Fantastic experience: Couldn't think of a better dentist - these guys are amazing. Great service, results and customer experience in general. Thanks to Dr Young Jun Euh for a great job, so friendly and professional. Front desk and Dental assistant have been so polite and helpful. I even look forward to visiting the dentist! Highly reccomend. Forget the rest - go to the best!

Negative experience: Apparently if they call you the day before the appointment you've had for nearly 2 weeks and they try and change the time you have to come in by 2 hours and it doesn't suit you then Lisa at the front counter seems to think it's a green light to be super passive aggressive with you. Won't be going here again after this appointment.

Fantastic experience: A really great experience at Burnie Smile Care. I was visiting Burnie and had a toothache and the receptionists managed to fit me in the next day, which was lucky. I received a phone call to let me know that I was able to come in for my appointment earlier which was great communication. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by the ladies at the desk, Jaclyn and Montana, who have really exceptional reception and customer service skills. Everything was communicated clearly and was pleasant. I went in to my appointment with Dr. Ayesha who was attentive and informative about what needed to be done. She gave me all information and a price and gave me the decision to go ahead so I had a thorough understanding of what I was up for. I chose to go ahead and the work was performed quickly and easily. Upon leaving, I was treated kindly and helped with information on how best to book a follow up, which I will be doing. Thank you to Jaclyn, Montana, Dr. Ayesha and the nurse assistant with Dr. Ayesha for such a pleasant dental experience. I highly recommend Burnie Smile Care for their service, experience and obvious care of their customers well being. Thank you very much. I will be back for any dental work due to knowing I will be treated very well.

Fantastic experience: So very pleased I went back to Burnie Smile Care and met Dr. Clarke Eom. Dr Clarke is a highly skilled dentist who I have complete trust in. His expertise with a complex root canal was handled very professionally and he explained and expressed concern throughout procedure and follow-up. The tooth was then capped with a perfectly fitting crown. Price was very reasonable. Very impressed with this Dentist. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: Used to be good with caring and understanding staff. Has now turned into a money grubbing business with little compassion for people's circumstances. Probably fine for regular people, but would not recommend for people with mental health issues, complicated circumstances or low incomes. Wondering how much it will cost me to get my records and switch to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am a dentists nightmare, which started many many years ago... the scary treatment I received back then kept me away from dentists for way to long.. If not for the absolute wonderful receptionists and the understanding and amazing care from Dr Tess and her nurses, I would be in whole lot of strife now, they have all put the trust back in me and I am grateful for that, my Smile is looking way better than it did before I started going to Burnie Smile Care, Thanks Tess and co.

Positive experience: Friendly dentist.. Gentle and beautiful dentist assistant.. Caring.. Not cheap but has affordable plans... I actually enjoy my dentist visits again..I did get dry socket once which was hell hence the four stars

Fantastic experience: Dr Spiteri was amazing with my 8year old son, He explained everything perfectly to him step by step on what he was going to be doing and sent him away with some achievable goals for an 8 year old. I can not recommended highly enough and the whole team were fantastic. Will definitely be our new regular dentist.

Negative experience: Over price clinic , Not recommended to any one Charged over 200 for nothing just checking , xray and pics and a test which was not need because already x ray was taken . When asked about my medical record and x ray with pics taken so I can go and get second opinion, they told me that cannot be given to me ! Then after few emails and issue raised to a dental consultant they agreed to release my record (which I already paid for . Bad experience

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I had my tooth taken out recently with no issues whatsoever. The staff are so friendly and helpful and all the costs were explained to me before going ahead. Not expensive at all, very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to. I’m a little confused at the negative comment on here tho. You need X-rays so they can see what’s going on under the gum line as was explained to me. That way they know what they’re dealing with to have your tooth removed. Maybe if we’d both looked after our teeth better we wouldn’t have had to have this done. That’s my lesson learned!

Negative experience: Very friendly but VERY expensive. Simple tooth removal, no issues, charged me $430, for one tooth. $250 for the tooth, $70 for going there and $110 for an X-ray...lesson learned.

Fantastic experience: I'm a bit scared of the Dentist and dread judgement as my teeth are pretty bad. BURNIE SMILE CARE WAS AWESOME! So lovely! I felt afe. They listened to me and answered all of my questions. Dr Tessa explained what she was doing (once I am there, I like to know the details). I feel like they are going to take me from where I am right now, and help me improve my dental health. I won't be so worried about going to the Dentist next time.
