Dentist in Australia. Not only does she accommodate you, but she makes you feel comfortable and safe while working on your teeth. I live in Melbourne now and I still catch that flight to Adelaide to go and see her for my teeth. Highly recommend, you should expect to see a big beautiful smile on arrival. Also the Hygienist cleans are amazing. Pain free actually as opposed to some others I’ve tried in Melbourne.

Negative experience: Went to Perfect Smile to extract an infected tooth which couldn’t be saved with the intention of getting an implant Unfortunately whilst removing the tooth I heard a cracking sound which let me to believe straight away that the dentist had damaged the pinned crown next to it, he denied it, even though I had been to see 3 other dentists few weeks beforehand to check my teeth and take x-rays. They all confirmed that the 2 teeth next to the infected tooth were ok. This dentist even told me that the crown was loose and only cemented, when you can see on the x-ray the pins holding the crown, and I know that this tooth was in good condition before the extraction. They refused to properly fix it. They are liars, dishonest, with no integrity towards their clients, don’t go there unless you have no other choice.

Negative experience: Absolute discussing judgemental practice I had extractions done and negligent dr/dentist didn't like me so refused to treat me anymore . After the first denture plate failed due to the practice fault. If you have tattoos or don't have big$$ stay away from this business .

Fantastic experience: Had done the wisdom tooth extraction I had great experience with dr Zanelle who was very patient she took care of me very well and didn’t let me feel any pain or discomfort and the bleeding stopped only after half an hour where I could compare my previous experience at somewhere else was quite frightening I would highly recommend perfect smile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Assad,( who is now my dentist!) The lovely front desk staff (Natasha and ?) were great and got me in very quickly in this emergency. Assad fixed my broken tooth so well and I can now eat on both sides of my mouth..such a pleasure! Assad is very gentle and I have much pleasure giving his work 5*!! Fantastic experience: So happy with my porcelain veneers and the care I have received from this team. My family dentist! Ps you know it's good when TV personalities are lined up! Voula (reception is the best too!)

Fantastic experience: 5 star service. Went in to get amalgam fillings replaces with resin fillings. First I had to book-in a normal check-up session for them to get a lay of the land before going ahead with the removal. Natasha was my hygienist who did a great job. The amalgam removal was a smooth process. Resin fillings were put in straight after the removal. I felt fine the next day, my teeth weren't sensitive and everything was back to normal. I will now start visiting them for my regular dental checkups. Easy to find parking in the area as well.

Negative experience: Ripped off. Misleaded. Treatment didn't even work. Over 2K down the drain with nothing to show for it. Very, very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Dr Klingberg and her team at Perfect Smile enough. My teeth were practically falling out of my head but thanks to them I now have a full set of pearly whites. From the informative videos on root canals playing behind the reception desk, to the cool sunnies you get to wear and the complimentary mini toothpastes, I always walk out of there with the perfect smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rueben Tzeng and the staff at Perfect Smile are just "Perfect"! I have just completed teeth correction with braces and cannot express how great I feel about my "new" teeth. Negative experience: My experience at perfect smile was not one of the best that I have encountered,.. first appointment assessment of the mouth, clean up, all good left with a smile. Next appointment three fillings left side of the mouth, injection time, this is where the fun begins, soon as the anesthetic was administered felt tachycardia and went into a kind of panic..dentist said its ok its just the adrenalin with the shot I asked why, he replied it justs works better and if it bothers you we will use the normal anesthetic next time,. calmed down a bit, got the fillings done said thanks arranged my next appointment, ..now on my way eventually reaching work the numbness was starting to recede but at the same time feeling something very odd at the back end of my mouth, only after some effort to find a dental cotton roll forgotten in my mouth lodged under my tongue, in saying all this certain images pop up to mind, like choking and so on. Called them straight after, talked too reception and telling them of my encounter and finding a kind of apathy in the apology and we will make a "Note" of it and let your dentist know. After two weeks no one called me back, to at least give me some kind of ease to appease but no one! Ok went back for my next appointment confronted my dentist and told him of the cotton he replied it happens sometimes, ah ok I replied, must be normal for them to forget things in your mouth. So got back in the chair into the injections again with the normal anesthetic and after trying to numb my mouth went into a cold sweat turned pale again not feeling good at all, in saying all this, shouldn't these establishments have some kind of doctor physician on hand, either for emergencies panic attacks or reactions to anesthesia and so on? Or is it just me. In some way I don't feel my dentist is to blame but rather a kind of pressure to achieve more fillings in one hit! and that been said, more injections to achieve the amount of fillings been done. Not taking into account on how the patient will react. I'm feeling reluctant towards my next session and considering cancelling the whole thing. I feel sad in writing this but with the amount of money we pay for these procedures you should feel some kind of appeasement at the end of it and more care to your needs.
