Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this — but this was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I usually hate going to the dentist, especially for something as scary as wisdom tooth removal, but the team here completely changed that. They were incredibly gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure was smooth, painless, and way quicker than I expected. The aftercare was explained perfectly too. I walked out feeling so relieved and genuinely impressed. If you’re nervous about seeing a dentist, trust me — this is the place to go. Absolutely outstanding work!

Fantastic experience: Blown away by my experience with smileworks dental Ballarat. Lynn , Kayla and Teagan all looked after me like a cup favourite with exceptional service. I had a Wizdom tooth coming through whilst working away that was causing significant discomfort. Teagan was able to get the ball rolling by organising me scripts + antibiotics etc from an interstate pharmacy. When my works were complete I then drove back to Ballarat to have it removed by the super professional and comforting team of Lynn and Kayla. Thanks again guys!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommened dr Ryan and his assistant razz , they are amazing went out of there way to make my dental experience perfect, with warm and caring and a positive attitude, I recently had a couple of fillings and a clean done , and the entire experience was top- notch , didn't have to wait long before I was called in to start Dr Ryan and his assistant explained everything clearly , made sure I was comfortable , and throughout the whole process were very supportive and attentive to me the whole time . They were incredibly gental,caring and accommodation , took there time throughout the entire process Even put on a Netflix movie, thanks razz, I suffer from dental anxiety, and they were brilliant with reassuring me So don't wait book your appointment now with dr Ryan he is so wonderful, The beautiful staff are also lovely, welcoming you and very polite,

Fantastic experience: Dr Lynn & Kayla are amazing! They are the best team, kind, funny and I always leave smiling (yes pun intended Kayla) . The whole team are great always polite and Belinda on reception always helpful and happy. Fantastic experience: Visiting Ballarat and needed to find an emergency dentist. So grateful for the courtesy shown to me and the treatment I received. Even had a phone call the following day to see if I was Ok. How amazing! Only downside is that due to distance I cannot make this my permanent dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 4 months of dental treatment under the wonderful and caring staff at SmileWorks Dental. Dr Lynn was so supportive and attentive to me during this time. My first appointment lasted 7 hours in the chair with a lot of preparation work done. During this marathon effort I was comforted not only by Dr Lynn but the very funny and empathetic nurse, the wonderful Kayla. We talked and laughed all day while being treated. This was a great distraction for me. I also loved the TV on the ceiling watching my favourite series on Netflix. Dr Lynn and Kayla work so well together, understanding each other in their own unique way. I have found the whole experience safe, relaxing, respectful but most of all professional in their approach and advice. Dr Lynn has been caring and gives detailed advice in her after care information. I am very happy with my new Smile and thank SmileWorks for making me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I am at the end of my treatment and will miss my regular visits to Dr Lynn and Kayla. Thank you SmileWorks.

From the time you meet Belinda at the front desk through your time with the awesome team making the magic happen in the chair. I have not had a better overall experience for my family than with this crew. From calming your anxiety to fitting you in for emergency dental work. I broke half my tooth off from a fall and they got me in first thing Monday and now it’s as good as new. Fantastic experience: Receptionist Belinda at the Ballarat clinic is a gem! Belinda’s professional and welcoming manner is a highlight of my visits to Smileworks Dental in Ballarat. Her interactions with myself are respectful, appropriately friendly and warm, and indicate that she holds an unconditional positive regard for the clinic’s patients. I have benefited from her efficient processing of my health insurance and EFTPOS payments and scheduling of appointments, and she has been particularly helpful recently in giving me clear directions to an imaging service so that I could action that referral promptly. As I have previously had anxiety around visiting the dentist, Belinda’s manner puts me at ease and supports me to feel calm and safe. Feeling less anxious about visiting the dentist has supported me to be more proactive in seeking regular preventative dental care and I benefit from the flow on health benefits of engaging in that care.

Negative experience: Received a sms confirmation yesterday for my appointment, then replied Y to confirm. Received a call just now, they have to reschedule the appointment. This rescheduling has happened for 3 times.

Fantastic experience: Fitted me in for emergency dental. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Had to had an infected damaged tooth removed. Lynn did the surgery and it was painless.

