Fantastic experience: For my dentist appointment, I was under the care of Dr Manesha Mahendran and Dental Assistant Chandri. The care provided made me feel comfortable, dignified, and well looked after, as both women were patient and kind in their manner, and their communication is always clear and cohesive. Furthermore, how could I forget the lovely administration team, who are genuine, warm and approachable, and have each clients schedules in mind when organising appointments. He always explains every procedure clearly before starting and answers all my questions patiently. Even after my visit, he calls to follow up and check how I’m doing — such a caring touch! For bigger procedures, he gives full clarity on what’s going to happen, how the healing works, and what to expect. My whole family is treated by him, and we all trust him completely ‍‍‍ The staff are super friendly and professional too — they always make us feel welcome. Fantastic experience: Saw doctor Ryan for a wisdom tooth removal over the past 6 months and had the best experience. Not only is he super kind, he also explains what he’s doing every step of the way so you feel fully informed going into any procedures. The reception staff are also wonderful and extremely helpful. Another perk of whitecaps for those in more tighter financial positions such as myself is that this practice offers Afterpay and Zip Pay, so you don’t have to compromise your health if you’re not in the best position with your finances. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental in the area!

Fantastic experience: Today was by far the best experience I’ve had at any dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Chelrarajah! I was a little nervous going in expecting severe pain from a teeth cleaning due to sensitive gums and a previous bad experience at another dentist, however he made it not only quick but enjoyable and I felt very relaxed throughout with only little pain. He even gave me heads up before cleaning extra sensitive areas of my gums which i greatly appreciate! And it wasn't even that bad. I’m extremely happy with today’s service. And i now have positive motivation to take better care of my teeth. The dental assistant and receptionist were both extremely lovely and very inviting as well. Safe to say I’ve found my forever dentist!

Fantastic experience: After going to another dentist who did a crown on my 1st molar. Cost 2 k After original dentist messed and changed my bite from crown with out telling me that’s was his intention. The crown was causing me headaches and pain. My teeth were no lining up. After going back to original dentist who gaslighted me and told me to give it time and get use to it and even laughed at me I felt helpless. After 1month it wasn’t getting better and getting worse. Dr Manesha was very understanding and shave crown down so know it’s feels so much better! Highly recommended her. Any further dental work I will be hitting her up love her vibe not like other dentists I’ve encountered. Brendan
