The staffs are also very professional and friendly, Dr Adrian is also responsible, skilled and welcoming. Every time I have my teeth cleaned here, it’s very comfortable. Fantastic experience: This is the compliment long due. Knew Dr. Lok personally by a good friend of mine years ago. The experience with him was relaxing, pleasant, and educational from the very 1st visit! He was a very experienced professional with genuine care to his patients dental health. His associate, Dr Deana Deng, was a very gentle professional, too. She made the routine cleaning almost enjoyable, not like other dentist I encountered before who could do the normal cleaning in a pretty rough way. The staff Vivian was always friendly and made her way to accommodate an appointment for me due to my own busy schedule. Over the years and overall, I appreciated very much as my teeth maintaining well. Highly highly recommended!

This a dental clinic you and your family can trust. All Staff here are so friendly and the service and is very professional, and clinicians are almost ceiling level. Dr Adrian is specialised in wisdom teeth and implant, and if Invisalign Joyce would be recommended. Plus, they taught me what is the best way to look after your teeth every time.

He is doing my braces and the process has been very good, efficient, and he has advised me every step of the way so that I understand exactly what is happening with my teeth as they shift over time. Adrian has also built a great team around him. His admin staff are respectful, courteous and diligent as they provide me with reminders about my appointments by way of telephone and SMS text message. Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Lok dentist about 1and Half years ago and I didn’t regret even for one second. I wish I had known them earlier so I could have done my teeth long ago! Dr Lok is professional, attentive and skilful. You can openly discuss your teeth concerns and queries with him and will always get satisfying answers from him. The other staff are also very friendly and professional! For the past 10 years I have had sessions with 12 to 14 dentists in VIC and NSW with my teeth issues, I am most confident to call Adrian and his team the best. Located in the quietest corner of Chatswood Chase but still always fully booked out, the clinic is in a neat and tidy fashion with a one team to one customer service feel. Good for money, Lok Dentists always look after their clients. The fees I have paid not only gets me a good service but also I felt the true value within a dental care.
