Fantastic experience: Best decision I’ve made I put off going to the dentist for years, my teeth were in bad shape, and fear kept me away. I used ChatGPT to find the best affordable option, and Fix Dental Chermside came up. I’m so glad it did! From the start, the team made me feel welcome and never judged. The plan was to remove my teeth and get immediate dentures, which honestly terrified me, but Dr Ngo was amazing. The procedure was quick and way less painful than I expected. And the dentures? They look so natural and feel great. What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be a smooth, even positive experience. If you’re thinking about doing the same, I can’t recommend Fix Dental enough. I just wish I’d done it sooner.

My husband was slightly apprehensive at his first appointment but the staff were so welcoming and thoroughly put him at ease. His dental procedure requires him to attend further appointments and at each appointment the treatment is fully explained and performed with great precision. The dentists are certainly experts in their field- they are true professionals. My husband has stated that this is the best dental care he has experienced and will certainly recommend this surgery to others. I come from a medical background and from my observation I am so impressed by the friendliness of staff, the calming environment provided as well as the meticulous cleanliness standards adopted. We highly recommend this Dental Surgery.

Fantastic experience: Absolute life savers!! Was having a very severe toothache, constant pain was getting worse by the second. Even though they did not have to, they made time for me to come in and help me even when I did not have an appointment which I’ll be forever grateful for. They were very quick and easy and really assured me that everything was okay (I don’t react well with pain). Now I have no pain at all. Thank you so much fix dental. I will say it again because it is true… you guys are absolute life savers!!

Fantastic experience: I always hated or feared going to the dentist, but fix dental is my saviour. With upfront prices that make it easy to budget and afford for someone without insurance. As well as a friendly and welcoming staff that make you feel comfortable and like you're in good hands .

Negative experience: Horrible experience! They didn’t have the decency to send me the dental treatment plan without paying $300! Every dentist I have been to they have emailed me the treatment plan even if they weren’t my first choice, isn’t this basic customer service ?. I know I did enquiry about super to the pay for the treatment, however they wanted me to signed a contract without telling how much and not giving me a copy of my treatment plan which is very unjust and dodgy. Even the 2 dental assistant seemed odd to me in their behaviour If you are enquiring how much something is at the clinic, spare some time and money as nothing seems to be explained here. Please send my treatment plan, as I paid $130 for what exactly ? Very disappointed

I decided it was time to finally fix my teeth. Jonathon was fantastic and really helped me with my options of replacing old fillings and also correcting my front damaged teeth. Having booked an appointment with Fix Dental and seeing Dr Qiuyi Wang and dental assistant, I will now continue to return six monthly. Fantastic experience: I have now visited FIX dental twice. The first visit was to look at a cracked tooth, he was very accommodating and gave a few options and checked against my private healthcare cover.. WE the dentist and l concluded the tooth was best to be removed. The 2nd visit was to evaluate the condition of ALL my teeth, OPG and X-rays showed heaps of issues. He suggested a 3 phase approach to do 3 fillings, next was to a total clean then finally remove some teeth and build a plate to replace the missing. I thought the business name FIX was they were going to FIX my teeth, surprise it means a FIX PRICE, l am now 61 years young and been to the dentist many times, l have never had the excellent service and care l am one very happy customer and l will recommend them to anyone looking for a professional dental service. Fantastic experience: From start to finish my experience was amazing! I can’t thank Dr Carden enough. From the minute I walked in the room he made me feel at ease. The receptionist was also lovely and welcoming. Dr Carden stepped me through the entire process (which was completely pain free). I have severe Dental anxiety and would encourage anyone to go to Fix Dental!

Negative experience: I have been to around five dentists for a free veneer smile consult. This was the least appealing. Each other veneer clinic would take you on a tour of their practice, take photos, X-rays and scans (all free for the veneer consults I went to), they would use technology to show me a visual of what the teeth may look like. I did not have this experience with fix dental. The only thing done was a photo of my teeth and a discussion about possible outcomes. I was not given a quotation either, only verbal. No package provided at the end as other clinics have given. The cost for the veneer work didn’t include a mock up either, which the dentist said costs $800. It costs around $2-300 at the other dentists and is included in their packages. I felt like the dentist wasn’t confident in the work and didn’t want to do it. Very odd experience and a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Making the choice to make an appointment with Dr Carden and Fix Dental Chermside has changed my life. My teeth have for many years kept me from meeting people and being social but have been too nervous to do anything about it. I went to Fix Dental to look into composite veneers. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing visit with Dr. Maggie for a dental exam, scale, and clean. She's super gentle and really friendly, which made a huge difference for someone like me who's always been a bit nervous about dentist visits. She started by taking some cool photos of my teeth. She showed me these clear, high-quality pictures and walked me through what's going on. It was super helpful to see what she was talking about. She gave me a bunch of options to help get my teeth looking brighter and straighter. She also did a full mouth x-ray and pointed out my wisdom teeth coming in. I got a lot of choices for what to do about them, which was great. Despite looking quite young, Dr. Maggie knows her stuff inside out. She even spotted that I grind my teeth and gave me some solid advice and treatment options for it. She's really good at explaining things so it made understanding the tricky stuff way easier. It's a bummer to hear that she’s leaving. I'm definitely going to miss having her at fix dental , but I'm hoping to find out where she's heading next so I can keep seeing her.

Fantastic experience: After years of procrastinating I finally made the decision to get my teeth fixed. There was always some other expense the money had to go to, but, I was always envious of people with beautiful natural looking straight white teeth. Well! that's me now! Thanks to Dr Vu Ngo and the team at Fix Dental Chermside I'm literally left speechless as to how incredibly natural, super straight, aligned and white ( not fake white) my teeth now are! They are absolutely perfect. I'm so happy with the result. The process was very professional and painless including the price! which was extremely reasonable and transparent given the extent of the work done and the amazing result. The best decision I made was to take the initial leap of faith and just book that first consultation at which time you can obtain all the information required for you to make a no pressure decision. Fantastic experience: Dr Maggie and her assistant are wonderful and I feel comfortable with them. My first 'Full Check and Clean' with them was great. Very comprehensive and good value. I also had a terrible sore tooth and they fixed it well at a great price, very happy with the result. They're upfront with prices (competitively priced too which is a bonus) and I appreciate that as I've had a somewhat bad experience in the past. Lovely receptionist too. The place is clean and nice, situated in a convenient location. Would recommend! :-)
