Fantastic experience: I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Hillel New & Dr. Fibishenko. I saw Dr. New to see if he could help me. For 2 years l've lived with broken implants & was told just to wait till they fell out. Dr. New was amazing & explained that he could give me Zygoma implants on my upper jaw & 4 implants on my lower jaw. He said l would have permanent teeth. Within 4 weeks of seeing him ..l now have beautiful permanent teeth.I highly recommend anyone wanting implants to see Dr. New & Dr. Fibishenko. They are both excellent surgeons & are at the cutting edge of there field.

Fantastic experience: I had been to two different clinics for consults looking into all on fours before I lucked out going to CDIC for another one. I was pretty much at the point of trying to decide between the two clinics I had already been to for consults but something was stopping me committing to either. I didn’t know what it was, the procedure or the clinics, or just a feeling. Wearing dentures and having bad teeth had been embarrassing, painful, unhealthy, always made it difficult to eat and they were permanently uncomfortable. For me it wasn’t a decision to be made hastily or lightly. An add for CDIC popped up on my Facebook during the week in which I had committed myself to make a final choice and get things moving. After forty years of covering my mouth or keeping a straight face I really wanted to have a smile again. The day I had my first consult with Hillel and the team at CDIC I walked out smiling on the inside and knowing this is it, this is the team that is going to make me smile again on the outside and they did! It has just passed a month since my procedure and I am smiling every chance I get, I actually need the practice. My procedure was pretty intensive and slightly tricky but Hillel was confident he would get it done successfully and I was confident he would too! Now a month on I feel like all I did was turn up open my mouth a few times and the CDIC team took care of everything else with genuine care, consideration and friendliness. It has been such a brilliant experience for me with the old ‘life changing’ cliche thrown in for good measure. I would do it all again without hesitation except having two sets of teeth is probably being a bit greedy and slightly pointless, unless I was to become a shark maybe.

Negative experience: I witnessed a disturbing incident out the front of the centre last week. I was working near by and heard yelling and a heated conversation. It appeared that an asian lady had stopped out the front and was checking directions when a tall,lanky,bald man,who appeared to be the owner,started lambasting her and yelling madly. It looked like she was trying to explain,but was unable to get a word in. No matter,who is right or wrong,there is a way to treat people and what I witnessed was disgusting and appeared to be racially based and way over the top. Almost speaking/yelling from a position of superiority. A poor reflection on this individual and presumably his business!

Fantastic experience: Hillel has been my dentist for over 20 years. He has always treated me with the utmost care and considered my fears and feelings (and budget!) in his approach to my treatments. I have two implants which are over 18 years old and still going strong. Following his care instructions and having routine check ups has kept them in fantastic condition. I always say those two implants are the best teeth in my mouth!! Hillel is so passionate about top quality dentistry, keeping in touch with the latest technology and learnings, and sharing his knowledge with his team and his colleagues. He always seems like a shining example of how to be a great dentist and a great person. I couldn't recommend him any higher!

Fantastic experience: 6 days ago Dr Hillel New performed the all on 4 implant surgery both lower and upper. The procedure went swimmingly, I was very fortunate to not experience the level of pain that required the pain killing medication that I was provided. Swelling was minor and at 55years of age, Dr New has helped me to become the very best version of myself, restoring my smile, my happiness, my confidence, and my ability to once again enjoy eating food. Dr New is an absolute master of his craft, exudes confidence, has a wonderful bed side manner and he is a beautiful soul. The entire team at CDIC are so friendly and warm…to think something I dreaded so much ended up being such a ‘walk through in park’. My sincerest thanks to ALL at CDIC. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years for all my dental work and while I have always thought it was an incredible dental surgery, it was seeing Dr Hillel New work on my 12 year old daughter. She need to have some teeth extracted in the chair, she was petrified. Dr Hillel made her feel so at ease and explained everything to her before he started so she knew what was ahead. He worked super fast and was so gentle, I think she actually enjoyed herself! He cracked some great jokes and even did a magic trick for her, pulling her teeth out of her ears! She was thrilled and thanks to Hillel, my daughter now has no fear of the dentist! Highly recommend CDIC!

