Fantastic experience: Was very happy to have my teeth checked and cleaned on first visit and to have a filling on second visit. All done carefully, thoroughly and with care. Only problem was the tv above my head was on a food channel n it was lunch time when I was having filling, n hadn’t had lunch.

Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous going into my first ever dental implant, but Dr Jun was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough and made the whole process easy and painless, which really put me at ease. Shane, the dental assistant, was so attentive throughout, and the entire team offered incredible support. Jae and Ang at the front desk are always lovely and welcoming, making every visit feel pleasant from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you to the whole team for turning something I was anxious about into such a positive and comfortable appointment.

So kind and so supportive, We actually experienced a bit of emergency with my son, He knocked the front four teeth and it was a scary site to see as a mother, after calling four other dentists and being turned away Julian and Alana helped us, they held such empathy and care for my son (10) who was terrified and scared, they helped us in a time we were desperate which in my opinion makes them incredible people but not only that they were amazingly efficient at what they did ! Thank you so much for existing in this world - This world needs more people like yourselves.

He was Friendly and informative with my visit. His assistant was also lovely. I have been a long standing customer and enjoy my Dentist visits. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a few years now consider today was a great visit even though we started on a crown. Jun and his assistant were both kind and gentle and I can honestly say the entire appointment was pain free including the injections. I listened to music on my phone and the time passed very quickly with me feeling quite relaxed and rested. Thank you The Dental Club :-)

They accommodated me on the same day for an issue with an infected bulky crown from Pacific Smiles, Morayfield (do not engage with this practice). I can’t emphasize enough how much they helped me and restored my trust in going to the dentist. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had a very difficult extraction today. I found Dr Helen and her Assistant to be very sympathetic and professional. She is one of very few dentists I have experienced ( I am 73) who gives every consideration to the patients welfare. She is kind and calming and keeps you informed every step of the way and although this was not a pleasant experience, I remained calm and comfortable through it all. Not something I have experienced before. Thank you again Dr Helen and I will be more than happy to see you again.

Gave detailed advice and information on procedures. Exceptional professionalism, patient care, and customer service, including follow-up after care call to ensure all is ok after treatment. No mention of any “additional extras” or pressure to make follow up appointments. Did what needed to be done, and on your way. And not ridiculously overly priced!!

Fantastic experience: An amazing team each and everyone (but in particular Joanne, Eve, Dr Tony) who ensure that each visit is pleasant and as stress-free as possible. After care is wonderful as I always receive a follow-up call to ensure that I am well recovered after any and all procedures. I could not recommend this team and practice more highly, as they have offered me their professionalism and support for more than a decade.

Fantastic experience: Dr Micheal Lee and his assistant saw our three young children today aged between 5-11. His patience and skill with the children was awesome. He was very interactive and re assuring. He always explained to them what he was going to do next and asked if they were ok with that aswell as continually checking throughout the process if they were alright. I would highly recommend him to anyone with young children that need to visit the dentist. The receptionists here were lovely aswell. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: On couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. Both Nurse assistant And DENTIST, Dr Mike. Were very caring and gentle. They would very Thorough and gave me a lot of information. I have not visitation I’m going back to that Clinic. All the DENTISTS Assistants and receptionists are very nice.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old son saw Doctor Helen today after a bad experience elsewhere. He had to get 4 teeth extracted ready for braces. Doctor Helen was so patient, claiming, gentle and reassuring. She made this whole process easier. We will definitely be going back for our regular visits. Anyone that needs dental work for children done I definitely recommend Dr Helen.

Fantastic experience: After having another dentist attempt to remove my tooth and fail then refer me on to a dental surgeon, I was terrified to go to another dentist. This dentist is amazing! Seriously the best I've ever been to. I have had another tooth extracted before and it was incredibly painful, not this time Helen numbed me up perfectly I couldn't feel a thing and was shocked when she told me the tooth was out. 100% recommend this dentist they take their time and ensure they have met their duty of care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Julian Tang is a master artist when it comes to teeth. Moved to caboolture not long ago and needed a root canal badly. Dr Julian made my tooth brand new again, helped me understand what is needed in a easy to understand list and price. Dr Julian is a complete pro and in my honest opinion the best dentist i have ever been to ( country dentists dont do as good job and made me feel like a number ) I cant think of anthing bad to say, it was 5 minutes late but the service i recieved is completly forgivable. 10/10 Root canal no pain what so ever

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this clinic enough. They are so nice and gentle. I had anesthesia today for some fillings and didn't even know until the dentist told me it was done. The staff are lovely, kind and caring. After a couple of traumatic experiences when I was younger I was put off seeing a dentist and my teeth have suffered. They treat you like a human being no matter what state your teeth are in. Can't thank them enough for today!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at the Dental Club in Caboolture. I went in with a tooth that needed extracting, and left with a smile. I (like most people) hate going to see dentists, but the team here were so professional yet friendly and very thorough. Dr Kim and her assistant went, I feel, above and beyond for me today. I went in with a dental voucher through QLD Health and didn't feel at all like I was treated any differently which means a lot to me. My mouth hurts and I'm eating through a straw but I'm thrilled by my experience today. I will be back, definitely recommended!

Positive experience: Great dentists but have become too expensive - went elsewhere and got the same work done (filling) for half the price they charged on my last visit.
