Fantastic experience: I am very lucky to have Dr John Lee as my dentist! He is not only a very experienced and skilled dentist, but also a warm, caring and meticulous Dentist!! I feel relaxed and confident when Dr Lee is standing by my side knowing that he is doing something he enjoys and well!

It is hard to find an honest professional like Dr Lee that you can, is really good at what he does, is with fair pricing and no unnecessary add-ons.

Fantastic experience: We are continuing with the treatment of braces I had gotten put on when overseas and Dr Matt has been great. He initially checked what was already done and outlined how to continue. I come in a few times a month and hope to finish soon. I will continue to see Dr. Matt for my regular check ups.

My 12yo daughter even felt comfortable getting her baby tooth pulled out without any drama. Dr Hong Yong Gi explained very well and made us understand what needs to be done and what option we have. Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here. The staff call Alex didn't want to help you at all. Since you have problem only tell you come back tomorrow everytime push you away. He booked an appointment on Saturday for me, then close the shop on that day. It was completely wasting my time. If you don’t want to waste your time, stay away from this shop.

Negative experience: They book me for dental appointment and ask me to wait for 2weeks for my appointment and when my appointment day they cancel it because apparently it’s 1 hour process and the only book me for 30 mints i’m very very disappointed that they ask me to wait for 2 weeks and cancel it. i could have go to other place because my toot is been hurting they should check my x-ray first figure it out how long and book me. but they don’t care and ask me to book for another one! i will not come here if i were you very bad service i don’t recommend this place VERY BAD SERVICE IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Negative experience: Terrible service. Terrible quality of dental crowns. Called 10 times a week nobody ever answered my phone call. And the receptionist old lady has no idea what is she talking about.

Negative experience: I wish I could rate this place higher. Great friendly and understanding staff. However I kept encountering issues in one year with the W Clinic. The durable glasses I requested broke twice. The replacement was the wrong fit. The filling I got just fell out. Here's hoping that the quality matches the level of care. I wish you well, W Clinic.

Negative experience: Do not trust the dodgy cosmetic ‘Surgeon’ /Doctor’ who is located at the back of the W clinic. He appears very charming and convincing but he caused problems and didn’t fix it.
