Negative experience: They never pickup calls, no matter what day or time you’re trying to contact them. Nor do they respond to their emails. It’s basically impossible. So if want to request a referral, cancel or even book, it’s no use because they keep literally zero effort into contacting patients.

Fantastic experience: I popped in here this morning with a server tooth ache, to find out how much it would cost to have my tooth removed after some discussion, as I have no health cover, I was seen to discuss what I needed and how much it was going to cost, well before I new it I was having my tooth removed, they were fantastic never had such nice people looking after me in a dental practice, highly recommended, considering I am terrified of the dentist. The cost was very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: If you are a HBF member, book in with HBF dental to get the most out of your membership, you won’t be disappointed. Dr Hannah is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend her. A++++++ service and pricing is excellent.

Negative experience: Booked online, they sent a confirmation on Monday, I responded "yes" Tuesday, but they cancelled appointment anyway. This is the second time this happened. Unfortunately I only found out when I attended appointment. I book all other medical appointments online and have never had an issue. Only with HBF dental bullcreek. The receptionist said hard to get a booking cos they are very busy.

Negative experience: Not even try this dental clinic. My son had six months frequency checking at HBF dental bull creek about one and half years ago. Last checking was about one month ago and I have been told to see Pediatrics as she assumed one tooth may need to be filling , but it's not urgent. I requested to do x-ray and if it's needed then can fix immediately. Somehow she can't do the x-ray that day and also told me it's hard for her to do fillings for the 10 years boy . Because the filling materials will fall apart if she can't do it probably. Can I understand which means she is not capable to do simple checks and fillings for 10 years boy. My son currently was doing the treatment at Allied dental at moment, every checking and fillings was very smoothly. he has several teeth need fillings and it's urgent. If it's dental clinic why can't even do x-ray or fillings ? Only couple months can't be caused tooth issue like that, so please take responsible for the patient healthy and do the job probably. Terrible experience and I wish I could give zero star.

Fantastic experience: Dr David Tunnah and the staff were absolutely lovely. I've takes the time to explain everything and asks if you have any questions. I even learnt something that no other dentist has bothered to explain before. The office looks new, well fitted out and very clean.

Negative experience: The reception staff were lovely so I hate having to give such a terrible rating, however the dentist was awful. I saw Dr Tunnah recently for a check up and clean. He missed the fact that my front capped tooth was loose even though I mentioned it. … it fell off several weeks later. The scale and clean was only half done missing my very back molars, leaving build up and no floss was used at all. I mentioned this but he shooed me out the door. This dentist was by far the least thorough I have seen to date and unfortunately now I have to wait until the new year to get another clean that is claimable. An absolute waste of time and claim on health benefits!

Negative experience: Unpleasant Experience I visited this dental clinic for a teeth cleaning early this year, and my experience was rather disappointing. During my appointment, the dental staff only cleaned my lower teeth, and when I inquired about the upper teeth after the clean was done, I was told that they had been cleaned as well. I was taken aback because I have no recollection of my upper teeth receiving any attention, and I know that my upper right tooth is usually quite sensitive and painful when cleaned. While I didn't question the dental staff further during my visit, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss. I trusted that a dental professional wouldn't lie to me, but upon reflection, I am fairly certain that my upper teeth were not cleaned. It's a rather awkward feeling when you suspect you've been misled but have no concrete evidence to prove it. Recently, I went to another dental clinic to have my regular clean done. The experience there triggered a recollection, and I am now firmly convinced that my upper teeth were not cleaned during my previous visit. I believe that when I pay for dental services, I should receive a thorough and honest treatment for all my teeth, not just half of them. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic has left me with a lack of trust, and I won't be returning. I hope others who visit this clinic have a more positive experience, but I felt it was important to share my own experience honestly.

Negative experience: Highly wouldn't recommend booking an appointment here. Had an appointment booked 1 month in advance which was the only time I could find on a Saturday morning. I receive a call that my appointment had been cancelled on the morning of my appointment while I was on the way. Again high disappointment, plenty of other dentists our there. There are other HBF Dental Clinic which are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Only good for HBF customers. Another insurance company's rate is different. Price is lower than the market rates if you are HBF members. Very professional dentists and equipments are very modernization.

Negative experience: Partner went to this BUSINESS expecting an HBF managed facility to be cost effective given their premium charges as well as transparency in their pricing. However charging x ray storage costs, an out-of-pocket charges as an example against an annual scale and clean visit of which previous dental practices do not do, speaks volumes of the rip that's HBF run facilities. Perhaps refer to your private practice partners as to how to serve your members without the shady practices of price gouging.
