Now I’m up to date with my teeth it’s just regular cleans every 6 months Best dentist around, I’m never going anywhere else!!! He is so gentle, explaining everything to me constantly!! Fantastic experience: Admire Dental - comforting, reassuring, non-judgemental. I go into panic attack mode having to make a dental appointment, then spend half the time in the chair crying when I arrive for said appointment. But I do not think I will be doing this anymore. The staff today were nothing but awesome. I can't thank all the staff enough for what they did for me!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve used in decades. Very caring and understanding. They totally explain the procedure to you and a very conscious of being as painless as they can. Even my adult son who is afraid of dentists and has a low pain threshold has said how good they are.

Fantastic experience: I attended Admire Dental clinic just after 1pm on a Saturday after 2 days of excruciating dental pain. The lovely receptionist was very helpful and understanding, spoke to the dentist and I was gratefully given an emergency appointment. The dentist made me feel at ease as I was very anxious and in pain, he explained all the options to me thoroughly and spoke me through everything he was doing. I will be going back for my follow up and booking my family in for their check ups also. Thank you so much to all the staff at Admire Dental clinic.

Very well looked after by everyone there and you always feel that your teeth and gum health are actually their number one priority unlike some other places I have been in the past. Fantastic experience: Dr Hau is a fantastic Dentist, as a nervous patient I can only say that I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental work. I’ve had fillings, root canals and a wisdom tooth extraction and Dr Hau has made it all very comfortable and much easier that I expected. I can’t recommend him highly enough, he truly is an exceptional dentist.

Negative experience: The people service and everything were great but here's the issue. I got quoted a price for the work and told Maybe a few hundred over which was fine. I've had to pay double past the few hundred and the works not all done. Once it is it will be closer to $1000 over not a few hundred. I wouldn't have considered getting the work done here if I had have known this.

Positive experience: I've been going to Admire dental butler since it 1st opened 3yrs ago.Dr Hau is a good dentist.Unfortunately since they've changed receptionists, it hasn't been a pleasant experience. My last 2 appointments I made, was cancelled on me at the last second. I wasn't impressed with turning up to my appointment only to be told an appointment wasn't booked. I rebooked an appointment & that was cancelled on me a few days before my appointment. The receptionist offered to rebook me for a week later. Which isn't helpful when you have a snapped tooth. I emailed a request for a copy of my x-ray I had done there previously, so I could go somewhere else. I received a call from the receptionist 13 days later, who later emailed me a copy of my x-ray. I'd always recommend Dr Hau as a dentist, but the receptionist isn't reliable with booking appointments & lacks the understanding, that cancelling on a patient repeatedly is a big deal to patients who are in pain. As a result, they've lost me as a customer.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Chan yesterday for some orthodontic advice. I can safely say, what a lovely guy he is. He explained things to me better than any dentist I’ve ever been to. He will 100% be my dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have been to see Dr Hau Yan Chan a few times now and I am extremely happy with his service. He is very friendly as are all his staff and very reasonably priced. They followed up by phone to check on me after attending once for an emergency appointment. I had been seeing the same dentist for 15 years and was very nervous about changing to a new one closer to where I was living but I am very pleased that I made the change as I was put very much at ease. Fantastic experience: I came to Admire Dental full of anxiety and concerns, and Dr Chan alleviated them all. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. He explained everything in detail, showed me pictures of my teeth, listened to my specific concerns and worked with me on everything. He is incredibly skilled at administering anesthetic injections. For me, this can often be the worst part of the procedure, and I hardly felt it. He also needed to use much less pain relief than previous dentists - In my eyes, because he is so gentle and precise. I have never left a dentist smiling before, and have never looked forward to going until I came here. I have seen Dr Chan for a series of treatments, and would highly recommend him to anyone who is nervous about treatment. He is also super friendly and warm, as well as his team.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Hau Chan was so welcoming and polite. Hau explained everything in great detailed and made me feel safe. Hau looked after me at each step of my root canal. I feel he went above and beyond in my dentistry work and will be returning for my regular checkups. Great pricing, great staff and a very happy environment!
