Fantastic experience: Dr Ted and team were lovely during my consultation, they talked me through all the steps, I was nervous, but I felt in good hands. I also found their pricing very reasonable. It was the most gentlest clean I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: I went here today with worst ever tooth pain, exposed nerve, decay and about to fall to pieces after 3 days of agony. I've always hated going to the dentist after a painful experience as a kid. What a difference! The staff here were sensational! Professional, they know their stuff, pretty much painless tooth repair. Highly recommended, can't say enough good things. Such a relief to walk out with no pain and a proper follow up plan.

Dr Nguyen took extremely good care of both me and my partner, was quite thorough with the process and also very comfortable to be around. Fantastic experience: After having a negative experience at a different dental clinic I booked into Dentist by the Park with Dr. John. I’m SO glad I did! During my first appointment I was incredibly nervous, however, he quickly made me feel validated and at ease, so I was able to put my trust in him. The clinic itself is beautiful and modern and the team that I have interacted with beyond Dr. John have all been wonderful. I’ve had a few appointments since and Dr. John’s transparency, ethics and quality of work are on point every time (goat). Fantastic experience: I decided to try Dentist By The Park as my previous Dentist had made several mistakes on my dental care so that led me to seek treatment elsewhere. I was attended to by Dr Kendy at Dentist By The Park and following my initial examination I knew I was in the care of an exceptional and professional dentist. After a thorough initial examination Dr Kendy conveyed to me what rectification repairs were required and why with the assistance of myself viewing the damaged teeth on their High Res screen so I had a clear verbal and visual understanding of what Dr Kendy had proposed for my dental plan. The completion of the repairs of the past dental errors were completed in a most meticulous and patient manner. I observed an attention to detail of the repair works to my teeth to a level that I had never previously observed or experienced. Hands down the most professional Dentist I have ever experienced in nearly 65 years of dental treatment. Being a retired senior customer service manager I know when I am being attended to by a exceptional professional. The support staff at Dentist By The Park were also extremely friendly and helpful. Of course I arranged for the rest of my family to transfer to Dentist by the Park and they have also confirmed that their experience was also outstanding. The whole experience was a solid 5 star. Without hesitation I would highly recommend and commend Dentist By The Park. Thank you Dr Kendy!

I've been to a number of different dentists in the past, not ever having a such a splendid and delightful experience as the one had at Dentist by the Park Bentleigh. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr John was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and very communicative when discussing my dental/oral health. He is able to explain each procedure in detail and made me feel very comfortable with his recommendations and suggestions. My family and I have been seeing Dr John religiously for all our dental needs for the past year. They're online appointment scheduling system on Core Practice is convenient and easy to use, when their reception is busy. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff, dentist and building are completely revamped - the tech is modern, the interior is open and fresh - the dentistry analysis is less ‘drill and fill’ and more analytical- involving sleep studies to fix the root problem, not just the surface issue. The dentist even pointed out something that no other dentist has - which is teeth grinding and explained why it happened! I never felt bad about going, and was happy to not only be checked but to return! The staff are so nice and welcoming - and even the garden (and logo) is new and refreshed! Thankyou so much, I’ll be back with my wife and Chihuahua :)

Fantastic experience: I just came to get my teeth cleaned but it was a shock when I found out that I both grinded my teeth and had wisdom teeth coming through. Dr John was extremely patient and made me a mouth guard and retainers as well as planning my next appointment so that I can get my wisdom teeth out after my school exams. Can’t recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: ** UPDATE** I have been greatly saddened to hear recently that around the time booked for my my second annual clean (due to my commitment to this practice and a better dental health regime). However within the week or so of my six monthly clean and check up visit, I was eventually advised via sms that my greatly admirable professional - Leon- had tragically died that week. Truly, I hope the best for this great Local dental surgery… As a first time (in a longggg time!!) dental patient, I found Leon to be incredibly detailed and professional. I appreciated how carefully and thoroughly he was able to explain to me the various stages/condition of my teeth and what I needed to have done. Furthermore, he was flying solo as his nurse was away for the week and he did everything really efficiently and effectively.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Strauch for a second opinion on an issue I had with a tooth. The previous dentist treated the wrong tooth three times. By then, the tooth that needed treatment was in a bad shape and I was sent to an Endodontics practice. I feel lucky that I went to see Dr Strauch, as he was the only person who explained to me clearly what the situation was with the infected tooth and what the 3 possible scenarios were. Based on that information, I made an informed decision regarding the course of action. Needless to say that myself and my family will become regular patients of Dr Strauch, whenever we need to see a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Leon has been my dentist for over 20 years, and has been looking after other members of my family even longer than that. He is calm, knowledgeable and will explain clearly what is happening with your teeth. He does not rush to intervene too early or unnecessarily but will also let you know if there are things that may need to be done further down the track. When issues arise, he explains clearly the options and costs - he will give you an opinion on the risks and benefits of each but never pushes you. He is also a lovely person who takes a genuine interest in his patients.

Negative experience: Very obliging person. Despite that my experience was mixed to say the least. I was told about numerous cavities that needed urgent repair. I decided to switch dentist instead.
