Fantastic experience: After previous negative experiences at other dentists, I finally found the perfect dentist for me! Since my first visit in March 2023, I have had five appointments at Optim Dental (to finally address all my dental issues including initial check-up, cleaning, fillings, and wisdom tooth removals) and have had a fantastic experience each time I have gone. Dr Bashar is the first dentist I’ve been to where I felt like I was informed of my issues (in a very easy-to-understand way), given a clear treatment plan, and left my appointments feeling optimistic and satisfied. I definitely felt like I was in capable hands and would recommend their services to everyone!

Negative experience: BEWARE! ALWAYS ASK FOR PRICES BEFORE TREATMENT! Biggest scam artists pretending to be dentists I’ve ever seen. Will throw random charges onto bills to make more $. Money hungry thieves especially Dr Raed and Dr Bashar. Receptionist, Dr Raed’s sheela Hiba is just as bad. STAY CLEAR IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH AND MONEY!

Negative experience: Where do I start! Dr Raed has been by far the worst dentist I’ve even been to. I did my braces with him and the results I got were worst. After 1 year my teeth started to move and I had gaps in between. He did not give me any retainers after my completed sessions. As a dentist he should know better. I do not recommend him at all. Please do your research before considering going to him. His systems are very bad, he over charges people, sometimes he doesn’t even keep track of the payments that have been made. His wife who works with him as a “receptionist” is very rude and doesn’t listen to patients concerns or questions related to the services provided by her husband “Dr Raed”. Save your money and go to someone else who knows better and does a better job than them. These people only provide bad services.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that Optim Dental is the best clinic I have ever been to. They have the kindest and the most professional staff ever! I have done my braces there and many people decided to get braces because of my teeth results. I honestly don't think my teeth would've looked this great if I got them done somewhere else. It's been a year since I got my braces off and I am still so in love with them to the point where I never want to stop smiling. Literally a confidence boost especially when taking selfies :D They not only helped me be more confident with my smille, but also when eating heaps of chocolate and candies with no single pain in my teeth.

Fantastic experience: My Dr (Raed Said) said my teeth where the most severe and serious thing his ever had to deal with, my teeth where really far out my jaw wasn’t expanded enough and he has to work on that, as soon as he put the expander on 1 month later my jaw was expanded enough that I didn’t even need to tighten them every day. My teeth where out a lot and it was a really severe situation but Dr Raed Said found a way to help me. Every doctor I go to never really tries helping me they just say “we’re gonna have to pull a tooth out” and obviously I wouldn’t want that I would rather get expanders and braces not pull a tooth out. Doctor Raid Said is the best doctor. I didn’t have to go through any pain!!

Their customer service is amazing, when i removed my wisdom tooth they kept calling me and checking up on me confirming everything was going well. As for the procedure, my doctor, Dr. Bashar was a complete professional, he ensured i did not feel anything during my procedure and it was entirely painless. His hands are magic. Overall the entire clinic do a great job on everything. Very happy with all my procedures.
