Fantastic experience: Excellent experience all round! Dr Ranjeet Sekhon was friendly, professional and efficient.

Negative experience: I found them to be very inexperienced and greedy they are always trying to upsell an expensive treatment. I had a small filling done and it exposed a nerve and gave me great pain for a couple of days, I reached out to them for help and they were not interested in helping me without a extra consultation fee and not for a couple of days. Bottom line if they hurt you you are on your own. Avoid these quakes like the plague.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this dental service as a new patient for a general check-up and clean. The staff were professional. There was no wait time as I had an appointment booked. The dentist highlighted areas for improvement and recommendations. All in all, it was a pleasant and speedy appointment.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited with my daughter and she was so well looked after by OHT Noor. Her lovely manner and bubbly personality put my daughter at ease and made the visit fun! She was so attentive and her sunny personality is a joy. You can imagine how happy I was when I visited a few days later and had OHT Noor for my clean. She was so gentle and communicated really well. Negative experience: I stopped by to rescheduled my appointment, the receptionist was cold and mean. The interaction felt unwelcoming and dismissive, which made the experience quite disappointing.

Fantastic experience: This is my usual practice but recently needed to book a visit for my 7 year old child who is Autistic. Dr Ruchira Chakraborty, and the dental nurse were both amazing with their approach and interactions. It was a very positive experience all round and has set us up for success with future dental visits. Highly recommend to any other ND parents in the Canning Vale area.

Negative experience: I’ve been waited 25 mins and expensive for consultation $78? We did not consult much Richard ho. I am not happy that doesn’t reasonable proce.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the dentist was knowledgeable, personable and professional. They will now be my regular dentist moving forward. I highly recommend you do the same.

Positive experience: Very ‘professional’. They are sophisticated at regular check, but only doing referrals with any other noticeable issues, none of any simple temp treatment either because ‘Time is not allowed’, which means I have to make another appointment for the temp treat :) BTW, they are also sophisticated at charging and they will rush out of the door to the car park to pursue you with any ‘missing charges’, that reliefs you the feeling of guilty for not paying properly. Happy to visit again with such unique experience ;)

Fantastic experience: Been a patient for a couple of years now and it is always a pleasure to visit! The staff are wonderful and do great work. I've never left without a smile on my face and a brighter one at that. Even my toddler had a great first visit last year. As a members first clinic for Medibank, the most I've been out of pocket since I first started visiting is $5 and when you consider that their fees are very reasonable a visit to Ranford road dental is completely stress free!

Fantastic experience: Thankyou to the entire team at Ranford Rd dental. Dr Ranjeet so calm composed & gets you so composed even in a complex procedure Thanks Doc. Yes the nurses too excellent all of them. Special mention & Highest Commendations for their Professional Approach and Experience to Kylie & Anita also for the Kindness, Helpful & Empathy they always have extended to me. But the most striking is the 2 combine so well which is a big plus for the centre. Cause when I am in discussions with them they have a keen eye on the other patients who visit. Not an easy task to multi task with a Smile & Happy face. I request the owners to make sure they be Commended Specially as the 2 of them stand out. Fantastic experience: My first visit to this fine establishment and I am now fully converted. From the front desk welcome to the services provided I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. So glad I am now on the books. This dentistphobic patient is now looking forward to the next appointment.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the dental service I received from this clinic. My wife had a filling done and it fell off the next day. I called them and they made her wait for two weeks to get another appointment. The second filling also fell off. I called them again and a manager promised her an appointment for Saturday. However, when she went there, they said they had no record of her appointment and asked her to come back another day. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They wasted our time and money and caused us a lot of pain and inconvenience. They need to improve their quality of work and their customer service. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a customer of this practice for more than 7 years. As a medibank preferred provider, there is no gap on my cleans and I get professional and knowledgeable service by the dentists, cleaning nurses and receptionists. Anita has been my go to receptionist for my dental queries of all kinds, very knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my cleans! Can’t recommend them enough, your teeth are safe with them!

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient of Dr Maria HUI at Ranford Dental Centre for over 15 years now. Her expertise in dealing with quite unique dental situations has been absolutely outstanding. Yes my teeth have presented numerous challenges over time! Clearly I have been a regular, loyal patient and I would not consider going to any other dentist for treatment. Additionally, Maria is highly qualified, dedicated and has a fantastic approach and demeanour. Apart from the bill I can honestly say it is a good experience visiting the dentist. Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible experience that my family and I had at Ranford Dental Centre. Dr. Alex Park is a top-notch dentist. He is incredibly good and looks after his patients as if his own family. He is exceptionally good with kids and has a way of engaging them with their dental care despite their young age. And now my kids flosses their teeth daily without fail I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: I waited 30 minutes on my appointment time,was told that their just cleaning up. When they finally called my name, I get inside the room, I was asked to sit on the white chair which I did, but then to my dismay, the chair was so wet and that made my pants so wet at the back all over. I told them there's water on your chair, but I didn't see or feel that two of them are apologetic with my wet pants. Check up and quotation was made. When I went to the reception, I paid the recepit - services claimed & $20gap. But then the receptionist handed another receipt -canceled services receipt amounting $397.50 and I was told that she wrongly charge my medibank card, and since it's cancelled, it should be refunded back to my card. Very dissappointed with this services and gestures. Not even a star deserve them.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at the Radford Road Dental Centre. I have to admit that I was worried so I was so happy when Dr Vicky Foo put my fears to rest. Hopefully next visits will bring the same feelings.

