Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with the black lady in receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. This negatively affected my visit, and I hope management addresses this through further training.

Negative experience: I had my daughter , 6 year old, one of teeth filling yesterday and today we noticed some lip infection where they put injectable yesterday. The lady on the front desk , possibly Asian or similar, had no clue of how to book a follow up for this issue. She offered me schedule 6 days after for this type of emergency situation. When I was not happy for his actions, I was disappointed and she hold me off and promised to call back shortly . Never called back by herself. So after 15 minutes I called again and she was telling me she has no option but book my kids week after. Ridiculous

Negative experience: Only 1 hygienist will do routine cleanup for you, not even the dentist. You will have to hold pipes yourself to assist the hygienist whilst suffering the torture. Super rough, hurt my gum. My gum is still swollen and painful 3 days after the routine cleanup. Dentist only show up after the cleaning for 1 min to say off you go. Worst dental experience ever.

Negative experience: Booked in over the counter in person last week for today 3:10pm appointment for annual check up and cleaning, they called me at 3:05 to cancel my appointment because they didnt book me a therapist to clean my teeth! How could that happen? I have squeeze in for today appointment as otherwise the next one will be in June! So in order to arrange for coming to this appointment, I have to pay my kids to after school care , change our schedule , asking my husband to work from home in order to get my teeth done. However they can’t help at all and she doesn’t really care about I am going to make a complaint and leave a bad review on Google . That’s ridiculous

Fantastic experience: I've come to Bupa Dental Garden City for a check up and clean, I'd booked a last minute appt and they found a spot within the same week. I always love coming here as I know the service from the reception and Drs to be fantastic. Seeing Dr Ameet again for the first time since moving to Melbourne and I'm so glad to be back! She's always thorough and even had picked up on some things that another Dentist hadn't! I'll fly back here just for the trip to the dentist as I can never find any other Dental clinics (even with Bupa) comparable to the service I get here. Especially when they have the necessary equipment to save you a trip for an x-ray!! Thank you ladies at reception and Dr Ameet for the great service you always provide when coming here.
Negative experience: The Chinese lady at reception seem to know nothing about the booking system. It took almost 20 mins to book for my husband and I. I left without booking for my children. By the way, i don't even know if she has booked for my husband and I successfully or not. She didn't even say sorry for wasting my time after i told her i am hurrying up for a physio appointment.

Negative experience: Never ever I have been tortured at a dentist. Maria the dental hygienist was the worst I have ever come across. Had no clue of what she was talking about. Water splashing over my face, no break to rinse all the blood in my mouth that was resulting due to her rough handling. I was literally waiting to run out of the dentist chair. My gums are absolutely swollen after the clean up but I won't complain and suckup all the pain as I don't want to enter that place again. All this was supposed to be just a routine cleanup.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was very professional and the anesthesia dose was just right and the anesthesia effect was very fast. The anesthesia effect was only around the teeth and did not affect the nose or face. The medical room is equipped with new hardware, new technology and clean. I am very lucky that I chose this place and I will always come back here! 這次做得治療是拔牙, 牙醫麻醉的很專業, 麻醉劑量也剛剛好, 麻醉效果也很快速。只有牙齒周圍附近達到麻醉效果,麻醉並沒有影響到鼻腔或是臉,拔牙的療程也很快速,診療後的保養也說的很清楚。醫療室的硬體設備都非常新,新科技而且乾淨整潔。很幸運我選擇,我以後都會回來這裡
Negative experience: I was really surprised by the rudeness of the desk woman in the front Recently, I made a reservation and waited, but I was late 10 minutes, so I couldn't get the service. Of course, I admit that I was late and couldn't get the service. But I tried to make a reservation again, but she treated me in a really rude and fighting way. I'm not a racist personally, but this Indian desk woman really instilled in me that Indians are all rude and rude. If you're reading this, I don't recommend this dentist. If you're looking for a good service dental clinic at least.
Negative experience: The dentist was great, but the admin workers were just terrible. I went to get get clean and check-up for my daughter which was all covered under Medicare. Then they try to charge me almost $300 claiming they did not know my daughter was going to use Medicare, even though she was clearly a young child, and had asked for out Medicare before the appointment. I was made to pay and on top top of that, the admin worker rolled her eyes at me and I could clearly hear her complaining about me behind the desk to her colleague. Luckily my dentist works at another location as well, so I don’t ever have to go there again.

Fantastic experience: Because Thomas is awesome Today I had bad experiences for Dr hana Aziz my wife had some filling done through Dr Aziz but she complaining we just let know about reception they organise appointment .she didn't do anything and gave advised how to use fossile just 5 minute and charge $59.60 and put item number 014 which one not cover health fund.
Fantastic experience: Doctor Hanna was so nice and gentle with me she was very patient with me and understood my fear of needles compared to the other bupa dental provider they gave me 9 injections and I was still not numb with Doctor Hanna I only got 2 I injections and I was all ready for my root canels.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists were extremely good at their job. There was a reminder text sent 2 weeks before the appointment and a courtesy reminder call was made 24 hours earlier to confirm attendance. They also followed up on me 48 hours post treatment. Very organised with setting new appointments, treatment plans and costs.

