Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say thank you so much for the care of our child over the weekend. Thank you to Andrea and Erin who got all the logistics sorted for us and were so kind and caring dealing with a stressed mum! And to Dr Nymphia for seeing our child on Saturday. Taking time out of her weekend to get her cared for as soon as she could was above and beyond what we have ever received from a health professional. My husband passed on how incredibly patient and kind she was to our child. Our child wasn't entirely willing to cooperate but to no fault of Dr Nymphia. She did though come home excited to brush her teeth (about 10 times in a day ha!). Having a child in pain is pretty awful but having answers, (instead of being told nothing and given antibiotics as we have experienced) really put our minds at ease as parents. I cannot thank you all enough. NLPD has most definitely gained a long-term patient. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Naik and her team are wonderful. Throughout the entire process for our youngest, we felt very well taken care of. The communication regarding what to expect and the treatment involved was very clear, and we found the entire team (especially Dr. Naik) to be caring, warm and considerate. Highly recommend Dr. Naik's practice for anyone requiring a paediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nymphia is wonderful with my child. She is very caring, gentle and goes out of her way to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She is thorough with her dental work and takes the time to explain everything well and answer any questions I have. My child looks forward to the dental check ups.

Fantastic experience: Our girl (7) was so anxious to just sit in a dentist chair let alone let anyone look at her teeth, so we went to see Dr Naik, who was amazing!! So patient and kind, and after thinking we needed a tooth removed, Dr Naik saved the tooth and made our daughters dentist experience a much more positive one. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nyphia Naik has been absolutely amazing! I took my son for a tooth extraction, and the way she interacts with children is truly exceptional. It felt more like a fun science class—she explained every little thing that was going into his mouth, making the entire experience educational and engaging. I love how she keeps kids involved and at ease throughout the process. The clinic was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A well-deserved 5 stars for her!

Fantastic experience: My two year old required a general anaesthetic for extractions on his front teeth and the experience has been nothing but smooth and positive. I put this down to Dr Nymphia Naik’s professionalism and expertise, as well as her warm and kind nature. She was able to fit us in for emergency appointments when things went south-side and I cannot thank her enough. For an experience that could’ve been quite traumatic, we have all walked away feeling so grateful for her care. I highly recommend her for any children's dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I’m at a loss for words with how extraordinary Dr Nymphia is as a practitioner, but also as a human. 5 stars do not do this rating justice. I came to Dr Nymphia for a second opinion and also with some anxieties from my daughter around a precious dental experience. Dr Nymphia was honest, transparent and kind and I could see wanted the absolute best for my daughter. The care, attention to detail and patience that was shown by not only Dr Nymphia, but also her team of staff, was second to none as we navigated a tricky time. The day of procedure went super smoothly and Willow was back to herself in no time, even quoting ‘that was so fun mum!’. I think that goes to show what amazing care was provided. We are forever grateful for finding Dr Nymphia to support us through this little challenge.

Fantastic experience: My two children recently required extractions of teeth under General Anaesthetic. There is no one I trust more than Dr Nymphia when it comes to procedures like this. Dr Nymphia preformed the procedure flawlessly. The support from her staff leading up to the procedure was also 5 STAR!!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this dentist highly enough!! She took the time to talk my child through the whole dental procedure that was required knowing how anxious he was. I was so shocked at how smoothly everything went and i believe it was due to the care and time taken to ensure he felt comfortably. The after care was amazing as well with 2 check ins to see how he was going and to answer some additional questions I had.

Fantastic experience: Dr Naik is a rare one. It is not hyperbole when I say that she is an extraordinary clinician. One of those doctors whose kindness and compassion is so evident in the way they practice, and someone I would want saved first in a zombie apocalypse. People like Dr Naik make me believe in remarkable capacity for humanity to be truly good. Your child will be in safe hands with this angel. I could not be happier with the care my son received from the team at North Lakes Paediatric Denistry. The work my son needed was also significantly less than I was quoted elsewhere - but I’d have paid more to have my son cared for by Dr Naik.

Fantastic experience: Honestly if you are looking for a dentist who cares about your children this is the one! Nymphia is such a caring dentist and made my 3 year old love going to the dentist was such a fun experience for her and she made the whole experience a good one for me as a worried parent as well! Fantastic experience: My son had a dental procedure done today under general anaesthetic with Dr Nymphia, he is 10 years old, is Autistic and has additional needs. Dr Nymphia went above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met and that the procedure went ahead as calmly and positively as possible for him. I felt she respected my input as his mother, carer and advocate and would definitely recommend Dr Nymphia and her clinic staff to other families seeking specialist dental treatment for thier children, especially those with additional needs and disabilities.

