She did such an amazing job, they look so natural and perfect, exactly how I wanted them. Dr. Dharati was so kind, gentle, and really took her time to make sure everything looked just right. I felt super comfortable the whole time, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I can’t stop smiling now! Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist today , my first appointment here . I was greeted instantly and was seen by Dr Shreya chopra . I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely comfortable and cared for. The entire process was professional, and genuinely kind. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and calming, which makes a big difference when you’re in the chair. I truly felt like I was in the best hands at every moment .

Fantastic experience: Always good to go here with my teenagers, quick, free of charge with the dental scheme and always talks me (as the parent) through what is good or what needs attention with their teeth. The girls are always polite, well spoken and accommodating to our needs. We can also get an appointment within the week of calling.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 11:30. Got told a patient turned up late so I will have to wait. An hour later and I was still waiting. Most places would tell the person who was late they need to reschedule not take them in. Left and going to go somewhere else.

Negative experience: For someone who works nights and wakes around noon it is impossible to make a booking with these people. They don't answer the phone. Send email explaining that I wake at noon, and can't get through to them via phone. And this gets me nowhere.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional and kind hearted. Dr Hans and Dr Swati are experts in their field and know how to assist their patients with care. In emergency, they also assisted with care. The staff is polite. Dr Hans and Dr Swati timely guided me how to deal with dental issues. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: So extremely happy, with professionalism, service care and priceing, my work roster made it difficult to make appointments for my dental work aswell as being Christmas, so Dr Hanns accommodated for me and saw me out of hours and will be taking time out of his holiday break to complete my work, unheard of in the dentistry business, needs to be acknowledged how carrying and amazing he is.
