Fantastic experience: So easy to deal with, from getting me in so quickly with an emergency root canal to their ongoing care, Dr Asad and the team have been great. As someone who had not been to the dentist for close to 12 years, partly due to fear, it has been refreshing to have been with a group of people as accommodating as the team at NDC Lismore.

I have regular deep cleans by the dental hygienist as well as dental treatment from one of their dental practitioners. Aimee does everything she can to make what is a long and potentially uncomfortable experience as pain free as possible and Rachel is extremely professional and inspires absolute confidence in her treatment. I would happily recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough & professional dental inspection, assessment & treatment. My dental work was done in a timely manner & I was very happy overall. There was a minor issue during the procedure with a crown fracturing. The dentist confirmed he would remanufacture & replace the crown at no cost.

Fantastic experience: I am on holiday from Victoria and I urgently needed a broken tooth removed. I found this practice with a Google search. They gave me an appointment the very next day and now thanks to these amazing dentists my tooth has gone.

Fantastic experience: I am always greeted as I walk in. My appointment is not delayed and I see the dentist, who listens to my concerns. Yesterday, I had two teeth removed and while I was told I would have pain and to take tablets every 6 hours, I have not had any pain whatsoever. What a bonus.

Positive experience: Great that i got a booking on the day my crown fell out. Reception staff were terrific. The dentist seemed competent enough gluing it back in, though not particularly friendly. I also found him hard to understand because he spoke so rapidly and tended to mumble. I let him know that the crown had always hooked on the floss....but sadly he didn't use any kind of spacer when regluing the crown and now I cant even pull the floss back up between the teeth at all! Also I have rarely ever held up a hand to express severe discomfort. This time both he and the assistant seemed unconcerned when I did so, first in response to him using so much sawing force that the floss was abraiding the corner of my mouth.....and then when his assistant dragged the vacuum tube and my too-dry lower lip across my lower front teeth. I guess they are both young and need more experience but they could certainly be a little more attentive and apologetic in response to their clients' clear expression of discomfort.

Negative experience: My Dentist Annie was wonderful & I highly recommend her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However, there is plenty of room for improvement for the reception & booking service. Always incredibly difficult to get through on a call, & the reception staff change your appointment booking if you can't get through when returning a missed call from them. Sadly the constant appointment changes make it too challenging to keep seeing my wonderful dentist Annie. I will be transferring to dentist with better reception skills & reliable appointment times without the regular calls to change my booking. Thanks Annie

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient of Dr Ken House since 1988 speaks volumes in itself. As a nervous patient Fr House always made me feel comfortable and at ease at all times. All staff extremely supportive and professional in all aspects of their dealings with me. Could not recommend more highly qualified people.

Positive experience: Receptionists are lovely & always helpful. If you need to use the toilet which is half way up the stairs, you can just ask for the key at reception. It is very clean. The dentists are lovely and do a great job. I love my dentist she is awesome. They are on par with cost for any dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I had a couple of crowns done there. They have a 3D milling machine that can make crowns while you wait, depending on your teeth. Doctor Tim is a great dentist. The staff is great too. They have a Senior Card discount.

I organised an appointment for a family member at National Dental Care Lismore. From my first contact I found the reception staff both friendly and professional. The practice clean and well maintained. On the day of the appointment we were greeted as valued patients. This was very much appreciated as I was apprehensive about the appointment. The Clinical staff treated us patiently and with close attention to details regarding the dental work. Modern scanners and equipment were all available in the practice. I felt very confident that my family member was receiving excellent treatment from caring professionals. Things were explained clearly. Part treatment was completed at the first appointment and a follow up organised in two weeks. Could not be happier.

Negative experience: I haven't been to this "practice" in over 8 months as the last experience I had with them was my partners appointment. They used latex gloves after my partner had specifically stated she was allergic to them, causing her to have an allergic reaction which was then handled poorly and resulted in a phone call from the practice asking why my partner had left a one star review. My own one star experience comes after I was booked in for an appointment I never asked for, called to cancel after realising it was not my dentist I now see and receiving an $80 bill after being told it was fine and I would be taken off their books I could give plenty more reasons for why this place deserves less than one star but I'm sure if you went yourself you'd figure out soon enough. Absolutely appalling Edit - after small back and forth phone calls they have agreed to waive the fee, so at least I can say that's positive

Negative experience: I'm allergic to latex which is on my file and they used latex gloves!!! causing more pain and swelling in my mouth. Luckily I am not anaphylactic. The dentist and reception didn't take my complains about my teeth and allergies seiously and to top it off they're over priced! Plus STAIRS not a easy or great way to get to when in a lot of pain Never going back there again

Negative experience: I had the most bizarre experience at this clinic. A woman dentist who was angry with me because I had too much saliva in my mouth. She blamed me totally for not being able to do a proper job. I found it so disturbing. Being in a vulnerable position and having someone being so angry with me. It's put me off from ever going back. ~Juliet.

Negative experience: I have had previously excellent care here with Emma Coulter, she helped through the trials of cancer treatment & referred me where necessary to specialised care, however on her departure it was recommended I see another experienced dentist in the practice, I remain a cancer patient & recently had undergone extensive surgery to the mouth area, it was recommended I have more teeth removed & was referred to the maxillo surgeon, I thought all was well at this point & all arrangements were in place, however when I arranged for a check up & perhaps a fluoride treatment without explanation she had the reception call me back to decline the appointment! , I truly did not understand & have at no time in life been declined dental care, I called a couple of days later to enquire as to the reason & was assured she would call back & discuss this with me, she didn't bother with the courtesy of even of a phone call, I would completely understand if she was honest & had said my surgery made her uncomfortable (I guarantee I also feel uncomfortable) I will never step back inside that door & would advise if you are needing a genuine caring dentist to go elsewhere the problems I'm experiencing are challenging enough, the care here is obviously lacking in compassion, empathy or good manners. This is the first time in my 63 years I've ever left a negative comment about a business but feel this practice needs a serious overhaul
