Fantastic experience: Very impressed with these guys. Needed urgent work for a broken tooth. Was able to book a same day appointment online…yay!! Greeted by a very cheerful Leanne and then met by Dr Neville. Received great treatment from Dr Neville who explained everything and was very caring and his assistant (who’s name I didn’t get) but probably the most gentle dental assistant I have ever had. Fantastic experience: I was looking for advice and info regarding braces for my 10 year old daughter. As it’s such an expensive and lengthy treatment I want to make sure I make the right decision. Dr Neville was very patient and upfront in explaining different roles in dentistry and how it works when braces might be needed. Needing to find a Dentist to assist me, owing to the surgery being nearby I contacted Newcastle Dental Care . Negative experience: Worst quality of service ever. Went to get a filling, a couple months later it flared back up worse than ever because they left plaque inside. Thank God that by the time I got a competent dentist to fix it, I didn't need to get a root canal, just a redo of the filling.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST IN AU. I went to Newcastle Dental Care because I believed I needed to have a LOT of dental work done. Not only did Dr. Neville tell me I did NOT need incredibly costly work - he took care of the problem within a half of an hour. Years of discomfort and ongoing problems- he fixed after asking many questions and through the process of elimination. I can't say enough good things about this dentist. The receptionist too - friendly, patient & informative. If I end up moving to Tassie I'll STILL return to Newcastle Dental Care when I need to see a dentist! Thanks NDC!

Fantastic experience: Yes I have "dentist phobia" but must say this particular clinic made me feel quite at ease with their modern, professional, clinically precise, and friendly manner. I could have waited on the Public Dental Care list, however in NDC being so exceptionally priced, I elected to take a chance with them. I recommend you do too.

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient for many years. Gradually new staff have come and l must say the treatment, both professional and customer service, is very good . Going to the dentist is not pleasant but they have my confidence . I needed a tooth removed a few weeks ago and was in considerable pain. They were able to fit me in that day for which l was very grateful.

Positive experience: I was a long term client of John O'Hara and have made an easy transition to become a a client of Stephan's. The staff are friendly and competent and they ensure a professional service is offered in a caring environment. I will give them a 5th star when they start serving champagne after consultations ! Upon arrival I found the team to be friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the dental work was professional, quick and painless. Fantastic experience: We were so impressed with Stefan's professional and efficient work on our daughter's broken tooth. It was done very quickly and painlessly and all the staff were very friendly.
