Fantastic experience: I got 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Stephanie Tan. I went with general Anesthesia. The whole process went smooth.i was expecting it would give a lot of pain, post surgery, but Luckily I was able to recover within a week . And without pain meds , just a ibuprofen here and there. Thank you Dr. Stephanie Tan and the team. Highly recommended to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Wisdom Teeth Clinics & Dr Tan enough. After consulting with multiple dentists who made me feel as if they were just after my money, when I reached out to Wisdom Teeth Clinics I was sold on the first reply I got. The entire process was so easy and smooth, can all be done via email/phone and are very fair and transparent with all their pricing. Dr Tan is a great dentist and ensures you are well informed through the whole process. For someone who gets pretty anxious leading into dental work, I can say confidently that using Wisdom Teeth Clinics calmed any worries I had. The North Lakes Day Hospital was also great, all the staff were so helpful, friendly and showed genuine care. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, I went to sleep and woke up immediately with general anaesthesia and experienced little to no pain after the surgery. I recovered very fast and the doctor did an amazing job

Negative experience: Im writing this as a caution to others. 2+ years on from my extraction I still have dental paraesthesia (numbness) and nerve pain in my lip, chin and jaw. It has cost me 100s if not 1000s of dollars in specialist fees. I initially emailed and called Stephanie Tan and her team to express my concern and was repeatedly fobbed off, told it would improve, then that i would have to pay for a follow up consult, etc. Not only that, i had pieces/fragments of tooth extruding from and stuck in my gum which caused infections after my surgery (picked up by my dentist). While I see a lot of complimentary and positive reviews I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone with a complex extraction to look elsewhere. I wish I had done a bit more research as I was in a hurry to get them out and Dr Tan was the quickest option. It proved to be a very costly and painful choice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tan and her amazing staff at the clinic were next level wonderful. My daughter is severely phobic about needles, unfortunately her surgery was not able to be performed , in part due to suffering the aftermath of influenza b.The head nurse and her staff could not have been more caring and understanding and Dr Tan was the same, caring, gentle and incredibly good with a girl who had previously been traumatised. I want to offer my thanks and admiration for such a wonderful team

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stephanie Tan's methodical and highly experienced approach significantly eased my concerns. While my original dentist had raised alarms about the complexity of my case, Dr. Tan's expertise allowed her to safely extract all four of my wisdom teeth at Samford Day Hospital. Although individual experiences may vary, my recovery was remarkably smooth. The swelling was minimal, and the pain was manageable even without painkillers. I healed relatively quickly, though I did experience a minor dry socket, which has since healed. A key tip: once your mouth has healed sufficiently, make sure to use the syringe provided to flush the area with water at least twice a day to prevent complications. In summary, you can trust Dr. Stephanie Tan. Like many, I was initially skeptical of the numerous five-star reviews, but after being in her care, I can confidently say that they are well-deserved.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Dr Tan. I had three impacted wisdom teeth that required removal at the day hospital. The inital phone consultation helped answer any questions I had regarding the procedure and recovery process. There were many options for procedure dates which was fantastic. The procedure went really smooth, the staff at the hospital were amazing and Dr Tan was really friendly and professional. She answered any questions I had prior to the procedure and following the procedure. She checked in the day after the procedure with an email as well. Recovery was quick and after just over a week I had no pain and the gums were pretty much healed.

Fantastic experience: I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and was told I could only go under anaesthesia which was really pricey to me but worth it in the end as the process was really seamless and quick! Dr Tan is AMAZING, the 5 star reviews don’t lie. All of my post op questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt comfortable I had her support throughout my wisdom teeth recovery time. I had complications a month after and I emailed dr Tan and she was quick to get back to me to offer assistance! This has really impressed me and prompted me to write this review. She is the best!

Fantastic experience: Recently came to discover I had a completely horizontal impacted wisdom tooth that was urgently wanting to be removed. After a scan, my first dentist told me it was complicated and I would need to see a specialist surgeon for surgery. I did some phoning around and found the Wisdom Tooth Clinic Brisbane. I had a phone consult with Dr Tan, who informed me that I had an option of surgery or it could be removed in the chair for $395. Due to finances, I opted for the chair and I had a booking within 7 days of my consult. I travelled 1.5hrs for the appt. The procedure took under 15 minutes. The experience was a remarkably fast and a pain-free procedure, just strong pressure was felt. I received 3 stitches, scripts for pain medication/antibiotics if required (I needed neither) and I received a followup email from Dr Tan checking on my status on 2 day post-removal. 1 week post-surgery and I felt like new again. You can trust if you make a booking with Dr Tan, you'll receive excellent professional dentistry care. If you need to have wisdom teeth removed and are searching for options, you'll be in very safe hands here.

