Fantastic experience: Ian Dr Brannaghan is an absolute magician I went in for help with cracked fillings that had been causing some pain. Dr Brannaghan offered a fast and painless solution. Possibly one of the most skilled Dentists in Australia. Highly recommend. The team are also so helpful at this practice booking me in quickly and efficiently. Five stars

Hygienist was also professional and pain free. They are caring, great to talk to and most importantly experts who take pride in everything they do. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was away on holiday and I was worried about some new hot and cold sensitivity on a tooth and my regular dentist’s receptionist recommended Dentist off Chapel. When I called, the friendly staff member made me an appointment and took my number and promised to call if me if there was a cancellation. She did get me in a day or 2 later. I saw Ian Brannaghan who was gentle and kind, had a good look around, did an xray and explained what was going on. I was really happy with the plan. Modern, clean and welcoming, super friendly and helpful - would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: You don’t like going to the dentist, but when you do (and you should go regularly) you want a dentist that you like. Ian has been my dentist for a very long time. He explains everything so clearly and I feel so confident everything being done is right and being done the right way. And Peta is a wonderful dental hygienist who is so gentle but still thorough. Comparing Dental off Chapel with the dentists of my friends with Ian and Co. they definitely are doing more but not for more. And I’m not forgetting the welcoming Pip at reception :-)

I have seen Ian for regular checkups and recently had two crown jobs done. I am very happy with the results. Ian kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the procedure and I even dozed off at one stage, which is a testament to how much I trust him. They were also exceptional with my little girl whom needed a filling. Patient, kind, and age appropriate incorporating story’s about the tooth fairy. It was a lovely experience. Fantastic experience: Such a lovely local dentist, with friendly, patient, understanding staff. In particular, Leo has a wonderful demeanor with my teens who have both completed invisalign with him, and now have perfect smiles. Ian is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have had crowns and fillings done with him: he is calm, explains everything that he is doing, nice and quick, yet also a perfectionist to make sure restoration work is excellent. All the hygienists I have seen are excellent too, with a special mention to Peta, who is so thorough, yet patient if you need a break. All this is topped off with Pip, the best receptionist who works magic to get busy calendars to work, and always greets you with a smile and chat. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and in particular if you or family are nervous about the dentist

They were also brilliant at making sure I was comfortable and confident with my home routine (brushing, flossing and mouth washing) .. I now even known how to floss properly! Fantastic experience: Don’t even waste your time and money going somewhere else. My partner and I have been there recently and we both had a check up and cleaning. My partner had a gum disease, which was causing bad breath and he was never informed about this when he attended other dentists/clinics. His treatment is now completed and the bad breath is 100% gone. Dr Carol Donadio and her team are very knowledgeable, helpful and explain you everything you need to know about your oral health. They are extremely detailed and do a fantastic job. We will definitely come back!

I have visited Dental off Chapel numerous times and no one really likes to see the dentist, however Dr. Frances Shearer has always made me feel comfortable, well looked after and has continuously informed and given me alternative treatment options (when possible) as a dental visit can be costly at times. I highly recommend Dental off Chapel and looking forward seeing the happy team soon for a check-up.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly practice, especially if you’re a Very nervous patient like me! They make visiting the dentist a lot easier and less stressful. Flexible times which is great outside of work hours. From my experience, the team genuinely care about your health and really take the time to understand what you want as a patient and what you require to get there. With quite a few ongoing issues myself and poor experiences with other dentists, I couldn’t recommend a better practice.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dental practice once a year in the last few years for general check ups and fillings. I am a nervous client. They managed to put me at ease. The service was gentle. I couldn't recommend highly enough of it.

Negative experience: Love how they advertise themselves as 'affordable' on their website, however do not list their prices and their prices are a joke. At least be honest that your another very expensive dentist that only caters to wealthy

Fantastic experience: I visited Dental off Chapel for the first time recently when I needed some fillings. Mary Ellen and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and Mary Ellen was very gentle and efficient. I also appreciated getting an appointment on short notice after having a toothache.