Fantastic experience: Had 4 of my wisdom extractions done with dr. Ranjeet Sekhon. Extraction itself surprisingly took about 40 minutes to do, considering my bottom wisdoms were pretty badly impacted. Minimal pain aftermath and managing only with paracetamol and ibuprofen. He was very professional as I’ve told him I was really nervous about this appointment. Dr Sekhon was very quick and very good at his job! Cannot recommend enough! Thanks Dr Sekhon!

Fantastic experience: My father had appointment this morning at 11.30 am with Dr.Vicky Foo. My father is very happy, satisfied as during and after the treatment didn't give him any pain. He really appreciated the Vicky's explanation and the visualization of his tooth that gave him problem. Thank you very much Dr.Vicky for your professional excellent care, patience and helpfulness.

Negative experience: Please avoid this dentist. really frustrated about the after service. Had tooth extraction month ago.and whole month suffered with pain &sensitivity. still using pain killers . No care taken and not sure whole tooth removed or not. Tried to make an appointment few times and they are reluctant make it and adviced to wait and see. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: My kid's appointment was changed twice and I requested Not to have any more changes because I would be making the arrangement to attend the dental . A day before the appointment , I am getting an email with the different timings without even consulting me which is not acceptable . When I called the front desk ppl , She said "we won't change the appointments without checking you or your husband " but the truth is , we haven't got any calls and they don't even know the reason for changing the timings . I will never return to this dental clinic though the dentists at this practice are good . Very poor management .

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and not going to lie, I've been pretty lazy with my flossing. Best clean I've ever had and my teeth look so white after the fluoride treatment (which I've never had before at other places). Everyone was super welcoming and I felt very comfortable. Also very informative. I have booked my next clean in 6 months and even went and bought the recommended electric toothbrush. Now I'm looking forward to looking after my teeth better and flossing more!

Fantastic experience: Today my family of 3 got our teeth cleaned by Kristie and she has been excellent. Extremely patient with my little boy of age 3 and was very friendly, providing us with clear explanation of everything. I would highly recommend them. I was referred to them by my sister whose whole family is taken care of by Kristie as well. Everything was covered by Medibank and no surprises unlike some of the other dentist I have been to.

Negative experience: I took an X-ray at the clinic at the end of April because of a toothache. The doctor Vicki Foo told me that there was no problem. It was caused by not brushing my teeth properly. It will hurt every month for the next few months. A few days ago, due to the unbearable pain, I took the X-rays taken by the clinic to find other doctors and was told that one of the root canals was inflamed! But the doctor in this clinic did not see it at all! I will complain to the end! This clinic and this doctor! Be honest. There's no point in lying! The X-RAY accurately showed that it was taken on April 30, but you said closed?? What a rubbish clinic! I don’t want to talk to you any more. Even if you find more people to comment on your clinic and this doctor, it’s useless. As a consumer, I have the right to tell my true thoughts, lest there be more Of people were misdiagnosed! The sad thing is that you did not admit your mistakes in the end. It was not because of the COVID-19 problem that the tooth could not be extracted. It was a problem with the level of your doctor. She did not see any problem at all! This is the problem! And your clinic said I slandered you without investigation! Such a non-rigorous clinic is really sad for patients! I don’t need you to do anything in a clinic that is speechless! My lawyer will contact you! Regarding your words, deeds and actions!

Fantastic experience: My back molar broke and I was very fortunate to have Dr Vicki perform the repairs. She calmly explained the procedure, told me what to expect, calmed me down and I have to say; she did a magnificent job. Fantastic experience: I attended this practice yesterday as I had awful toothache that wasn't going anywhere by itself. From the moment I phoned for an appointment to the walking out of the door I have nothing but praise for these people. I have a very unhealthy phobia of dentists, due to horrific childhood experiences with NHS dentists drilling and filling healthy teeth without anaesthetic. The dentist, Dr Alex, was so warm and welcoming and prepared me for the worst case scenario. Fifteen minutes later he was stitching the socket after a completely painless extraction of a big back tooth. Thank you so much everyone involved in my care yesterday.

Positive experience: I had great experience here. Lovely friendly dentist and staff. Would definitely recommend Dr Yusef, very chilled, friendly and professional dentist. Not sure if this is taken over by another group. Had different receptionist and dentist now. Wife went in for scaling, took nearly an hour and walked out with a $280 bill. Fair enough if she needs Xray and such but would be nice to advice the patient additional cost will be involved before proceeding with whatever it is. For this reason i rate them 3 star. (I edited my rating to 4 star just because you tried to resolve the issue i had.) Cheers.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with the choice I made to see this dentist, as my tooth ache just got worse and worse throughout the day it was already 245pm so I knew my chances where slim at getting an appointment but after hearing about how much pain I was in, Dr Maria offered to stay back Late that day to to do a very difficult surgical extraction which was done with very little to no pain at all then at the end of it all to find out my health funds waiting period was still 2 weeks away they helped again. Would recommend this dentist 100%.
