We’ve always been very happy with the service she has provided. May-Kuen is ethical and honest, and gives pragmatic advice. She’s also great with kids and my children actually love coming to the dentist! The appointments run on time, and all the staff at the practice are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I used to think that going to the dentist was like a horror movie – but not anymore! Dr. Sim and the team have officially turned my 'dental dread' into a total 'laughing gas' experience (pun intended)! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with more smiles than a toothpaste commercial. The staff is so friendly, they could probably get a statue to floss. And let’s be real, I needed it – I was brushing my teeth like they owed me money. Dr. Sim was thorough, professional, and somehow managed to be as gentle as a Netflix binge on a Sunday. The cleanings here are so good, I felt like I left with teeth so white they could star in their own sitcom. If you're on the fence about visiting the dentist, just remember: it's better to fill a cavity than to fill out a lot of paperwork later. I’m smiling wider than ever – 10/10 recommend!

Staff: Friendly and professional. Price: Very reasonable. Overall: Five stars! Six if it is allowed. What I love from Dr. Sim is her clear explanation and her swift handling. Moreover, my kids who used to cry whenever we mentioned the word "dentist" are now looking forward to the next visit.

Negative experience: The Thursday before Easter(2023) I visited this clinic with a tooth ache. They got in in in record time which was good, took x-rays and diagnosed a cracked tooth. The only remedy offered was tooth canal surgery with a possible cost of $5k + over multiple visits. As I didn't know any better, I booked in for the surgery the next week. I was sent home without antibiotics or any form of pain relief for the extended long weekend. The extra long break was torture. I experienced extreme nerve pain for 4 days before any Dentist or Doctors reopened where I could source decent pain medication. The Tuesday everything opened back up, I ended up going to an alternative Dentist who was shocked I was sent home without any form of medication, and was also surprised by the previous dentist diagnosis. The tooth was extracted as the crack extended below the gum line and root canal surgery was never an option. So I spend $190.00 at this clinic for basically nothing. The whole experience felt like a money grab. Never again. Not recommended!
