Fantastic experience: Took 2 kids to Dr Naga Sri Satyavani Puppala and I'm super happy. She's very gentle with kids and knows exactly what she was doing. She also made sure she explained everything and gave me options to make us all feel more comfortable and at control. Her assistant Palvasha was also super kind and helpful with my kids. I had to bring my 3 kids to my appointment but I was helped by Palladian to make sure the kids are okay and safe. Thank you all.

She's very skilled and filled a cavity for me, which was close to my nerve. Not to mention she was kind and patient throughout the entire visit. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Our Medical dental clinic. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The clinic was not so busy, which was a plus point especially on a Mon. Dr. Parul Chopra took time to explain the procedure clearly in layman's terms and answered all my questions patiently including all the details relating to the cost (gap payment and so forth). The treatment was done with great care. We are happy we found this clinic so close to our home in Marsden Park. I would highly recommend this Dr and the dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Amanpreet Bhullar - The bestest dentist I ever met. I was very anxius and scared when my wisdom tooth filling fall off as I was aware that next would be a tooth extraction as this was told few years back. Due to my anxity i was skipping it for years together. When I visted Dr.Amanpreet, she and her colleague was so calm and gave me all confidence in extraction and was taking time to calm me down. I just couldnt belive just say in 1 minute she took off my tooth and done! I am so happy and positive Dr.Amanpreet would be favourite for many patients out there just like me whose pain threshold is bad. I loved her work and would highly recommand her for all dental related concerns.

Fantastic experience: We took our three year old daughter here for her first ever dentist check up. What started as a check up ended up being a recommendation to see a specialist for cavity fillings! But the staff here were sooooo good and nice to my little daughter that she braved two filling procedures right then and there!. They were so beautiful with my daughter, calling her by name, saying they were proud of her, and she willingly opened her mouth for them. Cannot recommend enough. For a first time experience it is definitely is a five / five stars! Thank you so so much Marsden Park Dental Centre!

Negative experience: I recently visited Our Medical in Marsden park with my son, who was feeling very nervous about seeing the dentist. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My son was visibly scared and started laughing nervously, which is a common reaction for children in stressful situations. However, the staff member assisting us seemed impatient and annoyed by his behavior. We saw a dentist named Amanpreet After three attempts to place the cardboard in his mouth for an x-ray, the staff member turned to me—right in front of my son—and asked if he had special needs. When I clarified that he did not, she continued to say, “Usually kids with special needs act like this.” I explained again that he does not have special needs, and as I began to feel offended, she remarked that her own child has special needs and behaves similarly. Instead of showing understanding or patience, she then asked me, “Do you want me to continue on his teeth?” before abruptly ending the consultation. To make matters worse, the dentist herself kept saying things like, “Come on, I need to go home. It’s not funny,” rather than attempting to comfort or reassure my son. I found the entire experience incredibly unprofessional and disheartening. My son does not have special needs—he is simply a nervous child, as many children are when visiting the dentist. Laughing when scared is a natural reaction for some children, and it was upsetting to see his feelings dismissed and met with impatience instead of compassion. This experience made an already stressful situation much worse for my son and me. I hope this feedback encourages the clinic to train their staff on how to handle nervous children with empathy and professionalism in the future. Don’t take your kids here not child friendly

Negative experience: Went to the specialist dentist visit as the regular doctor recommended. He took only 2mins to check on the teeth deliver his message. And told me, child’s teeth needed to be cleaned properly if he wants brace. That’s it. Appointment finished. He printed the exactly same X-ray request that the regular Dentist already did months ago. I don’t understand the reason of this appointment. Dr Faraz did absolutely nothing to serve or consult about my child’s teeth. Only spend from 2:10pm to 2:15 with us. What a waste of time! Do not recommend this specialist. Regular doctors are far better in patients care than him.

Negative experience: This was by far one of the worst experiences my wife and I had with a health care professional. We presented with my wife complaining of dental pain from a suspected wisdom tooth. From the beginning it felt like the dentist wanted to push for an extraction without even discussing other treatment options. When we asked to delay the extraction for personal reasons, her demeanour worsened. There was no discussion about we can do at home, or even offered a script for pain relief. Shame on you. My one star was basically for the exceptional service provided by the radiology team who expedited my wife's OPG. Please do better.

Negative experience: I will never attend this clinic at all, Dr Satya rushed through the clean up and didn't even do the 2 X-rays as mentioned at the reception. Seemed like she wanted to get and over and done with it. Bad job and not trusted dentist

Negative experience: I came to Marsden park dentist for a cleaning.the Dentist Dr Parul Chopra didn't do her job properly, that’s a worst dentist I ever went to in Australia. she was trying to sell me more services that I don't need rather than concentrate on the job at hand. She doesn’t have confidence doing her job , in middle of treatment while cleaning she said you will be charged full price which is $300 due to terms n condition which she couldn’t explain( was out of syllabus for her)As per receptionist cost of cleaning was $149 for cleaning but she add 3 X-rays as first 2x X-rays was not good but costed me another $$$ plus more and end up paying $4$$.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing. Absolutely unacceptable gutless way to rob customers! Beware and be warned!

Negative experience: Thought i would try a new dentist closer to home. Went here for a teeth and gum clean and left with nearly a 400 bill (incl cavity fill) and my teeth and gums were not cleaned well. Going back to my old dentist. Staff were not rude or anything like that but the dentist (Dr Parul or Chopra) didnt really do a thorough job. I hope the dental services improve but you guys lost a new customer. Also the receptionist when i called to confirm my appointment, i had asked for the address and she gave me the wrong one.
