His approach to dentistry is thoughtful, honest, and patient-centred — he focuses on treating the cause, not just the symptoms, and never recommends unnecessary work. It’s refreshing to have a dentist who truly believes in “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.” I couldn’t recommend him more highly for his professionalism, integrity, and care.

Fantastic experience: Demitri squeezed me in for an urgent appointment and worked out why I was in so much pain. He explained all my options and was very caring and kind. Later I went back to see him and he helped me again, on his day off. He made sure I knew what to do and who to call if I was experiencing any pain. They are an excellent team and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, clean and has all the latest equipment. The Smile Spot team do not cause any pain, they take all private health insurance claims, making sure you get the most benefit possible. My family have all been patients since 2003 & will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the smile spot is nothing short of exceptional. As soon as I arrived I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. The whole place feels highly professional yet deeply warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk were excellent and made everything very easy upon arrival. Shortly after I arrived, Hattie the dental assistant came to greet me with a wonderful warm energy and a big smile. She offered me a drink and took me into the room where I met Jackie who would be my dentist. She was very confident and reassuring. She inspired confidence and trust. Throughout the whole process I felt comfortable and in great hands. Jackie and Hattie really had my best interest at heart and took care of me every step of the way. The whole process was explained to me very simply. Jackie did an incredible job fixing my two front teeth (chipped) and transformed them into teeth that not only looked great but also had character, felt like my own and matched the rest the other teeth and my smile. A real artist! They also did an incredible job of cleaning/polishing my teeth and fixing my gums. Thanks to the Smile Spot, I have completely changed my smile and my confidence in photos has gone through the roof. I feel like I can smile properly and that a huge weight has been lifted. For anyone who feels self-conscious about their teeth contact the Smile Spot and find out how they can change your smile and your life; you owe to yourself.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad accident that saw me entirely fracture my left front tooth and hurt the roots of both of my front teeth. Dimitri went out of his way to see me first thing in the morning and conducted the surgery as soon as it was possible. The surgery was painless and I felt comfortable. Dimitri used lasering technology that most other dentists don't have that prevented me from losing my front tooth. My tooth looked visibly better than it did before the surgery (according to my friends!) I am SO greatful to Dimitri and can not recommend him more highly. He is the best dentist I have ever seen and is so much more affordable than anyone else I have been to. He will go out of his way to make sure that your problem is fixed as soon as possible and without pain. Thank you Dimitri!

Fantastic experience: My 19 year old daughter fell injuring her 3 front teeth and badly fracturing one - is was a disaster. Smile Spot to the rescue. We were seen immediately the next morning (a Saturday), and booked in for the full root canal and reconstruction. The results were amazing not only can't you not tell that anything happen, but some say my daughters teeth look better. Fantastic experience: I really like this place. Dr Thanos, the hygenists and his staff are always positive and give great advice. I like that the dentist always explains things and gives you options for treatment, which is honest and fair. I also like the freebie toothpaste and dental packs they give out. My last dentist used to charge me for it ! The only problem is that they are always booked far in advance, so booking early for a clean is a must!

Fantastic experience: As soon as I found this place I've never been anywhere else. The smile shop has some fantastic dentists and hygienists who are always friendly and helpful. They've done a great job on my teeth and have very reasonable prices. I have a modest phobia for dentists but they've been really good about explaining whats going on and what it will feel like so everyone is comfortable.
