Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with the treatment I received yesterday. I left instructions with the receptionist but the Doctor never received them which made the clean very uncomfortable. I have been here for many years so I know the standard was very poor. When I raised it with the receptionist she pretty much laughed it off then charged me nearly $300 .Also appointment was half an hour late and .I wasn't asked if I had health cover and still haven't received my receipt. So im not going back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tahereh has been an amazing help from early to finish on my INVISALIGN journey! She truly helped understand every detail and made the whole experience completely stress free. Positive attitude and always willing to answer any questions or queries I had. She cared about giving me the best results for my teeth and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t recommend her services enough.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Maven Dental on Boyd Street enough. After years of anxiety and past trauma from visiting dentists, I was nervous walking in for my appointment. From the moment I met Dr Reema and team, I felt completely at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the process for repairing my cracked tooth and completing two fillings, which really helped calm my nerves. She made sure I was completely numb before starting and checked in with me often to ensure I was comfortable. Her gentle, reassuring approach has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I can honestly say I am no longer afraid, and I am so grateful for the care and kindness I received. Fantastic experience: So somewhat unexpectedly I cracked a tooth and having recently moved from Melbourne was unsure of where I could find a Dentist. I was recommend Maven Dental by my wife so I rang expecting to have to wait for an appointment. The fabulous Trica on Reception arranged an appointment that day. I arrived just a little bit nervous but the understanding staff at the front desk reassured me I was in good hands. Indeed Dr Tahereh was kind, considerate, compassionate and a very professional Dentist with her Dental Nurse Jess ably assisting my treatment was completed whilst I relaxed in the chair. I can happily report I have found my Queensland Dentist in NSW I’ve already booked in for a scale and clean

Negative experience: 1. i needed a few tooths done and i was like great lets book it in. when i went in at the end of my apointment they said we only had time for 1 thing. we will book it in for next time i was frustrated as i thought time was planned to get everything done. 2nd thing would be coming back for the next apoinment. i was only meant to go in for one thing. but halfway through decides to add on getting another tooth done. you really shouldn't be doing that. it's not what i agreed too. and i was really displeased at the end with how much you decided to charge for teeth. 3. i've notice a few reviews saying staff feel unfriendly and sadly i have to agree something does feel off

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic to get multiple fillings done and had a great experience with Dr. Tahereh and her team. She was extremely thorough, taking the time to explain not just the procedure but also how I could adjust my diet to reduce the risk of future cavities. Her gentle approach made a huge difference, especially when administering the injection. The dental assistants were also incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They even offered me lip balm during the procedure, which was such a considerate touch:) I highly recommend Dr. Tahereh and her team to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!

Negative experience: Dentist attempted to pull both of my wife’s top wisdom teeth out. They left part of the root in the gum from the second one and decided it was too hard to get out. They left my wife to arrange an emergency appointment with an alternate dentist in the middle of November. Several dentists that she rang were unable to fit her in and were shocked at how they had just wiped their hands of the mistake. Eventually got into a dentist at Southport who extracted the piece of root which took all but 10 min with no troubles at all. The reason for a 2 star rating is because they are polite and reasonably priced but will not go back nor recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am away on holidays with a toothache and couldn't get in to see my regular Dentist for about 3 weeks. I searched google for dentists near me and read the reviews. Maven Dental had great reviews and they were on hotdoc with appointments available at short notice. The receptionist was friendly and professional, as was the rest of the staff. There are not enough good things to say about Dr Arvind and Dr Reema. They went above and beyond. I only wish that they were in Ipswich, so I could go back for my follow-up appointment. Thank you so much for getting me in on short notice and for fitting in my procedure.

Fantastic experience: The most caring staff you could hope for.

Negative experience: After 16 years of visiting this lovely practice with my family, I am sad to say that I am frustrated with one of the reception staff. Communication has been difficult and service extremely poor. I no longer wish to deal with this calibre at the front reception.

I would like to commend the reception staff for their friendly and courteous attention and the nurses for their professional approach. In particular I was impressed by the professional work of the dentist I know only as Jack. In my advanced age I have been treated by many dentists and I can honestly say that for speed and efficient treatment he is the best I have experienced.

Fantastic experience: After having my long term Dentist in Parkwood retire and then enduring several new dentists that took over the practice leaving, I was feeling as though my Dental Health was suffering as each new dentist didn't really know me or have a plan. I was referred by a good friend to Maven Dental at Coolangatta and Dr Greg Duguid. I am so glad that I made the change as my experiences there has been the best I have ever had anywhere in the world. A plan was put in place for short and long term work required that would fit in with my Health Insurance and budget. I have 100% faith in Dr Greg and the whole team are really friendly and professional. Definitely worth the drive for me from Biggera Waters.

Fantastic experience: I phoned late in the day after chipping a tooth and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same day. The front line staff were friendly, efficient and made me feel like they really cared. Found the dentist Dr Jack very nice and he did a great job and didn't make me feel guilty that I hadn't been to a dentist for ages(!) I hate going to the dentist but the whole team at Maven Dental made the experience a very good one for me. Thank you. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my last couple of visits here. Unfortunately t's not the same practice it used to be. The personal attention and friendliness has now gone. It's quite overpriced. The dentist I saw does not seem very experienced and made some mistakes. It's a shame as I was really happy with the previous care. I will not be going back.

Negative experience: It's not the private dental practise it used to be, the franchisee (or whatever banner Maven Dental Group goes under) does not deliver the service the private practice in Boyd Street Tweed Heads used to. I've found another private dental practitioner with excellent customer service, dental expertise and reasonable prices up at the top of Banora Hill - he gives the service that justifies the price you pay for dentists. Maven are just a rip of now - I'm sorry to say.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice. Professional. The dentist for my first visit was honestly among the best I have ever experienced. She was gentle, patient and explained options. Did a fabulous job with minimal discomfort.

Negative experience: Dreadful! Compromised the health of my child with the advise they gave me. Having now seen a Peadeatric specialist following complications, it's clear how lacking in knowledge these dentist are. Avoid!
