Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist, Dr Franco was very impressive, taking a lot of time explaining processes and options for our three year old daughter. He was very sincere and practical treatment recommendations. Dr Franco was excellent with our daughter, ensuring that she was relaxed and happy throughout consultation/treatment, avoiding the need for a general anaesthetic . The reception and support staff led by Tanja was very supportive and professional. Highly recommend Dr Franco.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Andres and the team enough! I came in initially for jaw discomfort and frequent headaches, and Dr. Andres recommended a custom splint. I was skeptical at first, but the difference has been incredible — my headaches have completely disappeared, and my jaw feels so much better. Fantastic experience: Been going here for 4 years. Most thorough dentist I have seen, yet without exorbitant wait times [I have had to stop seeing a different dentist due to this in the past]. Very happy with a filling done, considering I have a low pain tolerance, it wasn't painful. It was left by a previous dentist (different practice) who didn't want to attempt it because it was on the side of the tooth. Very happy with the final result. Also impressed with how smooth the filling is, it feels like there was never a cavity there at all. (Also its seemingly rare that specialists run on time, they seemingly always are [this in itself doesn't make someone a good dentist, it's just a nice to have])

Negative experience: This review is based on multiple visits that both partner and I had to this dental clinic. We would not recommend them because of a number of reasons: -- They are not professional enough. -- Their prices are high. There are even better dental clinics in Liverpool which are more professional with modern technologies, but they charge less that this surgery. -- The doctors here failed to diagnose some tooth decays of mine and also failed to do proper treatment. This imposed a huge pain and significant costs on me later.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much, my teeth are so straight and beautiful now. He made sure to perfect my smile before he took my braces off today and he also gave them a clean today after taking off the braces. He is truly a professional and all the staff are so beautiful and kind. No pain or any discomfort. Even my 3 year old son loves coming for his check ups and is very comfortable with the dentist and his team. I'm glad I was referred to total smiles by my friend. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, wonderful staff. The dentist really knows his stuff and is highly experienced. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Had throbbing ear pain and major headaches and didnt know they were symptoms of teeth clenching and grinding. The dentist fixed my pain by ordering a splint which made a huge difference and now I wont sleep without it.

Fantastic experience: Wow, As per normal a great experience at this dental practice. Friendly, and very professional . Extracted a broken tooth and had a tooth added to the denture all within 24 hours. The dentist even drove with me to the dental mechanic to speed up the process of the denture repair. This action made him 4 minutes for his next patient, but that did not concern him to much, as he was to happy to get my denture repaired as soon as possible. What a great service by a fantastic team. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing severe neck and ear pain which was affecting my life. I had seen a few doctors and had investigations but no one could identify the cause of my pain. I found Dr Andres online and he has honestly changed my life. He took time to listen to my symptoms and did a thorough examination and identified my jaw as the cause of my pain and suggested a splint. Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I found Andres. Since the beginning of the year I was struggled with headaches and numbness to my face. I did see many doctors and dentist about it but no one did approach my problems as Andres did. He did use different technics on the first session to release all the pressure to my jaw. After my second treatment my headaches disappear in 90% and by my last appointment headaches we're history. All this process took no longer than a month, something that none of the doctor or dentist were able to help.
