Negative experience: Overpromised and under delivered on tooth root canal and was told they aren’t fancy enough for high tech equipment. Should have been told beforehand and not wasted time. Instead l got a ‘oh well can’t be done, we are not that fancy!’ when the service couldn’t be performed. Not good enough really and expectations need to be realistic. They also made the process of transferring X-rays over very difficult. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a person to go to the dentist often (it scares me) but i got to have Dr Leadbetter and her assistant give a teeth clean and check up, it was easier then I expected with a calm atmosphere and lovely conversations. Love the work they’ve done and will always be recommending them from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have a severe fear of dentists, my daughter has been seeing Celene at Langmore Dental and booked me in, she assured me she was so lovely and gentle. Sitting in the waiting room my anxiety was going through the roof, even as I entered room I was in tears, shaking and unable to really speak. Celene and Kim were so caring and gentle, and although I was still struggling with my fears they were happy to take as long as I needed, my body eventually realxed (as much as it can at the Dentist) and Celene was able to fill my tooth, without pain. I have rebooked already for follow up and cannot recommend them enough. Ella even called me this morning to check up on me to make sure I was ok and not in too much pain. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Imagine laying down in the dentist chair watching a beautiful story about a dog on the roof top tv and having an incredibly kind and gentle dentist clean your teeth quickly and efficiently, well this was my first experience at Langmore Dental today. My teeth are in bad shape so I am quite embarrassed by them. Dr Celene and her dental nurse Lynne were so kind and non judgmental and we are now working towards a dental health plan as a team, I feel so supported. The staff at Langmore are so friendly, the dentist is very clean and very comfortable which really makes the whole experience so much better. I see Dr. Ayesh and I can honestly say I’ve never had a dentist who is as gentle and conscious of my experience. My whole family is now a patient of his which pretty much sums up how good he is. Fantastic experience: Quick intro about me, For over 35 years, I have had an absolute fear of dentists, so for me to go to a dentist, it is not good for my stress levels....... I don't know where to start with this review..... From entering the building, I found it extremely clean and welcoming. The reception ladies acknowledge you immediately with a genuine smile and greeting. Whilst waiting, they would have realised that I was extremely nervous and not sure of what was going to happen. The reception lady had a casual relaxing conversation with me while I was waiting, which helped me to relax a bit. Dr. Miranda Hua was the dentist that I was booked to see. Dr. Miranda also recognised that I was having issues with just being there. Dr. Miranda and her dental staff are excellent, professional, and caring people. They explained everything that they wanted to do and proceeded at my pace, where I felt comfortable and ready to proceed with the next part of the check-up and procedure. Not once did they rush me, and they were extremely patient with me. (I had to have four wisdom teeth extracted by another establishment with a specific surgeon as it was an extremely difficult procedure, Dr Miranda recommended this place and surgeon) (I had pain management issues and minor issues due to the complexity of the surgery.) (For the record, the surgeon was excellent, also.) Over Christmas and New Year, it was difficult to find a dentist open. As soon after New years I contacted Dr. Miranda office, and they saw me that day. I have had another visit since then, and again, the reception staff, Dr. Miranda and her staff have been caring, professional, and understanding and made me feel at ease. Dr. Miranda explained what was happening post surgery and gave me the support to manage the pain. I have also received phone calls for follow-up after each visit to check up on my well-being and such. I can not express my fear of dentists, but I am happy to come to Langmore Dental. All the staff have been great. I highly recommend this business, especially to those of you who have any fear or reservations of dentists. Thank you, Dr. Miranda and your team for all your treatments, your advice, and the professional care shown by you all.

Negative experience: Dr ayesh is hopeless, wouldn't surprise me if he isn't fully qualified as he has very little knowledge about dentistry, has repeatedly told me the wrong thing after attempting to take a tooth out = 2 sessions, 2x antibiotics and 1 month later still in agony and turned away from surgery when asked for help!!! So bloody rude! They obviously didn't grow up or live in Berwick at all. No stars whatsoever deserved but this makes me give u a star for some reason. Will never go back. The community dentist took me in straight away, and were professional dentists, not pretending and giving false information about something so bloody important!!!! RAAAAHH!!! I have given him two full session chances to take out one tooth properly and you can't even do that and the information he gives me is all false and misleading.. very frustrating to say the least!!! The surgery was different when Paul was available, a good different that is. Oh well, good things don't last long unfortunately. Also the only dentist to charge $341 to take half a tooth out, read up on what he has to do to take a tooth out coz he doesn't know already... its surprising someone like this gets away with practising dentistry at all.. absolutely ridiculous
