Fantastic experience: A friendly and professional team, to say the least. Absolutely recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Modern comfortable rustic reception and waiting room. Everyone seems happy and friendly. Dr George explains everything in the clear and I don't feel he is trying to add onto the bill, as I've had others do. Now my permanent dentist.

Negative experience: I had a profoundly disgusting experience at this dental practice. The dentist belittled my anxiety and panic disorder, making inappropriate comments like, “How are you at the dentist now if you used to have a dental phobia?” and mocking me for needing gas to manage my panic disorder during previous orthadontic treatment. Refused to accommodate my need for a smaller, child-sized insert when doing the intraoral xray and said "we'll just put salt on your tongue". Obvisouly that didn’t work and I said that I won't be doing it. When he begrugingly acquised, then condescendingly repeated that I could've handled the adult one if I were “more tolerant.” During the extraoral x-ray, he asked patronisingly if I could manage it, despite me already indicating it was fine. He was unprepared, not having read the hygenists notes from the week prior, and argued with his inept assistant while forcibly keeping my mouth open even though he had stopped all work. His repeated remarks about the difficulty of treating a hole in my tooth made me feel uneasy and undermined my confidence in his abilities and his willingness to even do so. Dr George was unprofessional, dismissive, condescending and unbelievabley arrogant. The hygenists are great, but Dr George should retire seeing as his people skills already have. The visit has left the sides of my mouth cracked and sore. You can delete this review, but it will be reposted.

Negative experience: Long waiting times in waiting room . Usually 25 mins beyond booked appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dental Excellence is certainly the right name for this dental clinic. I haven’t had dental care this good for years.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience , Sipros is one of the most meticulous people I have met , this translates amazing when done with dentistry. He makes sure he takes enough time to perfect whatever he is doing . I had some cosmetic work done today he went over time to make sure he perfected what he was doing. I would highly recommend! It is refreshing seeing someone doing what they love , 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Dr. George is amazing! His work is always top notch and he cares more about what is right for your teeth, rather than doing unnecessary expensive work. Many other dentists have done unnecessary work that was very expensive, Dr. George is very honest and knowledgeable about what the best treatment really is. Dental excellence and Dr. George make visiting the dentist much easier!

Fantastic experience: Got a clean here for the 1st time here today. I appreciate the customer service from all the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Additionally i was gifted a complementary teeth cleaning kit for free as well. It’s safe to say that i found my new “dental home” -Nigeel

Fantastic experience: I have used this dentistry for several fillings and cleans. Very modern facilities, friendly staff, and painless experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A reminder for everyone to avoid processed sugar. Most people are programmed from a young age to consume it, which ruins the way your teeth, jaw and brain develop. I found out the hard way well into my 20s and have never felt better than when I’m avoiding added and processed sugar. If you want something sweet, grab a fresh piece of fruit. Hope this helps someone.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away from my first visit today! Dr Spiro, Elisa and the team were incredible! As a person who is slightly petrified of the Dentist from previous experiences, resulting in not seeing one for a LONG time. I felt so welcomed and cared for. Fantastic experience: First time at Dental Excellence and had my teeth cleaned by Dental hygienist Denny who provided a wonderful service. Her bright smile and enthusiasm made her very approachable and easy to communicate with. She exhibited extreme professionalism and made me feel comfortable very quickly. Very gentle and always checked on how I was throughout the process while also being very thorough. Enjoyed her explanation of the process and consistently providing educational information that is beneficial to me in regards to maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Overall the service from Dental Excellence was terrific as everyone was polite and efficient. And I would highly recommend Denny! :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Kontorinis did an excellent job replacing a filling for me recently. I no longer have any sensitivity in that tooth. And Mabel (hygienist) worked her usual magic with my clean. I used to work at Dental Excellence and I still come back for my Dental needs because I know the treatment standard is among the highest in Perth. Go team!!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with the Dental Excellence team. Firstly, the practice is state of the art and a pleasure to visit. Second, the entire team are polite and efficient. Thirdly, my dentist (Spiro) and hygienist (Elisa) demonstrated gentle and thorough care among the best I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: Dentists like George are extremely hard to find. His professionalism and care are exceptional. He is a perfectionist from the smallest to the most complicated job and he carries a long experience in dentistry. He combines his high level of expertise with efficiency and he adds a good amount of humour as well, so that patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Personally I am very demanding and similarly a perfectionist especially for things like health and hygiene, where George exceeded all my expectations!

Negative experience: I went there Twice in the last 2 weeks in pain, and I ended up booking an other appointment somewhere else because they couldn’t resolve the problem! So disappointed I paid for nothing

Fantastic experience: Spiro is the best dentist I've ever seen. Significantly improved my teeth; his work is fantastic and thorough. He is also gentle with his tools, pays attention to any discomfort you may have and has a good personality. Similarly, Elisa is a great dental hygienist and gave me a long and meticulous clean. Their prices are ridiculously cheap if you're with HBF too.

Fantastic experience: Yvette has been doing a incredible job with my dental cleaning. I’m sensitive to pain and always a bit scared of go seeing a dentist. She’s so gentle and skilled that I was so relaxed almost fell asleep when she was working on my teeth today. The new clinic has a very nice industrial style decoration, makes me feel comfortable the second when I went in. Staff are nice and helpful. Strongly recommend this clinic and of course Yvette herself!

The patient Coordinator, Allana always ensures that clients are comfortable, relaxed and looked after. Fantastic experience: Dental Excellence are wonderfully supportive from first entering and seeing Allana’s beautiful smile - Allana makes you feel like your the only client ,remembers your name , goes over and beyond to make you happy and at ease and is ever so attentive best receptionist ever then seeing the wonderful Dentist George Kontoniris. George over the years fixed all the concerns with my teeth that needed attending to that my previous dentist wasn’t able to rectify and his partner in crime the wonderful Dental nurse Jo this team duo makes my experience all the better - Jo ever so accommodating I have TMJ a severe underbite and this duo accomodate my pain and take each step of my dental work with both professionalism but also with compassion. George is very thorough never rushes you so you always leave feeling like you’ve been listened to and you’ve had the best treatment. So happy to have found this dentist back in 2014. I don’t think I could go anywhere else. Dental excellence for our family is compassionate, understanding and attentive - thanks for being so wonderful team at Dental excellence. Adele

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get my teeth whitened so I researched a number of clinics around Perth to find the best price and Dental Excellence came out on top. Initially I was only going to get the home whitening kit but when I found out how much of the in chair treatment is covered by HBF it would have been silly not to do both ;) I saw immediate results from the in chair treatment which kept me motivated to stick with the home programme. It probably would have taken too long to see a result with the trays alone so I am glad I did both. The end result - my teeth look so much whiter but without looking strange plus I have treatment left over for touch ups down the track, winning! Highly recommend DE if you want to give your smile a cost effective lift in a friendly and professional environment! Another very happy customer, thank you Dental Excellence!
