Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic I’ve been to. Dr Poe was very thorough, professional and patient and took his time to explain everything about my issue. Also has the most advanced Equipment to scan my teeth for a jaw issue for a night guard/splint. I could see a full 3D model of my teeth on the screen which he could move around to explain. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Gautam Sridhar of Chatswood Dental Associates has been my dentist for approximately 10 years. I came to Gautam with my teeth and gums in bad shape. Over the years he gave me a sinus uplift (a complex procedure) and bone grafting to insert 3 implants which was very successful. Over the years I have had 2 more implants and a crown fitted. All of them were so well done that I feel they are my natural teeth. With regular cleaning and maintenance at this dental practice I have enjoyed good dental health and overall good health which has contributed to the joy of living, Gautam is a great dentist and he does complex procedures expertly and with ease and comfort for the patient. The practice is clean and pleasant place to visit with adequate parking facility and friendly staff like Alysha the receptionist and chairside assistants. I recommend Gautam Sridhar and this practice wholeheartedly to anyone.

Many of the staff are the same as when I first visited them and my visits are always longer than planned as we catch up on our lives. Fantastic experience: I am not comfortable and often nervous with the thought of getting my teeth worked on, but Chatswood Dental Associates are the best in the business. From the delightful Elysha who does a great job making sure we have regular appointments through to Virginia who overcomes all fears and makes the process a very pleasant and pain free experience, she takes pride in her job and does it to perfection. Dr Poe Lim is the best Dentist on the planet, he knows exactly what needs to happen and does it without fuss.

Fantastic experience: I have been having different procedures conducted by Dr Gautam. Even though dentist appointments are not always pleasant everything runs smoothly. Dr Gautam takes his time to explain the issues, always addresses my additional questions, discuss the plan in advance and makes sure that I am informed and confident during the process. Fantastic experience: Ranked up there with the best thing I've ever done for myself was to find Poe and his team. My initial enquiry 6 plus years ago had me engage with Kristen who is incredible. Her attitude is fantastic, every time I go in. But it was my initial enquiry where she stood head and shoulders over previous practices I sort care from. Her genuine interest and attention to answer my long list of questions gave me the confidence to move ahead. Now 6 years on I'm still sporting my life enhancing veneers and paying regular visits to see the team and have a bit of banter. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending everyone to pay them a visit

I live close by but if I ever moved, I would drive any distance to still come to this practice! Doctor Poh is outstanding and V too who does my 6 month dental clean! Alicia who is at the reception desk always makes me smile too! They are like family! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Poh Lim and his wonderful staff for a number of years now. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and friendliness. I am always called the day after any procedure to make sure that everything is ok. The best sign of any successful business, hardly any turnover of staff. I continue to recommend this practice to one and all.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going here for 10+ years. The team are professional, direct and on point - everytime. They practise preventive dentistry and early detection / forecasting mechanisms to educate the patient, more than anything else. They really do know their stuff. This comes out when your symptoms coalesce with their diagnosis. Between pre and post consultation, one feels a sigh of relief. There offer multiple options and give you time to think about it (without pushing you) and can tell you the pros and cons of each. They offer evidence based treatment as opposed to opinion based, which I found in some of the other places I went to previously. It's like a dentistry school for patients, if I was to put an analogy to it. (Some of the Dentists there are actually on the Australian Dental Board, so you know, you're in good hands). Patients are given accurate indicative quotes which often fall below the actual post treatment price. They are a balanced ethical practice which do everything in their power to make your experience a postive one. Thank you to the whole team of CHA, for looking after me, for all these years; I really do appreciate it :-)

Fantastic experience: Friendly with incredibly competent and experienced team. My dentist is truly committed to getting the best outcome, and invests a good amount of time to ensure I make the best informed decisions. The team did an amazing job for a very complex issue I had - where 6 other "no frills" dentists advised that "I'm screwed" and just get dentures (not an attractive option for a 29 year old). A few years later, my teeth are actually healthier and I'm very happy.

Gotham made me feel comfort and at ease despite the pretty unpleasant procedure I had. I’d certainly recommend this practice to anyone (it was even worth the drive from the East!)

Fantastic experience: Our whole family has been seeing Gautum for years, including at a prior practice. Along with satisfaction with our dental health, we have been very happy with the time taken to explain procedures and different options offered for treatments. Specifically though, I had a fall that damaged three teeth extensively. Not only has Gautum gone out of his way to minimise the costs of procedures, he also saved all three teeth when most other dentists would have resorted to extraction and implants.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad dental experiences in the past which has put me on edge to go to dentist for a while, but after coming to see the dentists at Chatswood Dental Associates, I've never looked back! I feel comfortable and well taken care of. Treatment is always explained well so i know exactly what is going to be happening on the day or in my future appointments. Fantastic experience: Went in earlier today with a problem with a wisdom tooth. After a very thorough examination, it was advised that the tooth be removed. From the time I walked in the door, I was welcomed by the very friendly staff, and felt very comfortable. From there I met Dr Lim, and his calm and friendly demeanour put me right at ease. Dr Lim answered all of my concerns, and was extremely attentive and careful through the whole procedure. Even when I flinched a little from a very slight sting halfway through (more from surprise, rather than pain), Dr Lim stopped straight away and checked the area, administering a little more local anaesthetic and didn't proceed until the area was numb. I highly recommend Dr Lim for anyone who is even slightly anxious about seeing a dentist. The whole procedure was painless, all I felt was some light back and forth movement. I would like to thank Dr Lim and team, for a fantastic experience.... the t.v. on the roof is a nice touch! Scott.

Negative experience: Went for a general checkup and the Dentist Gautam Sridhar was really rude and shouting at the dental nurses/assistant who were really nice and calm with the whole situation. Would not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: I had been going to my previous dentist for years and they really didnt flag any issues i had. When i saw Dr Sridhar he quickly put together a treatment plan correcting years of neglect. I would highly recommend him to others.

The overall price I thought was pretty good. Definitely received a lot more care from here than I experienced anywhere else. Fantastic experience: My wife and kids went to Sydney last week. During that time, my daughter got a serious teeth pain, she couldn't eat and have a good sleep. My wife called Chatswood Dentist Clinic, and they made an emergency appointment in a hour, and fixed my daughter's teeth quickly. As a result, my wife and kids could have a good holiday there.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist - Dr. Gautam Sridhar. He has been looking after my family for the last decade. He has taken away my long held fear of dentists and my kids love going to see him. Takes the time to explain things - such a rare thing these days! My wife had her wisdom tooth removed and had absolutely no problems. He replaced one of my missing teeth with an implant about 7 years back and I think it is the best thing in my mouth.