Fantastic experience: Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this clinic about a month ago and I couldn't recommend them enough! One of my bottom teeth was causing me trouble as it was quite impacted, so I searched online for a clinic and came across this one due to it's outstanding reviews. Within a day I was able to book a free consult over the phone with the doctor, after which they sent me a list of available dates - the closest one being just about a week away! The price breakdown, communication and booking process were all super clear. The day of the surgery I felt very well taken care of even though I was fairly nervous. From the receptionist to the admitting nurse, from the anaesthetist to the surgeon, everyone was so lovely. And it was over faster than I expected! Recovery was also very smooth considering I had 4 teeth removed. Dr Tan checked up on me the day after and was super responsive to any questions and concerns I had later on as well! 10/10 recommend if you need this procedure done in or near Brisbane!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tan and her excellent team extracted one 48 year old wisdom tooth considered risky and difficult to undertake due to size, depth and nerve proximity. Prior concerns over extricating some fragments of the deeper roots of the tooth were allayed post surgery which instilled further confidence. As of 2 days post-procedure there seems to be no attendant nerve damage, numbness of tongue or much swelling further attesting to the skill of Dr Tan and all involved. Fantastic experience: Overall, I had a fantastic experience using this company. They made the whole process so quick and easy. As soon as I registered, Dr Stephanie Tan called me for a free consultation and I was able to schedule the surgery fairly quickly as they were very prompt with sending emails etc. The staff at Samford Road hospital were great and Dr Tan was also fabulous. The procedure was half the price of the surgeon I was originally referred to.

Fantastic experience: Voluntarily leaving a review because I'm really happy with the service I received. I had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr Tan. One was quite impacted and as such the recovery took longer than I was hoping for. I had concerns about how it was healing and I saw Dr Tan for a follow up and she put me at ease. I still had concerns several days after so I called Dr Tan to check it was okay. I was worried she'd think I was becoming a nuisance but each time I spoke to her she was attentive and calmly gave me assurance that my wounds were healing fine but if I was still concerned after several days I could call back any time. I really appreciated the personal service. And yep, I healed just fine in the end without any complications.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stephanie Tan was nothing short of exceptional. Initially, I had been shopping around being quoted $180 for a consultation (that I couldn’t get into for over a month) and $800 for one wisdom tooth removed. Prices varied from $600-$800. After enquiring through Wisdom Teeth Clinics the consultation was free, just a few weeks away and one tooth removed was $395. Although dentists don’t scare me on a standard basis, my case was different where the tooth was sitting right on a nerve. Also, you’re told many horrible stories about wisdom tooth removal. Dr Tan was knowledgeable, comforting and advised I would be out in 40 minutes, the procedure was over within 10 minutes. From hearing many stories from friends and family about their experiences, one advised they were given headphones to block out the uncomfortable noises. The only piece of advice to go even more above and beyond (which really, I was fine without it but maybe for someone with a real dental phobia) is noise cancellation headphones. Thank you again!!!!

I went to the clinic at Samford Road Day Hospital, and god these guys were amazing. I was treated to an all-female staff, which I know would be a big selling point for some people. Fantastic experience: Had all 4 teeth extracted in the chair with local anaesthetic. Top two teeth took like 30 seconds each and the bottom two (partially erupted) took around 15mins each. The whole procedure including application, extraction, gum stitching and aftercare instructions took less than an hour. Very impressed with the whole visit and all at a great price. Fantastic experience: My son had his 4 wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago with Dr Tan. He was very nervous about the procedures, expecting a few days to one week's off from Uni. Surprisingly it took him only one day to recover - not even a single pain - killer he had. The procedure was done in North Lakes Monserrat Day Hospital, every single staff there we met from receptionist to nurse or assistants are all friendly and professional. Dr Tan sent us an email to follow up after the procedures so it was a nice touch. Would highly recommend anyone in need. This clinic is amazing in terms of pricing, the procedures and follow up.

I also can't believe that the consultation before my surgery was FREE while some oral surgeon might charge $150 for explaining about the X-ray. Fantastic experience: Wisdom Teeth Clinics were professional, great at communication and helpful in answering any questions. The surgeon was excellent and followed up before, during and after the surgery with phone calls to answer any questions as well and to check in. Day of the surgery was easy (even though it was an hours drive for us!) and they were so much cheaper than other surgeons on the Gold Coast. Cannot speak highly enough of their service. Thank you.

