Fantastic experience: Ben and Kathy are both amazing to deal with. Kathy has been amazing, she has always helped make urgent appointments for me when needed and always managed to squeeze me in which I really appreciate. Before meeting Ben, I had gone to ALOT of dentists within Brisbane, including specialists which always led me nowhere and been a waste of $$. I was very tired and over teeth and dentists in general. After my last dentist, I thought everything was okay but then it all started playing up and hurting. I finally called Kathy and she made me feel good about seeing Ben. After seeing Ben, he has done quite a bit of work and overall I do feel better. Ben is very gentle with his work and takes the time needed to get everything done. There is no judegement at all, everyone is very nice and will go out of there way to help the best they can. I probably still have a little bit to go, but don't plan on going elsewhere. Definately recommend Dr Ben.

Because 1 day, I turned up for my appointment, but I was going to rebook it, because I was really sweaty and hot, & stinky, from moving some people I know all day! But Ben & Sarah convinced me that it was alright, that I wasn’t that bad, it’s all good to come through,or I could book another appointment if I wanted, it’s okay……………………So off I went all sweaty & stinky , & I had a tooth that really couldn’t be saved, but they saved it !. Fantastic experience: Okay I've been to a couple dentists in my life and this one is by far the best. I travelled all the way from the city to come here and it was so worth it. I hate dental work so much, it scares me but everyone was just so lovely here. Such a good experience. The receptionist Kathy was so respectful and even worked hard to pronounce my name properly. Bonus points. She's good to chat to. She even said Dr Ben (the dentist) is so nice and he literally exceeded that expectation. He was so comforting and friendly and his energy is so calming. Told me to let him know if it hurt as I was getting a clean and check up. He really listens about your concerns and explains everything in great detail. They accept afterpay and zippay here which is amazing! Good parking and chemist beside it. The cost is so reasonable compared to other dental practices. I like how they list the prices on the website as well and easy booking system online. I was planning to give them a 5 star review on google as I finished my appt. and then they asked if I could review them and I did not hesitate one bit. They literally deserve every award and everything good. No funny business and everyone is so respectful which I appreciate. The dental assistant even gave me a cotton wedge to sit between my nose bridge and glasses as I have eyelash extensions as the glasses were pressing down on my lashes. So considerate! A good experience like this deserves a good long review like this. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They literally make you feel so comfortable and that means a lot to me especially if you're anxious about dental work like me.

Negative experience: Receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Interjected her unsolicited opinion throughout my appointment to no objection from other staff. She then went on to breach privacy laws. Avoid this practice.

Fantastic experience: All the dental staff were amazing, I went in with so much anxiety but quickly was put at ease by there wonderful bedside manner. The procedure went so well and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I trust Ben Koskela to take care of all my dental needs. He is reliable. This dentist place is proven with high skill and cost effective. The admin person is friendly. Also, they have a toilet. Lol. I always need a toilet after a long drive. No deposit whatsoever. You do not have to worry to lose your deposit if you cannot attend your appointment. You can let them know and they organise another time for you. They do not need expensive place like in the city. Prove it yourself! I bet you won't regret choosing them to look after all your dental needs.

I never really knew what it was like to feel no pain, while having your anesthetic done before your treatment. Seeing Dr Ben, I didn't feel a thing wow. If you want a highly skilled Dentist, that really is exceptional at what he does book your appointment to see Dr Ben. I see him all the time now, i only wish i had found such a highly skilled and very welcoming Dentist sooner..Your teeth will thank you for it..

Dr Bradley Chou has made my experience with braces as comfortable as possible and has been an all round great orthodontist. As well as all of the dental assistants there are lovely ladies.

Negative experience: So disappointed with the service. Booked an appointment with them, and when I arrived my time was already taken by someone. After waiting there for 15 min, the receptionist said that they will able to take me approximately in 40 minutes. So I decided to leave because it so unprofessional and not serious company. Also, their office called me in the day before to confirm my appointment, and I did it. It disgusting because I took 2 hours off from my work to make it.
