Fantastic experience: I’m not sure if words can express what a fabulous dentist Dr Nick is and his staff I never thought going the dentist could be so enjoyable. Love how everything that is being done is explained throughly and having a dentist ask what I want from my dentistry and how I want my teeth and smile to look. Fantastic experience: I never thought I would love going to the dentist but this place is the best. I feel completely at ease and taken care of by Dr Vivian and the crew. I have taken my two young boys here for their first dentist visits and they both had such a positive experience. And special shout-out to Sianne the practice coordinator who makes you feel so welcome. Highly recommend to anyone but especially if you have any nerves around dentist visits, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. The place was spotless, comfortable, up-to-date with their equipments and a process that is customer oriented. I found the prices slightly over my initial budget, but it was worth it for the trust and how easy everything was. Booking was quick and simple, there's parking on site, everyone I spoke with was friendly and made me feel safe. I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist, Doctor Nik has done amazing orthotic work on my son’s teeth. The whole team has been welcoming and supportive when I have to bring my two younger children with me. They have supported my youngest to transition into a teeth clean and check up making him feel comfortable and showing patience when he was younger and nervous. I could say 100 amazing things that we have experienced in the past 2 and a half years of going to them, it’s all wrapped up into one word. AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mary Lou and the team at Essential Care Dental are fantastic. My son and I have been regular clients there for 6 years including Invisalign treatment. Mary Lou is extremely thorough, kind, intelligent and gentle knows what she is doing. The whole team are extremely friendly including Sian on reception who makes you feel very welcome. They have all of the modern technology. They are also great with kids. They make going to the dentist a good experience, even for my child! I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my teeth for the majority of my life and have been to some highly recognised dental practices in Tasmania. Moving to Brisbane I had heard of Essential Care Dental through a friend and honestly can't recommend them more highly. Dr Will Pham is absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, personable, and always explains what needs to be done and why. My children love him and feel very safe and comfortable during their appointments. I couldn't be more pleased with the work he has done on my teeth! It's not just the dentists who are amazing at their job but the rest of the staff at Essential are fantastic too. Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. Today Nik, the principal dentist did a great job improving my chipped, broken front tooth that had been patched up badly by another dentist two years ago. He's taken so much care to remove the old filling, and reshape the entire 1/3 of the bottom of my front tooth so it looks symmetrical with the other front tooth. Exactly as I needed it to be. Thank you Nik, I had every confidence this would be a great outcome and it is. And at a very reasonable cost! FIVE stars+

From my Invisalign to an implant and few crowns, great service all the way. Just wanted to say a big, big thanks to the amazing team and especially the excellent work of Dr Nick. Fantastic experience: After relocating to Brisbane, I required some urgent dental work. I booked an appointment with Dr Nik and he saw me immediately. He provided me with instant pain relief, treatment and a great referral to organise dental surgery to remove a nasty bacterial infection. Once I had healed, I returned to Dr Nik for further treatment to fix the affected teeth. He explained everything in detail around the procedure, cost and time frame to ensure the best possible outcome. Getting crowns was the best decision I've made. Not only has it done wonders for my self confidence but the compliments I've received so far, have been amazing! I can't stop smiling. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Essential Care Dental in Graceville since 2017 when I was in Grade 8. They are a truly amazing team. I have been through braces, expanding brackets, wisdom teeth removal and everything in between. Dr William Pham and the team have consistently been careful, caring and always at the ready for whatever problem may have arisen. They have taken the time and care to review everything within my Orthodontic treatment over the past few years. For example, being 14/15 years old when I had to get my bottom wisdom teeth out, Dr Will and his amazing team assured me of the procedure and made sure that I understood what was happening, not just my family. I was able to bring in headphones to listen to music during the procedure, and Dr Will was sure to check on me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot express it enough with the lovely and best experience I have had with the team. I highly recommend them to anyone.

His level of care, tips and advice has resulted in the best oral health that I have ever had. Fantastic experience: The reason I first started going to this dental practice was because of their super friendly and helpful secretary. Then, when I started seeing Dr Nikhil Morriswala, it 'cemented the deal'. I have a long and torrid dental history but Nik beats them all for his communication skills and his incredible needle-giving abilities! His dental work is spot-on too. I don't mean to rave on but seriously, I have been a very regular dental attendee for 50 years and this practice takes the prize for professionalism, kindness, ability, skill and communication. And they're open on Saturdays if you work full-time! I almost love going to the dentist now. Okay, well, I did say 'almost'. Let's just say, Nik and the team make it a much better experience.

Fantastic experience: Great First Dental Experiences. No Tears. Big smiles. I took my five year old son to Essential Care to have his first proper dental examination a few weeks ago. Nik and his assistant, Karla, were amazing. Calm, fun, informative, caring. My son wasn't in any way nervous or upset by the experience. He actually loved it. He needed a couple of fillings, so we scheduled in our appointment for this week. He wasn't in any way worried about going back. In fact, he was looking forward to it! Nik explained all of the procedure as it went along, in a way my son could understand, and except for a small glitch in the middle, where he got nervous when the filling was being agitated, things went amazingly well. Even during this hiccup, Nik and Karla were understanding and patient, coaxing him back into the chair. My son left with a smile. He called his grandparents that night to tell them about going to the dentist and, when I mentioned having the drill, he was shocked. Nik and Karla were so gentle, he had no idea!! I'd recommend this practice to anyone. It was an extremely positive experience for us both. My turn next!