Fantastic experience: Wow, Dr Nymphia and team really looked after my daughter for her first major treatment. We had to remove some baby teeth that never wanted leave her mouth and were causing problems . My daughter was very relaxed in the chair and was in great hands with Dr Nymphia. She was so so very gentle that Miss E didn’t realise that she was having an injection for the numbing process. Miss E sat there so well and so comfortable through the whole experience while Dr Nymphia spoke so gently and calming to her. Even after the treatment Miss E was all smiles. If you are looking for a specialist in paediatric dentistry then look no further. I highly highly recommend Dr Nymphia and her team for taking care of Miss E. Fantastic experience: I would just like to pass on my thanks and praise to the whole team at NLPD. Everyone, the receptionist, the nurse, and the amazing dentist, Dr Nymphia Naik, made what could have been a really traumatic experience into the most positive it could be, I was unbelievably impressed with how they all reassured and comforted myself, and more importantly, my very anxious daughter. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Nymphia Naik and NLPD highly enough, based on our incredible experience. Due to an unfortunate accident at home, my 4.5yr old needed to have his front teeth removed in surgery. Dr Nymphia facilitated everything so quickly, was incredibly professional and thorough, making sure to explain and inform us throughout each stage of the process. I was worried about how my son would go, given everything happened suddenly and he had never been to hospital or the dentist. Additionally, my son is Autistic and has sensory difficulties. After discussing these factors with Dr Nymphia, she reassured me and I knew we were in the most fantastic hands. Her kind, supportive nature allowed my son to feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. She is perfect for her role, and is so wonderful interacting with children. That evening and the next day, she texted and phoned to check in on his recovery, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful overall experience. We are so thankful to Dr Nymphia and the NLPD team, you are AMAZING! Fantastic experience: Dr Nymphia is easily the most truly caring and empathetic health professional we have come across. Our daughter had a minor procedure last week and Dr Nymphia was informative, confident, warm and extremely personable! The follow up care was absolutely brilliant. Our daughter (and future children) will be sticking with her for all their future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: From prep-op assessment to post-op followup, the team made us feel very well cared for. My child had poor experiences waking up from previous general anaesthesia, so naturally I was worried about this operation. However, she recovered smoothly and quickly. By the afternoon, we were running around in the park like usual. Such a relief for me knowing that my child has taken another step towards being healthier. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended for children with disabilities. My son has Autism and Dr Naik and her team were absolutely amazing! He is non verbal and highly energetic. We were accommodated with a special appointment with no waiting and the dentistry empty. Felt absolutely no judgement and was welcomed with complete understanding. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend NLPD. We had a wonderful calm experience with our 2yo first ever dental procedure under sedation. Very accommodating- We were moved up the surgical list when my daughters dental issues worsened and she was experiencing pain/discomfort. We were booked in for treatment within days and we felt confidently reassured by Dr Nymphia and her team throughout the whole process (pre/post dental surgery). We were met with a friendly, positive attitude, which helped ease our worries, and all aspects of the treatment were thoroughly explained to us. Thank you for your personal touch, checking in on our daughters recovery. Will be recommending in the future :-)

She is very professional while also being caring, and always made our family feel informed about the process. Her office is very nice and modern, and there is easy parking onsite.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son to see Dr Nymphia for two years and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is very skilled in her dental work, but what is most impressive about her is her empathy. My son has Autism, anxiety and intellectual and physical disabilities, and she has approached every interaction with us with caring, understanding and amazing insight into how to make the process as easy as possible for him. He has progressed from being extremely anxious about going to the dentist, to being able to go into her room independently, sit in her examination chair and allow her to do a full examination. He is so proud of himself after each visit now! I believe Dr Nymphia is the best paediatric dentist you could ever hope to find.

She made her very comfortable and still talks about going again. Also Nymphia was very efficient and very thorough when explaining everything to us, we will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nymphia and the team are wonderful! I took my very nervous 10 year old daughter to have 2 teeth removed. She has a phoeba of needles. We did an initial consult, meet and greet appointment where were given lots of information about the procedure. My daughter was quite comfortable. At the appointment for the procedure my daughter had gas which she said smelt nice. Dr Nymphia was very reassuring, calm and funny. My daughter was very relaxed and wasn't even aware of the needle. After the procedure my daughter told Dr Nymphia that she felt fine attending the appointment because she felt like she could trust her. Lovely staff and clinic too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a dentist for my very anxious daughter and NLPD was the best choice. My daughter left with a smile on her face and relief at the easy experience. Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in the door dr NYmphia was working up trust with my 6yr old asd level 2 son!! She was so calm and patient with him and didnt do anything without him knowing and being ok with it. All the girls from reception to assistant are jist as inviting and caring - we have found our dentist!!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful first visit with Dr Nymphia Naik, she was fabulous with our daughter who has some challenges around sensory, anxiety and others, after 3 prior dentists we were very happy to find Dr Nymphia, she was so brilliant with building the trust with our daughter and very clear and transparent with her explanation and recommendations. I really wasn't sure how my 17-month-old would go with somebody looking in his mouth, but Dr Nymphia handled it all perfectly. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at NLPD. Dr Nymphia has a natural way with children and was able to check my 3 and 5 year olds mouths without any protests. She gave clear and simple advice on maintaining oral health ( no technical terms for this mum please!) and her staff were friendly and welcoming. The beautiful ocean themed clinic has been thoughtfully set up with little ones in mind and my boys were completely at ease during the entirety of our visit. We will be returning customers of this gorgeous clinic, no doubts about that.
