Fantastic experience: I visited the Ashmore Plaza Surgery and was seen by Dr Ahmed Mastafa who managed to fix my broken filling and replace it. such a wonderful kind gentleman, I was quite nervous but he put my mind at rest and didn’t really feel a thing . I’ve always been a nervous patient and usually put off going to the dentist, but this visit completely put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, the team at Esteem Clinic greeted me with a welcoming smile they were professional which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Ahmed was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He explained every step of the process in detail and was attentive to even the slightest signs of discomfort. It was clear that his priority was making sure I felt comfortable at all times. For the first time, I actually felt relaxed in the chair and never once felt rushed. Normally, I leave the dentist dreading my next appointment, but this time I booked my next clean without a second thought! If you’re on the Gold Coast and looking for a dentist who is professional, compassionate, and truly understands anxious patients, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ahmed and the wonderful team at Esteem Clinic more. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmed and all the staff at Ashmore were incredibly caring and helpful. I’ve never seen a dentist show such patience and genuine care for my 8-year-old son. Many times, I thought we would be referred to a specialist for treatment under general anaesthetic, as other dentists had suggested, but Dr. Ahmed never gave up. With compassion, patience, and clear communication, he cared for our son every step of the way and successfully completed a complex treatment. To our delight, our son not only received the care he needed but also came out of the experience feeling more confident than ever. I would highly recommend Ashmore Dental — especially Dr. Ahmed — if you have young children who need dental treatment, whether simple or complex.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Esteem Clinic to see Dr Ahmed Mustafa, and I was really impressed with how patient and understanding he was. My daughter is usually shy and a bit of an introvert, but he made her feel completely at ease and much less scared. He explained everything clearly, was very professional, and showed great knowledge. She was also so happy with the stickers and the little award he gave her, which made the whole experience even more positive. I’m very satisfied with the service as a whole and highly recommend Dr Ahmed Mustafa and Esteem Clinic!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment with Dr Ahmed at Esteem Dental. He was very enthusiastic with sharing his knowledge and explained everything with patience and care. I got to see the bacteria in my mouth under a microscope and Dr Ahmed took the time to explain the correlation between certain bacteria and common diseases. It was an eye-opening experience which i appreciated. Overall my experience at Esteem Dental was great and I'd definitely recommend Dr Ahmed.

Fantastic experience: Initially very nervous about going to a dentist. Dr Maggie was just so calm, very thorough and explained the whole process of getting 4 crowns. Cora is a excellent assistant and they worked in tandem together, seems very effortless. All the staff there are very friendly, welcoming, and very professional. My experience here was enjoyable, surprisingly!!! I highly recommend seeing Dr Maggie for any of your dental needs, you will not be disappointed. Negative experience: My experience was very painful just a general teeth clean was agony for me the dentist hit my nerve several times and l had to ask her to stop several times with the job half done resulting me having a migraine headache for the rest of the day my mouth has been sore for days afterwards not a pleasant experience.the receptionist was so lovely very professional but unfortunately that's where it ended

Fantastic experience: I had pain in the upper 3rd last molar when flossing and drinking hot/cold beverages. Dr Hong had a good look with x-rays and explained the reason was of gums! I have lost so many teeth after root canal that I was relieved! I must say that the front desk staff Paris has exceptional lovely manners!

Fantastic experience: Patient oriented clinic with friendly and warm environment. Focus into the matter promptly unlike others which trying to push you for unnecessary product/treatment sale. The booking for appointment is probably one of the best on the coast with options to state the type of dental issue. Easy to follow and user friendly. Clinic location is great with lots of car parking available at the western side of Ashmore Plaza(close to BP). I will definitely to go for future appointments and I strongly recommended to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Whilst on vacation a large front filling came off. I text the clinic on a Sunday evening and I had an appointment the next day, the clinic was very accommodating, friendly & professional and i felt comfortable even with my embarrassing gap. I've had fillings before with unnecessary needles but i can honestly say my consultation was the best I have ever experienced, done without the need for a needle. I'm happy with the shape and texture of my "new tooth". The dentist took time to ensure I was completely happy with the bite, I didn't feel at all like I was being rushed in & out, like i do in my home town. The clinic is trialling later start times and after hours appointments to accommodate patients, what a great idea! No one wants to go to the dentist and head back to work afterwards. Walked out feeling alot better without my embarrassing gap! Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Robina clinic.

Fantastic experience: I needed to arrange new dentures for mother with all the visits to be in her high care facility. After Googling for what we needed I chose Esteem Dental Care. Now my mother has new upper and partial lower dentures, with her name on them, that fit well and all without having to leave her home. As I was passing Esteem dental I just enquired about a yearly check up , clean and scale for first time customers and Estela the owner told me their specials . Dr Hong did a wonderful job and went on to fill in some other teeth that needed to be fixed. I was most impressed with the professionalism, the honesty of the staff and the affordable prices .
