Negative experience: I had re-booked my appointment as the dentist had requested I came another time when I didn't have my toddler in tow. Organised a day the kids were in care and I wasn't at work. I was due to come in at 4pm. Received a phone call that they had a cancellation at 2.30 and could fit me in. I arrived a couple minutes late, but there was still already 2 patient's waiting. Nobody was at the front desk, was waiting around for 5 or so more minutes before somebody welcomed me. Told them my name and was told to have a seat. Waited around for another 10 minutes and then was asked my name and told would need to re-schedule as they were busy. I said I had an appointment at 4, but that had been booked by somebody else. Not going back. If they couldn't fit me in, they shouldn't have changed my time.

Fantastic experience: After previous dental experiences, I was hesitant to go. However I was spoke to in a kind manner. I also wasn’t judged for what dental work needed to be. The whole examination was comfortable and I couldn’t recommend a better dental practice!

Negative experience: I had very bad experience with this dental clinic this morning. I have been with this clinic more than 5 years for taking care of my teeth. As our working feature, we always booked me and my husband appointments one by one. We run own business we need one looking after our reception then swap to have another one going. We were doing very well on schedule with them in past 4 years. For this morning's appointments we booked 2 weeks earlier and explained very clearly on the phone for our special request and schedule. My husband went there first, they scheduled him for 30minutes but really took one hour to finish, I rashly went there as soon as my husband been released from clinic. But what I really got from their reception is I missed my appointment. It will take another 2 weeks to arrange another one. We could see they are very busy on schedule and not care too much to look after a customer with special request like us. Maggie

Both dentists were very kind, calming, and professional and both understanding of my anxiety around dentists and my budget limitations. Michael especially provided excellent customer service to the point of losing business in an effort to provide me with suitable care that worked better with my budget and travel plans.