However did not find the team there very approachable and was a little daunting. Then i made contact with CDIC Armadale. From the first phone call, Moon was a breath of fresh air and an absolute asset to the team. Every single question or concern was answered with my mind feeling at ease. not once did i feel pressured or uncomfortable. The first initial appointment, i felt welcomed, it feels like a family. All the staff are absolutely amazing. Hillel sat me down and was VERY detailed with the procedure and knowing exactly what i needed. I had so many concerns, worries and doubt. The whole process i was assured to trust him. Which, i do not do easily. HOWEVER, this man has used his knowledge, artistic views and attention to detail and instilled a very deep trust. I have feared dentists for many years and the ability the team had to create a painless and prompt service was amazing. I no longer have a fear of dentists and the team have created a new confidence in my life that i have never. Truly amazing heroic team. Fantastic experience: I’m delighted to write this 5-Star review and to sing the praises of Dr Hillel New and the wonderful team that looked after every aspect of my All-On-Four transformation in November 2021. I opted to have all my remaining teeth extracted and two arches of 12 teeth each installed in one procedure. I was treated superbly in every aspect of my care, from the first consultation onwards. Communication and preparation was comprehensive, workup went smoothly and anaesthetic consultation ensured that diabetes management before and during the 6hr operation was flawless. Within 24hrs, I had a fantastic set of new teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I wish that I’d taken this step earlier, as I suffered quite difficult loss of dental function for a few years prior to deciding to proceed but my timing proved perfect & I was in the very best of hands! Thanks to Hillel & the entire CDIC team for everything!!

Having researched on line and read many of the reviews here, I finally decided that I should go ahead. At my very first consult with Dr New, a lot of my fears were put to rest, as I could sense that Dr New was someone who was very knowledgeable and experienced in All-on-4 implants as he explained in detail what was involved. Having recently had both my upper and lower implants done by Dr New. Fantastic experience: ANAESTHETIC GALORE. If you suffer from dental phobias, then this is absolutely the clinic for you. I had several terrifying experiences prior to going to CDIC. After years of neglect, I had a filling crumble which needed an urgent repair. The experience was exactly what I needed to restore my confidence in dentists. Dr Hillel's techniques are about as pain free as dentistry can get. I don't even feel the needles, or my face for about 5 hours afterward for that matter. On my last filling with him, I nearly fell asleep in the chair. The dental hygienist, Tanya, is one ofthe knowledgeable I have ever experienced. She's incredibly skillful and gentle. It's thanks to her and Dr New that my dental health is top notch now. From a price perspective, dentistry is a case of you get what you pay for. These guys are on the pricey end but their work is such high quality that I know it will last. Dr Hillel is a perfectionist and he will fix any annoying little things for free that result from any complex restoration work he does (e.g. if flossing is tight after a filling). I haven't experienced any problems from any of the work performed at this clinic. So if you're a massively afraid of dentists, I highly recommend you get in touch with CDIC.

Fantastic experience: I recently had AllOn4 surgery with Dr New & Dr Azami. I could not be happier. This process is huge and involved a 6.5 hour process and I could not have been in better hands. The result is amazing and beyond what I could have imagined possible. My dental issues were complex and embarrassing but at no time was I made to feel ashamed by my situation and I was given all options prior to proceeding with both upper and lower AllOn4. I was supported through the whole process from start to finish. The confidence I have gained from doing this is out of this world! If this is something you’re considering then go and see the team today. Don’t wait because it’s life changing!

Dr. Hillel and his team were completely understanding and accommodating and they did everything they could to ease my anxieties. I went in with the idea of implants but Dr. Hillel said in my case it wouldn’t be the best option. So over the year I went through a few fillings and extractions.
