Fantastic experience: The staff were exceptionally sensitive and caring. Both the dentist and assistant did all they could to ease my discomfort. Everytime I said I was in pain or nervous they responded straight away to help me. And the follow up care can't be faulted. Would highly recommend, felt like a valued patient rather than someone who was just another appointment.

Fantastic experience: At last my mouth is comfortable! I lost a couple of teeth and I had a denture for a couple of years but I was always aware of it, there was nothing wrong with the fit it just felt big and bulky. Now I have 2 implants and although they have only just been put in place my mouth feels back to normal for the first time in years. I’m very happy.

Fantastic experience: NW Tasmania is lucky to have such a professional team. High confidence means lower stress! Dr Camilo is highly educated and skilled in modern dentistry and technology. The practice is bang up to date with the latest technology - and they know how to use it effectively.

Fantastic experience: I took my 10 yr old Grandson to see Dr Nadia for a check up and clean. He hadn't been in a few years so he was alittle anxious prioir to arriving. He was instantly made feel welcomed and at ease the moment he walked into the clinic. Dr Nadia explained everything she was doing, showing him the instruments and telling him what they were used for. She gave him a lesson in brushing and flossing and he left the clinic happy and content. He loved the whole experience and is looking forward to his next visit. We highly recommend Dr Nadia and the team at Northwest Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr Camilo did a fantastic job of replacing one of my teeth with an implant. He explained the process and took plenty of time to allow healing to take place. It was a complicated process which he dealt with very professionally and I’m very pleased with the final result!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Jun if you need to visit the Dentist. She is kind, gentle, caring and explains everything to you. The staff are great as well. If you have been putting it off don't hesitate. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Highly friendly, attentive and professional staff. Dr Jun gave very careful explanations of EVERY aspect of the treatment and options. Choice was always given regarding any treatment or intervention offered. The treatment itself was very thoughtfully carried out with great care, with lots of communication and rest given throughout. The treatment results were wonderful. A full treatment plan moving forward was outlined in writing including expected costs and my health funds benefits available. This is an exceptional dental surgery. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Oral Health Therapist Sarah Glover at North West Dental is absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend her. She has treated our 8yo with kindness, patience, experience and respect. Faced with a difficult tooth extraction on a needle phobic patient, Sarah reassured and encouraged our child to feel empowered to have their treatment completed (a feat which 4 other dentists hadn't managed to achieve!) If you're after the best option for your child, choose OHT Sarah Glover, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ben Gad is a kind, considerate and gentle dentist. I've just had the best filling experience ever in my seventy years. I have bad 'baby boomer' teeth, which are mostly crowned on my molars, and Ben has committed to saving as many of my remaining teeth for as long as possible! I like my new dentist!! 19th October 2023. I had another very deep filling today. Dr Ben again made me feel comfortable, explained every move, was gentle and considerate, and I was the most relaxed I've ever felt at the dentist! What's more, he was fast AND efficient! Extraordinary capabilities, thank you. I will see you again in six months.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Camilo has definitely been very positive. I’ve had done implants combined with dentures. Dr. Camilo is very skilful and amazingly up to date with the latest dental technologies like 3-D printing, laser scans, digital photography and wide use of computer aids. Certainly, his services don’t come at the low price. But dentistry never has been cheap and you get what you pay for. High quality service has to come at the price. Dr. Camilo certainly delivers what he promises. I have no problem to recommend him as the best dentist I ever came across. Another thing extremely important: never any of my appointments were late so I had to wait. Never met a dentist so professional and courteous as him. Last but not the least: The ladies at reception are amazing and always extremely helpful. Big thank you to Dr. Camilo and the team at NW Dental in Wynyard.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had 2 x dental implants. Dr Ben is my usual dentist but referred me to Dr Camilo for this procedure due to his experience in my complex needs. Dr Camilo and the team at the Wynyard clinic have been nothing but professional, caring and supportive. Dr Camilo talked me through pre & post treatment needs at each appointment- each time reassuring me that he was only a phone call away should I have any issues- even making alternative arrangements when he was on leave. The admin team & assistants have been helpful & supportive any time I’ve needed additional support or advice. Such a wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jun at Northwest Dental is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I am 50, have lived in 3 states and 2 countries outside Australia, so I have seen a few! She worked on two large and difficult fillings of mine- gently, efficiently, with such professional skill that I barely felt the work being done. She cares about her work and the job done well. Her chairside manner and her assistant put me at ease the whole way through. If I could give this dentist a six star rating I absolutely wouldn't hesitate. Hope she stays in Burnie / Wynyard.

Fantastic experience: Didn't hurt. They have numbing cream before the needle. Very professional, polite and informative. I'm on a Disability Pension and found the cost very affordable. They even suggested that to save money to go to the free dentist at the hospital, but more than happy to pay. Great service and Dr Ben was very gentle and I really didn't feel a thing when he pulled my tooth out. Highly recommend.