Dr Stephanie Tan did a wonderful job through out the whole experience, from the beginning consultation to the day of surgery and the follow up contact the day after surgery. The first day after surgery there was a very small about of swelling and basically next to no pain. I decided to choose Wisdom Teeth Clinics because of their outstanding reviews and I am so very glad I did. Fantastic experience: Like most people I am not a fan of visiting the dentist, and after visiting my local dentist to get a wisdom tooth removed I came out of the chair with multiple needles, swollen mouth and tooth still in tact. Unfortunately They were unable to remove it due to the Local Anaethesia not taking hold. I needed to find a dentist who could remove it under General Anaethesia. After contatcing Wisdom teeth Clinics they made the whole process so very simple. I had a very quick follow up call with Dr Stephanie Tan, who talked me through the process. They also organised the Hospital, and Anaethesist, all I had to do was turn up. On arrival the hospital made me feel extremely welcome, where I was then prepped for Surgery. Prior to the surgery Dr Tan and her Anaethesist both visited me to make sure i was comfortable with the whole procedure. I woke up not remebering a thing and whilst my mouth was obviously sore, I felt so much better. The next day (today) I looked inside my mouth and it was incredibly clean, and tidy, I was so happy. Dr Tan you have removed my fear of dentists. Thankyou i will recommend Wisdom Tooth Clinics to everyone :)

Fantastic experience: I was referred to a specialist by my dentist and was quoted an unreasonable price. I then decided to do a quick google search for an alternative and Wisdom Teeth Clinics came up. Upon reading through the reviews, it seems that a number of people are in a similar situation as I am. Stefanie is very professional and at every stage, she and her awesome team clarified all my questions and concerns, and I was so relaxed going into the procedure. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with anesthetic at a day hospital. I recovered within two weeks and Stefanie even called me to check if I was ok. If you are reading this review, go ahead and get a consultation.

Fantastic experience: I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed last week on Monday .I was bit worried about the procedure how thy gonna get all out at once dr Stephanie tan explained it really thoroughly and tht helped me alot and got all done at ones at Samford day hospital nurses at hospital dr Stephanie tan and nurses Anita and Julie helped tht day thy talked me through the whole procedure I got out the hospital in few hours went home now fully recovered and thanks again dr Stephanie tan even checking on me after few days thtwas really nice of you thank you I highly recommend wisdom teeth clinic and talk to Dr Stephanie tan .

I went under local for my 4 wisdom teeth removal and while my one impacted tooth was tough to get, Dr Stef and team did it and the rest with grace. Had an easy recovery and loved the communication I received. Not to mention the no frills consultation prior to surgery. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: Process was simple and easy. The wisdom tooth extraction went perfectly. The hospital was modern and clean. Not much more you can ask for. Being put under general anesthetic wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. One minute you're awake, next second it's over and you're in the waiting room. Price was very reasonable too compared with other options.

Fantastic experience: I got booked in easily, the procedure went well. Went in at 9:45, got knocked out and woke up at about 12:30 a little less wise. A nurse helped me to a little chill out room where I got ice cream while I properly woke up. Then when my ride came to pick me up, I was given a little aftercare pack and walked through how to take care of myself. Healing was WAY better than I expected, swelling was not that bad and I was able to comfortably go back to work 5 days later. They also called to check on me a couple days after the procedure which was nice.

Fantastic experience: Hello. I had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on 28 Sept 2020 under General Anesthesia. The surgery went well, and Dr. Stephanie along with the staff at the day hospital were all excellent. Recovery was quick and able to go back to work after 1 week of rest. Not much of pain. Fantastic experience: I was originally referred to a maxillofacial surgeon for my wisdom teeth surgery. I'm really happy that I looked around as Stephanie provided treatment at nearly half the cost I was quoted elsewhere. The procedure was straightforward and am happy with the results. I've had a lot of people mention how painful wisdom tooth removal is however I have not experienced anything I would describe as pain. Fantastic experience: Dentist said I needed an oral surgeon for my impacted wisdom teeth removal. I googled and found wisdom teeth clinics and were pleased with their professionalism and service. Very gentle extraction and were cheaper than others I contacted. Not a bulk bill service but you can put the fees on a payment plan like after pay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Wisdom teeth removal price was best I could find. Service was great and as someone who gets quite nervous I was thankful for the great anesthetist who kept my mind at ease beforehand. I managed to get a bulk bill rebate from Medicare for the general anaesthetic which I was not expecting as well. I travelled from Logan to Brisbane to get my wisdom teeth out and it was definitely worth travelling for.
