Fantastic experience: Date visited: 9am, Friday the 20th This was my first visit to the clinic, and I was really impressed. I've tried other dental clinics before, but this one stood out for being exceptionally clean and equipped with modern technology. The environment felt fresh and professional. The medical receptionist was very helpful and patient, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Dr Ranjana took excellent care of my dental treatment. She explained everything clearly, showed me images of my teeth, and helped me understand what was going on. I felt informed and well looked after. The only downside was the dental assistant’s handling of the suction device — it was a bit rough, hooking onto my tongue and the side of my mouth several times. Perhaps it was her first day or she’s still in training, so I trust that will improve with time and experience. Overall, the communication from staff — from phone calls to in-person service — was warm and professional. Dr Ranjana and the team made a great impression, and I highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

My wife and daughter had positive experiences there, and eventually, my wife convinced me to get my teeth checked. I needed an urgent tooth extraction, and Dr. Voola was exceptional throughout the process. She was incredibly reassuring, and I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. As someone who is very anxious regarding all dental treatment and put their head in the sand for way too long I now recommend Advanced to everyone. Even getting my family members to swap over. Cassandra has made the process of getting my oral hygiene back to being near on perfect and I even began the process of Invisalign. My monthly visits are now something I do not see as an anxiety attack waiting to happen but a catch up. I enjoy coming to the dentist now as I feel welcomed and completely safe in Cassandra’s hands. For the first time ever I am smiling with my teeth showing and all my loved ones have been giving me compliments. Advanced have given me more confidence and happiness.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment from Dr Cassandra Voola for several years now and she has been absolutely amazing. Dr Cassandra does what is required in a quick and efficient manner. She has a great personality which is a bonus to receiving treatment from her. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I felt as though they had failed to communicate to me that I’d have to be 18 years of age to get fillers done without parental consent, even though I clearly stated my age and what I would like done prior to the appt. I felt belittled. Dr Cassandra had said to me “most teens come with their parents” which is very stereotypical, and it upset me as I unfortunately do not have that same support from my parent. Overall I feel as if I’d been taken advantage of and disrespected because of my age.

All the equipments are advanced. The dentist Dr. Victor Tan (UWA) is a lovely Dr, patience, caring, trustworthy and reliable, all of these qualities with him. The assistant, Ting Ting, also a caring person with great patience. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the whole procedure .I am very happy and satisfied with the work they have done.

I came in for a toothache, had some xrays done, and was presented with my options upfront. When I decided to get my tooth pulled, Dr. Victor was very gentle and understanding throughout, making sure I was ok the whole time. There was no judgement and no pain, and the tooth was extracted without hassle. They even called up the next day to check on how I was. Will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Victor! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Paul and his wonderful assistant at the Advanced Dental Spa in Thornlie. I had a dental emergency on Christmas Eve and went to this Thornlie dental clinic. I was confident in getting any help. The dental nurse made a call and Paul Chung, one of the resident dentists, returned to the clinic from another task and fixed my problem tooth there and then. He was proficient, friendly and kept me informed. I am very grateful and would recommend these professionals to anyone.
