Negative experience: I do not recommended this clinic. I had my top teeth crowned by them and HATE them. I went in with straight but worn teeth.. came out with crooked teeth that the centreline is off and there is a slant on all the teeth. I have to get them all replaced and I wouldn’t trust this clinic to do it. Please think twice before going here.

Negative experience: My wife contacted the clinic to request an earlier appointment due to worsening tooth pain. Instead of accommodating her, they canceled her existing appointment without providing a new time. When she followed up via email for confirmation, they informed her that the original time slot, which had already been confirmed, was given to another patient. The only available appointment offered was at a later time. Upon calling to seek clarification, I encountered a rude and dismissive receptionist who behaved as though we were at fault. This occurred after my wife had already completed two sessions with their dentist. The experience was deeply disappointing, unprofessional, and discourteous

Negative experience: I have no idea how this place has this many positive reviews, I wasted 6 months of my life and 6 thousand dollars at dvine smiles, From the first appointment to not even attending the last I was nothing but disappointed. The staff at the front were always hungover or coming from a massive weekend, my dentist always complained about her boss , every single appointment was never on time, or thrown in with someone else, not even showing me the results and then just leaving me in the room, always kept waiting, my entire service was done incorrectly and no one seemed to care, my Invisalign scan was done wrong, I was told after 3 months that there was no point continuing on, it seemed like their best solution was to just fix everything with porcelain veneers And the reply to my several concerns was getting in contact with my dentist personally who had left the practice , and then I was never contacted back again, severely disappointed I now have to get this service done again and pay again at my new dentist

Fantastic experience: DVINE Smiles is the practice to go to when you want to invest in a new smile. Their service is second to NONE and their family like approach toward us made us feel valuable. They are the most competitive in the marketplace as far as COST but the quality of the Veneer you can search all over Australia but will not find. My MUM had her smile transformation and she loves her new smile.
