Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this wonderful team! The team at NDC Springfield went above and beyond to deliver outstanding care and service to me. Not only were the staff welcoming, caring and professional, they were so considerate of my worries and concerns before my appointment. Dr Tarek’s manner was reassuring, and his skill and communication was the best I have experienced. He was generous with his concern, kind toward my nervousness, and somehow managed to extract my tooth gently and with minimal discomfort.

Fantastic experience: All of the NDC Springfield team are always happy to see me and up for a chat if they have time. My dentist is super personable and exceptionally good with my dental care. Everything I am having done is explained in plain english and easy to understand. I have had a few teeth removed, fillings, crowns and false teeth and every time I leave the clinic I feel an improvement in how I look and feel.

Fantastic experience: Had to come here after I had a filling fall out. As someone who is not a big fan of going to the dentist, I was quite anxious about my visit. Thankfully the dentist I saw was very patient and understanding, I was able to get a general cleaning and my filling redone is just over half an hour in what was probably the best dentist visit I've had.

Dentist was very efficient with my periodontist clean. No pain after anaesthesia wore off, a little tender, to be expected. See you again in 6 months

Fantastic experience: I have to ask the reception lady to fill our the name of the whole team who helped me today with my fillings because they are incredible!!! Ellie so patient and friendly to arrange my appointment to suit my schedule, dentist Amir was so gentle and kind that make my worries went away and can’t vote enough for his skills 120 out of 100, someone who scare of doing your teeth needs to come to see Dr Amir. Also can’t forget his assistant, Jess, she is very nice and always check on me to see if I’m ok, simple sayings like “well done, you did great, almost done” made the whole appointment went easily like eating candy with a wide opened mouth anyway, thanks the whole team.

Negative experience: Very poor service and not friendly dentist. We went to see the dentist for our 4 years old kid, who was complaining about his tooth ache, and had some cavity which we could already see. the dentist was not friendly, and did not look at it properly. Our kid was little nervous and obviously crying, but she did not even try and within 1 minute of consultation she referred to some other specialist who could examine him further. I know it's hard with kids, but at least we expect them to try and look into the condition.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amir is the gentlest dentist I have ever been too. And he explains what he is about to do in full before beginning the procedure. I have been to dentists before and there is nothing wrong with them at all, but Dr Amir is just that bit better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service over the phone, the lady was able to talk to me about my treatment and which dentist would suit me best. They fit me in for an emergency apt to help my toothache same day no issues. The dentist was kid and patient, explained himself very well. Was very through and gentle. Would reccomend to others.

Negative experience: I change my appointment time to work with the office around their schedule. Go in and having a cleaning with the scraping tools. Had a swollen spot on one area and the doctor poked it with the metal tool twice. On the second time I said ouch and grabbed for my mouth. Dr. Fisher immediately said she could stop the cleaning, which is the only thing I went for. I asked if she could avoid that one area and was told what is the point of continuing the cleaning then and that I could leave if I wanted to. How unprofessional. That area could have been left to rest and the rest of my teeth could have been cleaned. To wait six months for a cleaning and then basically get told I can leave is so inappropriate. I will never go back here again

Negative experience: Had a filling done with Dr Andrew about 2-3 months ago, have had severe sensitivity since and can barely enjoy food, noticed a couple of little holes on the same tooth appearing where the filling is which cost me around $300, I was then advised I will have to pay to go back and get it looked at. Would not recommend this dentist as I feel like they don’t really take care of their clients and they are quite pricey.

Positive experience: Service was fine, no complaints. $297 for filling was pretty steep however. Can't recommend value for money. They also try and upsell alot asking to come back for this, that and everything else. Will look elsewhere for my next dental work I think as I simply don't trust the prices or the fact they have my back pocket in their interests.

Positive experience: Had a tooth extraction and follow up sessions booked after my root canal filling done previously by a local dentist broke. Though it was a bit costy but it was well explained by Dr. J who attended me the aftermath if I won't. I had a successful extraction with no complication and now completely healed. Thanks NDC Springfield! Might have to visit a different branch near our place where we recently moved in.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, the most professional, caring, accommodating and friendly dentists I have ever been too. Despite having a MAJOR dental and needle phobia, Dr Jay took the time to make my extractions as stress free as could be possible. There was NOTHING more any dentist could possibly do to make make my visits less traumatic. Having some post-extraction complications meant several urgent visits in the week after and on each occasion, after walking in, I was seen within minutes. When Dr Jae wasn’t available, Dr Fisher was there to immediately help and relieve the dry socket pain. I still have a major Dentist and needle phobia but there is not ANY other dentists I will go and see. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Negative experience: Had a consult where it was explained to me I needed 9 fillings and a root canal for over $2500, needed immediately. Sought another opinion. Went to 2 other dentists who said I need 1 filling immediately, maybe anither in 6 months if I dont care for another tooth properly. I read a colgate report on 'dentists who over-drill' and it seemed to me that this particular NDC likes to do just that. Also received a lot of missed calls and messages leading up to that appointment. 3-4 a day on some days even after I reconfirmed. I did not answer my phone due to being at work and saw the messages after work. Over the top, seems to be their way. Staff were friendly but very pushy. Prices seem relatively fair in comparison. I did not want another appointment but it was made for me regardless, being told "just cancel it later if you can't make it". 3 times I clearly said No thanks before I gave up. Unfortunately I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: I have been here on multiple occasions and I can say that the service I was provided was very professional. They worked with my insurance and conveyed clearly regarding my out of pocket expenses. They were also flexible with my change of appointment times and accommodated my needs.