Fantastic experience: I had my first dental experience in Australia in Bupa dental Garden city,the good service and lovely staff. I recently had my wisdom tooth extraction done with Dr Andy two weeks ago,who is a very professional,experienced dentist,which made me suffer much less after tooth extraction. Also He noticed and recommended that I need calculus removal,which really helps with my oral health. At that time I was not quite sure how Bupa insurance claims works,only blurred idea,after I clarified with patient receptionist Sheron then I got to have a idea that my build up was too much so that I need to pay a bit extra even if private insurance says cleaning is fully covered,then we got onto the same page that I really don't mind paying doesn't bother me just unsure the claims. However,Dr Andy did not charge me for the second lower cleaning at all,he was definitely a caring Dr. I will certainly introduce Bupa dental for my friend who needs dental check up and treatment.
Negative experience: The phone operator (G) is very rude, I was only asking her to clarify something bupa has sent me with regards to their outlet. Her tone was rude and impatient and she straight hanged up the phone after I say thank you for the help. I’m really disappointed at bupa as I have never seen anyone with this kind of work attitude in Australia until today

Fantastic experience: Excellent quality dental care and service.
Negative experience: Three months ago I had a checkup done by a dentist here as I had wisdom tooth pain, and it was decided that I needed 10 fillings as well as the referral to a dental surgeon. During the appointment they showed me an xray of the teeth and showed me where each of the fillings needed to go. Only one of these was clear to me but I assumed they were the expert and knew best. The total was to be $2100 over 2 appointments. However this was just before I had planned to move to Japan for employment, so I didn't have time to undergo the procedures in Australia. Upon arriving in Japan I took my treatment plan from the Bupa doctor to a clinic in Osaka, try as hard as he could, he could not find more than one filling that needed to be done - the one that was visible to me when shown by the bupa dentist. So I was referred to the Osaka university dental hospital, a very reputable institute of dentisty. Here I had a dental surgeon inspect my teeth against the the treatment plan that was done by the bupa dentist, and yet again could find no more than one. He then called the head dentist over to look for himself, and he too couldn't find more than one tooth in need of a filling. Somehow this bupa dentist was able to discover $1900 worth of unnecessary dental treatment that these three dentists were unable to. What an absolute thief.

Negative experience: I was given a quote to have a wisdom tooth removed. It took over 1 hour and I wasn't told how serious the procedure would be. I hadn't organised for a pickup and had to wait for my partner to come pick me up with my face swollen and crying in pain. Next time it would be good if the dentist could inform about how serious the procedure is, and talk about the after care. Another point - I had asked the male dentist to only do root fillings on 1 tooth instead of 2 and he hadn't got the memo or he just forgot. He ended up doing both. When I pointed this out at the end after my shock at seeing the huge bill, he stated that I had signed consent. Yes, I had but I hadn't known that I was signing consent for two teeth to be filled. Please be more organised next time.

Fantastic experience: I had the most lovely experience last week at BUPA Mount Gravatt. I had never been before and booked with Roz. I was nervous prior to going in however she instantly put me at ease with her friendly nature and talking me through what we would be doing throughout the appointment. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process. She gave me a follow up treatment plan outlining possible treatment options and future costs. Great experience, looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Went in today for a wisdom tooth removal and I was petrified in and out in 10 minutes!!! Amazing service and the 2 women on reception plus the dentist and her assistant were some of the nicest women I’ve ever met! Thankyou for today ladies actually a pleasure getting my tooth out!

Negative experience: I really like my Dr Rosa, however, the receptionist on Saturday(22/02/2019) morning shift cannot offer any help. Her attitude was really bad and rude. If Dr Rosa is on longer with Bupa, so do I.

Fantastic experience: First time visit to Bupa at garden city, had Roslyn Dick for my first consultation/check up and clean. I was super amazed at her service and how equiped Bupa was. Came back the second time for my filling with Glen McKeough, again I was very impressed at his service. I was comfortable the whole throughout. He took his time to explain what he had done, and discussed my wisdom teeth surgery clearly afterwards. 5 star service, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Great and professional service, I have been here 3 times this year. I have been treated by Dr Rosa Shen, she is really considerate, careful but efficient and checks regularly on my comfort. The work completed has all been really well done and Rosa has taken the time to explain what she needs to do and what her recommendations are and why.
Negative experience: I asked bupa what the price is for children’s mouthguard, they say they can’t give me price unless I tell them the item number! Why you expect me to know item numbers? Should I keep item numbers on my fridge? I called another insurance company and they said they would cover mouthguard full cost TWICE a YEAR…bupa is a bit disappointing
Fantastic experience: I am happy I chose Bupa Dental at Garden City as have recently moved to Brisbane from Melbourne. I was not sure on which Dental practice to go with but from speaking to a few, knew that the staff at Bupa at Garden City were understanding of my situation and tried to help me out the most. I am happy that I have had some major dental treatment completed and have found the dentist and the support team to be highly professional. As my visits were all very positive, I have taken my family to visit the team and we have all benefited from the healthy advice given. Thank you and well done all.
Fantastic experience: I've had a very Positive experience at BUPA dental. The staff is very polite and friendly. The Dentists and assistants are very skilled. As a former dentist, I am very pleased with the quality of care I've received.
Negative experience: Had a bad and unsatisfactory experience with a female doctor who treated my child case unprofessionally
Negative experience: Had an appointment for my 8 yrs son today, a lady dr was very unfriendly, grumpy. She was not sure what to be done, we asked for the photo and a detail report for the procedure; possibly for a second opinion, did not get that.
Negative experience: I have no idea why we need private insurance. It's useless.
Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend this dental clinic cuz it’s awesome with the professional staff and nice environment. Dr Andrew Molloy is best doctor I have ever seen. He is very professional and so is his assistant Cara. The reception lady Sherene is nice and warm hearted as well.

Negative experience: These guys have over-charged my health fund! so disappointed in trusting them. Who should I complaint about them? BUPA insurance owns this dental clinic. ofcourse they will back them up! I'm leaving Bupa next year for sure.