Fantastic experience: Lyn and her nurse Kayla are AMAZING ! My son was nervous and crying but by the end of our apt my son was laughing and so relaxed.! All the staff were so friendly and even entertained my son for me while I had treatment done myself ! Lyn is an amazing dentist wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my teeth !

Fantastic experience: Dr Lin was absolutely amazing with my 4 year old!! Was able to keep my daughter relaxed and smiling throughout the entire treatment. Zero tears, she even said going to the dentist was FUN!

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to all the staff at SmileWorks!!! I had to take my little one(under 3years old) to the dentist. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make my little one feel comfortable. Have you ever seen a dentist room full of bubbles? Its amazing. Really recommend SmileWorks! Follow up: we had to go for my little ones follow up. After a scared bab at our previous appointment and where all the tricks in the book were used. This appointment was the opposite. This little one had no problem climbing on the chair ready for anything(no fear), thanks to the team at Smile works that made us feel safe and at home. The dentist took photos, clean the teeth, shampoo, sealed the very big crack and made the tooth look like new. I have a little one that is very proud of her teeth and continues to speak of this friendly dentist that helped us. Again I can not recommend Dr Lynn and her assistant enough!

Fantastic experience: From the lovely receptionist to the hygienist, the dental nurse and the dentist.. everyone was extremely kind, caring and had my best interest at heart. The constant banter and talking really helped to settle my nerves. There was absolutely no judgement from anyone and I felt more than comfortable the whole time. Fantastic experience: Recently had a crown done. From the moment I arrived and was greeted at reception, and until the final crown was glued into place, the care I experienced was excellent. Dr Lyn and dental nurse Kayla were good humoured and professional, ensuring I was comfortable, had breaks if I needed them and I felt no discomfort. I received a follow up phone call after the temporary crown was fitted and again after the permanent crown was glued into place. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: From the girls on the front desk, to the nurses to the dentists, the staff are all amazing. I had a dental emergency and they squeezed me in last minute, everyone kept checking on me during the appointment and I had a follow up call the next day. I have since attended the clinic for general dental services and again, everyone has been amazing, gentle and so kind. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Great experience for me today. The staff are all friendly and attentive. My dental hygienist Seleca and her nurse Cass were terrific. The dentist Lynn and and her assistant Kayla were equally as good. Belinda at reception was very helpful too.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been long term patients. My adult daughters grew up in Ballarat and, despite living in Melbourne and Geelong now, prefer to drive back to Ballarat to see Dr Lynn. The staff are very accommodating: on occasions that I have broken a (temporary) filling Belinda and Liana have squeezed me in on the same day - around my erratic casual work schedule. I received a call the morning my crown arrived and Dr Lynn inserted it during her lunch break. Dr Lynn and Kayla are extremely entertaining; it can be hard not to laugh at their conversations. Dr Lynn is also a blood donor, so I am very impressed

Fantastic experience: Smile Works Ballarat Clinic. I just want to share how amazing Lynn and Kayla at Smile Works Dental Clinic were today. I arrived quite anxious about my dental crown work today - my first crown at the age of 65! I was quickly put at ease by their professional approach and friendly manner. Lynn kept checking to see if I was okay as it was a lengthy process - no need to worry as she had skilfully numbed the area and I felt completely at ease. Kayla ably assisted and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure was over before I knew it and I now know all future dental work will be a breeze with Lynn and Kayla looking after me. I highly recommend and can’t thank them enough.

Jennifer is an absolutely incredible dentist. Her professionalism and kindness puts you at ease immediately. Her dental care is beyond amazing. Liana is so incredibly amazing, so professional, efficient, helpful, kind and friendly. Liana always goes out of her way to make your visit as stress free as possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jenny Sampson has been our family dentist for over 30 years. She is without doubt the best dentist I have ever seen. When she moved her practice from Bacchus Marsh to Ballarat there was no question that we wouldn’t follow her. Now that I have moved to Echuca I still allow two and a half hours to travel to see her! Jenny’s support staff are also of the highest calibre - whether it be the reception staff or the dental nurses (and they often inter-change) they are friendly and highly competent. I highly recommend Dr.Sampson and I dread the day when she hangs up her mask and gown. IMHO she deserves 15 Stars out of a possible 10!
