Fantastic experience: I have had the chance to get to know the staff at Warnervale Dental Clinic over the last 6 months as I underwent all on 6 teeth implants. My anxiety and pure terror around any dental procedure knows no bounds , but finally I realised my teeth needed attention. I met with Dr David Bassal and members of his team in May 2025 and I guess there would be no exaggeration if I say I had MANY questions and “what if” scenarios. Dr Bassal made me feel like no question was too silly and that he could spend as long as needed with me to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. Dr Bassal truly has a way about him that makes even the most nervous patient feel confident that he really is at the top of his game … he’s good … he’s really bloody good. The process then began and this is not a review of the all on 6 process but a review of those who took me on that journey, and the one that literally held my hand the whole way was Sarah an oral health therapist … who just gets it. She understands fear, she was the reason I could keep going. Kind, gentle and so bloody respectful. Sarah never made me feel like I was being ridiculous… she went at my pace and was the person I needed… a true advocate. I cannot sing her praises highly enough. Dr Bassal was the magician and Sarah was the assistant that made the magic possible. These two in particular have changed my life , truly changed my life and how my life will be going forward, ready once again to take on the world with a kick ass attitude and “knock ‘em dead” smile. ALSO ….. Huge shout out to Dr “Junie” a gentle legrnd with the happy gas!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Park and his assistant did an extraction today on my infected tooth.They were both professional and explained the process in detail.Having had previously difficult extractions I was relieved when the tooth came out in a matter of minutes.Thank you again for your services , highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: All good. Place was very chill and tidy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kids loved the place. I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Really not happy wasnt going to say anything but sick of these overpriced dentist a free consult i booked through facebook turned to me paying $79 give or take around that figure for a quote on paper.. i paid and never returned and never will... am planning trip overseas to a third world country that can do it for a lot less and no false advertising

What started as an appointment for myself has resulted in Warnervale Dental becoming the dentist of choice for my whole family. From kids to adults, they are the gold standard.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated recently by Dr Daniel and Dr Miles and i was very impressed by their knowledge and gentle approach, they are both absolute professionals at their craft. They both advised me on how we should proceed on both occasions and I had no doubt trusting their advice. It's never fun going to the dentist but these guys treat you with so much care you hardly feel a thing.

Positive experience: I booked an appointment 6 months in advance with Dr. Chandler for a dental check-up and cleaning. On arrival, I was seen by an oral health specialist without prior notice of the change. I was told Dr. Chandler had left Warnervale Dental. Sarah did her best but couldn't resolve a dental issue arising during the examination. Now, I need to book another appointment with a dentist, which will probably incur additional costs. Not so happy about that!

Fantastic experience: I had to have an emergency visit to Warnervale Dental today they gave me an appointment immediately. The service they provided to me was exceptional from the reception staff to Dr Wonjun Park and the nurses. Cannot recommend any higher than the best customer service. Especially caring because of the extreme pain I was in.

Thanks to Dr. David and the team, I now have a confident smile and a new lease on life. I couldn't be happier with my All-on-4 implants and highly recommend Teeth on Implants & Warnervale Dental for anyone considering implants. You are in expert hands here!

Fantastic experience: David and the team are the best!! I had full dental implants top and bottom, also had cyst the size of a golf ball. Had to do some bone grafting, and had bone growth cut away as well. And all that, had no pain whatsoever. Crazy to think I went through all that with no pain at all. Just shows how good they really are. They gave me my life back, and has made a huge improvement on my mental health and self confidence. No longer afraid to smile. Thank you so much!! Dr Chandler made the whole experience stress free from beginning to end, extremely happy and thankful. Also a shout out to Dr Craig Coghlan for his sedation expertise, again so stress free. Fantastic experience: Dr David Basal and team are an amazing group, they always were supportive and reassuring during the procedure. I did lots of searching, interviewed previous patient and am so happy with the procedure. If you need anything dental done, I will highly recommend Dr Basal and team. He cares for his patients and ensures they get the best treatment. I believe he is the best in Australia.

Fantastic experience: Edwin and Mia were incredible. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve never met a dentist as kind and as thorough as Edwin. He explained everything the entire way through and made sure that I knew all of my options. He was incredibly wholistic and even addressed issues such as sleep and stress, in relation to some questions that I had asked. Edwin also didn’t make me feel pressured at any stage which is a refreshing change from some dentists I’ve been to. A lot cheaper than I was expecting as well. Best dental experience to date, will definitely be back. Very happy Chappy.

Negative experience: After going there myself I suggested my husband go also. After our recent experience will never be returning. 1st problem when I booked in for my husband it was for a filling. They only booked him in for a consult when I was assured when I made the booking was for a filling. 2nd vidit they cancelled his appointment fair enough and today 3rd visit cancelled again! After speaking to the receptionist and wanting a refund for the consult as they are not able to do the service she back tracked and said they can do it. They constantly call and harass trying to change your appointments pretty much daily (obvs a cancellation spot). Would not reccomend

Fantastic experience: Had a clean and check up today. Dr Georgia was so patient and even asked me questions I never knew I needed to ask. I watched netflix while having my consult. I felt relaxed and not rushed. Comfortable the whole time, also giving me options before she went ahead. Also asking throughout if I was ok. Reasonably priced and great patient care! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience today with my twins first ever dentist appointment. Georgia was so patient and kind with them. She explained everything before she did it so they both knew what to expect and in the end it was a very pleasant 1st dentist experience for them. Would definitely recommend for children who may be a bit nervous to visit the dentist.

Negative experience: Don’t believe the marketing spin, these guys are nothing more than dodgy salesmen preying on your insecurities in order to milk you for as many $ as they can get. Review will be gone tomorrow as anything but 5 stars is deleted. My advice, find a dentist that cares about your health, not your bank account.

Thank you for being a transparent clinic with passionated staff and for make me feel very welcome and safe every time I visited in the process of replacing a cracked bridge and adding 2 new crowns. Jonathan is one of, if not the best dentist I met in 28 years. In none of the surgeries was pain involved and watching Netflix while the surgery was going on was an experience on its own. It was an absolute pleasure and I wish only the best for his future and the team.

Fantastic experience: In a span of over 12months I had a lot of dental work done. All wisdom teeth removed, two root canals, crown work and multiple fillings. David has a knack in keeping his patients calm, he explains everything and is a perfectionist. I would not trust anyone else with my teeth other than David and his Team at the Warnervale Dental Clinic and would highly recommend them for any type of dental work.

Fantastic experience: Warnervale dental has to be the best dentistry around they are true professionals and have the latest top of the line equipment David is a absolute professional I was extremely well looked after I am so glad I found this place after experiencing horrible wisdom tooth complications with another dental surgery... My 4 year old and I have been attending here for over a year and they have always gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and explain anything that needs to be done. I have had a root canal done with them and my daughter has had 6 monthly check up and cleans and they have always been amazing!

Stepping into the practice I felt so comfortable and like I was stepping into the future - the facility is fantastic! He nailed the treatment fixing the mistakes of my old dentist in a timely manner. The clean he performed left my teeth noticeably whiter!! and was pain free!! I had a sports mouth guard moulded for jui jitsu and a night guard to prevent my teeth grinding at night and could not be happier with the result!
