They have got all staff who are so professional and friendly and with very good customer service. I had never felt that good like when I visited their offices and clinic. Fantastic experience: I have used Aim Dental Group for ten years now. Their dentist, hygienist and receptionist are well experienced, professional and friendly. I regularly use the hygienists and find they have excellent attention to detail and care about my oral health. I’ve also used their paediatric hygienists for my children and find they are very knowledgeable and skilled at working with children.

Fantastic experience: Our whole extended family go to Aim Dental Innaloo. The kids go for their check ups, cleans and mouthguards and my parents have both been there for their more extensive dental requirements. We love that it is a one stop shop, crowns, root canals, implants etc. Most importantly, the staff are excellent. They know what they are doing and so professional and this even extends to their front of house. I could not recommend Dr David Beecham and his team more highly.

Fantastic experience: My first time here and of course it can be somewhat daunting going to the dentist. Well not this clinic. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Assisted me with my new patients forms and then into the chair. My dentist and the dental nurse made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. After a lovely chat the work began on my teeth. The end result was they were extremely thorough did a great job and also informed me of what was needed moving forward, but without any pressure. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Aim Dental Innaloo is so lovely! My dentist Dr Helen Marriott is the only dentist I will see. I am a nervous patient, I have very sensitive teeth and going to the dentist fills my stomach with fear and dread. BUT Dr Marriott makes each visit as pleasant as it can be. She is patient, gentle and understanding and a bloody good dentist! The reception staff are fabulous.

Negative experience: Reporting for medical negligence. Cut into my daughter’s nerve and claimed they “didn’t know it was there, because it’s not a common nerve” ?! That would’ve shown in an xray, you study YEARS to be a dentist and then don’t recognise something like that ? My daughter was absolutely hysterical and has been traumatised from the situation, was awful to see her in so much pain. So many times he has caused painfully traumatic events for her but this was the last straw I’ve never seen something so terrible. Worst of all they’re ignoring emails about the complaints. DO NOT GO HERE. We’ve found somewhere else which provides much better care and skill.

Fantastic experience: After years of neglect of my teeth, I plucked up the courage to make a call. My first interaction was with Taylor, I explained that I had a remarkable fear of going to the dentist but that I knew I needed to be out of constant, immense pain. Taylor was incredibly patient and empathetic to me and my needs. She booked me with Kia, the most gentle and understanding dentist I've ever seen. He totally respected my fears, and over a few appointments I felt comfortable to proceed with a lengthy treatment plan. Kia informed me before starting every procedure and kept checking to make sure I was ok to continue every step. I'm through the hardest treatments now and can smile with confidence and most importantly eat some good food again. Fantastic experience: Having set an appointment for a root canal, there was some anxiety for what that entailed. As it turns out, my anxiety was unfounded. David and his team were excellent at putting me at ease and the procedure, to my surprise, was relatively pain free. Fantastic experience: I was a little suspicious as all the reviews were positive and all the comments in local pages were saying how awesome these guys are…. No place can be that good right? I have dental issues (didn’t look after teeth when I was younger) and also a gap from a previous failed root canal which was really impacting pretty much every part of life, I had a partial denture which was an absolute nightmare and made eating out and leaving the house without it impossible, I just hated it so much… I was told this was the only option for me by previous dentist so I thought id have to live with it my entire life… Thankfully I switched to aim and was given multiple options for fixing the gap! Nothing was doom and gloom but instead positive and uplifting but also realistic and honest Not just that but I no longer have a fear of the dentist! I’d literally lose sleep over dental visits! NOT ANYMORE!! A 20 year fear gone! (I still don’t enjoy it, but I no longer fear it) I recommend Aim to everyone!

Aim Dental have also purchased Top quality dental equipment which shows clearly they want the best for their staff and patients and are prepared to pay for it. The equipment they use is Sirona the Rolls Royce of dental products. As an ex Sirona Technician I have experience in the industry to back my statement. So thanks Aim Inaloo you were all awesome.
