Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Jessica Lee and she was very lovely, friendly and professional. My dental assistant was lovely as well and they both helped me feel calm and kept me informed throughout. I also appreciated how I was able to remove the tooth on the same day as my consult and Jessica was transparent about the pricing throughout. Receptionists were lovely as well. Would recommend!

While nobody wants to need a filling, if you do find yourself requiring one, I can confidently recommend Dr. El Sayed. Fantastic experience: I don't like going to the dentiste and who does? But I was taken care of by doctor Ghada and I have to say she did a very thorough job. I didn't feel any pain and my teeth were spotless thanks to her. She gave good advice for the futur. I recommend this place especially if you usually avoid the dentist place.

Fantastic experience: I visited Elsternwick Dental for the first time after 2 years of hiatus from any dental checkup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Riyen Tan attended to my dental check up. She was very professional and careful in explaining what she was going to do and the steps throughout the process. This puts me at ease and I am also very please with the end result of the cleaning and descaling. She took me through my X-ray and gave me an overall snapshot of my teeth based on her examination, what to look out for and how to look after them. This is the first time a dentist has done that for me to the level I find it helpful. I will definitely be returning to see Dr Riyen again. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Great spot just a short walk away, always run on time, professional and very personable staff and professionals. A great place to visit before or after travel!

Negative experience: Saw Dr Marvin Yau for the first time today for a front tooth that had chipped this morning. I was assured by staff at reception and by Dr Marvin Yau that he had performed cosmetic dentistry previously. The entire experience was poor. While he was working on my tooth, I felt that something was not quite right as he had left a very uneven patch behind the tooth. When I pointed this out to him, he then proceeded to very roughly pick away at it and filed it down, even filing the front of my tooth for some reason, with the result that the filling is see-through and feels weak. The bottom of the tooth is also uneven. In between the two front teeth, it looks like I have something stuck between my teeth due to the way the filling was finished off. I was charged $70 for a consultation which took less than 30 seconds to look at the chipped tooth. No other teeth were looked at. The cost to fix the tooth was $240. Very disappointed with my experience today. I feel that if a dentist is not competent in a certain area of dentistry, Elsternwick Dental Group should not suggest him to new customers.

Fantastic experience: I don't think a dental appointment excites many and I definitely fall into the "dodge it if you can" catagory. However, Marvin was excellent in being so thourough and informative about what treatment is required to provide long term dental health. Thank you for the excellent service. I can now call Elsternwick dental clinic my one stop shop for dental work.
