Fantastic experience: Eva the receptionist is one of the best receptionist I've ever met so far. Very kind, efficient and an expert in her field. We booked for a tooth extraction for Dr John Kim and he was very kind to my mum who couldn't speak English well. She couldn't stop talking about how nice he was and recommends him to all my families.

He's got that rare combination of being really efficient without making you feel like you're being rushed through. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, answers all my questions, and just puts you at ease. The receptionist is lovely as well, always friendly and helpful when booking appointments or sorting out any admin stuff. Can't recommend this practice enough. Fantastic experience: Dr Kim is everything you want in a Dentist, affordable, fast and efficient. Nobody wants to be sitting in a Dentists chair for hours, but every time I have had work done, I was out before I knew it. I also appreciate the assistant actually knows what she is doing and you don't have water dripping down your chin like other places I have been to. The receptionist is friendly and polite and everything is nice and clean.

Fantastic experience: I remember dentists being scary and painful. I almost fell asleep in the chair when these guys were fixing my tooth. My only complaint is they work too fast and I didn't get to see the end of the movie (they have a TV on the ceiling to watch while you lie there). All jokes aside, so caring and thoughtful, told me everything that was happening just before it happened, and even didn't try the hard sell of any other service - just offered to see me whenever I wanted a follow up.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Dr Kim, can I just say the staff and service was 10/10 for someone that is scared going in with sweaty hands and nervous he was gentle and I asked for him to clean my teeth with needles that when I would go to other dentist wouldn't use enough and I could feel it all. Today I didn't and I was in the chair scared thank you Dr Kim for a good experience I will be telling all my friends and family.

Negative experience: I saw Dr Kim and the other female Doctor for the same tooth And they both agreed on when I have pain I make an appointment for extraction. I ended up making an appointment when I had a toothache and explained it to the receptionist. When I showed up for my appointment, Dr Kim examined that one tooth ( no x-ray done ), charged me $100 and changed the treatment plans all together, sent me home just because he wanted to make more money out of my misery. I am so disappointed that after being a loyal customer From the day they opened being looked at like a poker machine

Fantastic experience: I called last minute today because I was in an extreme amount of pain. The lovely receptionist was able to answer all my questions and fit me in. Dr Kim was so lovely, funny and honest which helped me feel at ease. I have major issues with all my teeth and been to several dentist but I'd have to say this is by far the best ive been too. Fantastic experience: I have been to this dentist several times, once for a surgical operation. Each time I was treated with meticulous professionalism. Each treatment was painless. Before treatment options and their prices were explained to me – and it wasn't always the most expensive that was recommended. I am not being fleeced here. They are honest. The staff is courteous, friendly and touchingly considerate of my deficient hearing. This is the only dentist to make me – almost – look forward to the next toothache.

Fantastic experience: I was an emergency call in for my two wisdom teeth and they gave me an appointment straight away, walked in and it was literally the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I’m usually like most people and I’m usually so scared of the dentist but I walked in and the vibe was great, everyone was happy and smiling and the receptionist even makes you feel so welcomed and informed. The dentist knew exactly what to do and he took his time and made sure it was as painless as possible, I previously had them out at another dentist which was uncomfortable and nerve racking so being able to experience someone taking there time is amazing and by the end of it I didn’t even know he had pulled both of them out! Such a good place I had to write a review, saved me a good amount of $$ in comparison to other places too. Will forever be a returning customer. Amazing work guys.

Fantastic experience: I visited the dentist with a 3 years old child who was afraid of the dentist.The child began to cry and refused treatment, but Dr. Kim kept waiting for my child to calm down. Although she couldn't get dental treatment in the end, I'd like to thank Dr. Kim for waiting for my child for a long time. Fantastic experience: I got my 2 wisdom tooth extracted and I felt like a hime during the whole process. Dr. John explained every procedure very friendly and he is very experienced as one of mine was impacted in gum, but he get it pulled very proficiently.
