Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars I’ve been seeing Dr Greg Sclavos and Kay at Valley Dental since I was 6 years old, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Greg is incredibly gentle, patient, and professional, and Kay always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Their care has kept my teeth in excellent condition, and I’ve always felt comfortable and looked after. They genuinely treat you like family. Highly recommend Valley Dental — you’ll be in the best hands.

I drive all the way from the Gold Coast just to see him because he is truly the most gentle, caring, and professional dentist I have ever met. After several unsuccessful attempts with other dentists, Dr. Nelson restored my teeth to absolute perfection. His attention to detail is outstanding — not surprising given that he also holds a degree in dental technology, which really shows in the quality of his work. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Valley Dental in Fortitude Valley is a great place for children and adults having an issue with their teeth. My daughters at a very young age, two and three years got a front chip tooth and cavity. Dr Nelson Bayer is a great help to restore it and find a solution to our problem quickly. He is an expert to his field, smart, gentle and very experience. Staff and reception Çeline are very friendly and accommodating.

The newly completed renovation to the practise gives it a clean, modern, and professional feel like you are walking into a day spa. The staff are fantastic, super friendly and immediately put you at ease. Dr Bayer (insisting you call him Nelson) explains everything so you always know what’s going on. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Instead of the “dreaded waiting room”, we are treated to a relaxed atmosphere with perhaps your favourite TV show on view. I got the instant impression that this dental practice is really thinking about our emotional as well as our dental welfare. Compared to all my past dental encounters – Valley Dental is by far my number one choice. My wife and I walked out and we chatted about our “delightful” experience in the car on our way home. It was an absolutely stress free experience. We felt so confident that we are in the best hands possible. Everything was explained clearly, absolutely professional yet light hearted. I can’t praise this practice high enough. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Brisbane from Sydney for work and had recently had a wisdom tooth extraction which was giving me trouble. I contacted Valley Dental in the hopes of seeing someone as I had severe pain and feared infection. They were so unbelievably helpful and agreed to see me in 15 minutes of my call. All the staff were so lovely, caring and empathetic and the dentist sorted out my pain in no time at all. I’m so grateful to them and would highly recommend them any time. Fantastic experience: I don’t often write reviews but I had a lovely experience with Greg and his dental assistant! I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists feeling rushed and not listened to. Dental Valley was the opposite, they were friendly and professional and addressed any concerns I have. The clinic is beautiful and I felt welcome straight away from reception. I have found my new dentist and very happy about it!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! When we walked into Valley dental bit was so clean and beautiful! It was like going to a spa rather than a dentist. Everyone was so easy to talk to unlike other places that are stuffy and only talk about what you’re doing wrong. The dental assistant was so lovely and kind. Dr. Nelson Bayer was so gentle and always asked if I was doing ok. He built trust I never had with any other dentists. I found after I left I was already planning in my head what my future plans were like whitening asap! Great place highly recommend!
