Fantastic experience: From my very first appointment, Jash has been absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing him for my composite veneers (found via Groupon) and he’s been so kind, caring, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He explains everything clearly, makes sure you’re comfortable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure the results are perfect. The whole process has been really affordable, and I am super happy with my new smile! The clinic is modern, clean, and set in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of free parking right out the front which makes things really easy. I couldn’t recommend Jash more highly, he’s brilliant! I’ve already recommended him to friends and family, and I’ll continue seeing him even for my families routine dental care going forward.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Attention to detail specially designed Dentures to specific individual conditions. It was a great experience for my Mother who has not had dentures for a long period. Slow process, definitely worth the wait. Dental Prosthetist was courteous, consistent and considerate. My Mum has received her dentures and is over the moon. Beautiful results.

Positive experience: I attended the Royal Dental care Bella Vista to get a quote for an implant The services provided was of a very high standard The practising manager Rehernuma was very helpful and explained everything really well I got the quote for 2 implants one requiring bone grafting and it was pretty reasonable bearing in mind that dental treatments cost a fortune in Australia Also I got my teeth cleaned and Angela served me and I was really impressed with the services provided I would recommend Royal Dental to anyone

Negative experience: I have my dental denture done at Royal Dental Care Bella Vista. The staff were friendly, and the service was prompt and reliable. However, I still have issues with the lower denture, eg , I could not eat solid food ,the denture is unstable, and make grating sounds when chewing . Several attempts by the ( Prostho) to make the necessary repair but to no avail, the last visit was on 3 September 2024. I was told that this is expected for a new denture. Disappointed! Negative experience: 4 X porcelain crown veneers might look good but after more than 6 months I still can't bite or eat with them properly so it certainly makes you question as to whether they are really worth the almost $9.5k you paid for them especially when they call you to ask how they're going and all they want to do is make you pay again and remind you of an appointment you obviously don't remember booking due to being given lorazepam twice to deal with the pain which you also needed to go to the chemist and pay for yourself both times even though you were charged a fee by them to provide medication but without you willing to book another appointment and pay more money you are offered no help or guidance to rectify the issue they created in the first place even though the invoice you've already paid states your next visit would be $0 as per the attachment

I can’t express enough my gratitude to Dr Behzad; he is an amazing dentist and a wonderful, compassionate human being. Dr Behzad’s attention to detail and his flair for perfectionism makes him one of the best dentists in Sydney. His entire team are like him, all very down to earth, wonderful human beings, genuinely out to provide the best and warmest service. Anyone looking for a dentist must see Dr Behzad and his team. Fantastic experience: Dr Steph Singhal and her assistant are the best dental care team I have yet experienced in nearly 60 years. Skilled, professional, considerate, and informative and helpful regarding ongoing oral hygiene. I've been twice now and am impressed.

Negative experience: Fantastic on the initial appointment, but once they rope you in & start treatment & have money in pockets, the customer service goes downhill with zero follow-ups or updates on items ready for fitting. Won't be going back & will go back to our old trusted local dentist. Tried. Tested. Disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Well I was quoted 16k to do work on my upper teeth. Since then I have had a second opinion and the proposed work was quoted without telling me I actually have moderate to severe gum disease and severe bone loss where some of my teeth are actually loose. This dentist was preparing to put veneers bridges and crowns on loose teeth with severe bone loss and gum disease present. I would avoid these guys like the plague.

Fantastic experience: I took my young daughter to the clinic for a second opinion. We saw Salik and I was very impressed by his professionalism and care towards my daughter. He was very patient with her and thorough. Salik displayed a great deal of knowledge and explained what my daughter needed in a clear and easy to understand manner. Previously being told my daughter has ADHD, amoung a range of multiple learning disabilities, Salik explained that her poor sleeping habits and behavioural issues could be a result of the shape of her mouth and her tongue not having enough room in order to allow her to breathe correctly. We are looking forward to seeing Salik again, along with other doctors at the clinic to have a plate designed for her daughter to assist her with the issues she has been having. We can't wait to see future results. I would highly recommend Salik and this clinic.

Negative experience: Drove for an hour for this bella vista. No one showed up when I was having extreme bad toothache. If your dentist does not want to show up then why do you guys put appointment on that day?

Negative experience: I arrived in Bella Vista on 20th when dentist didn’t show up and on 22nd when no one turned up.

Fantastic experience: Saw an Instagram ad for Royal Dental as the photos caught my eye and booked the NO GAP dental promotion for my two girls. Dr Ruta was amazing with my 4 year old & 11 year old and the receptionist was very easy to deal with. They will now be our family Dentist and I feel in good hands. Could not recommend more highly.
