Fantastic experience: I suffer from dentophobia, but my experience at Dental Focus completely changed my perception of dental treatment. Dr Chu was exceptionally compassionate and made the entire process so much more comfortable. Most importantly, the procedure was far easier than I expected — I didn’t even realise when my wisdom tooth was out!

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience at Dental Focus in Strathfield, and I'm truly grateful! Dealing with severe dental anxiety, the thought of getting my wisdom teeth removed had been looming over me for quite some time. However, Dr. Lim completely changed my perspective. Not only was he incredibly kind and understanding, but his expertise and thorough explanations of each step made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, providing frequent breaks throughout the procedure. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Lim for his exceptional care and compassion!

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Yunho. Very patient, professional and gentle . Took the time to to explain my treatment options . Was able to get in easily for an emergency consultation and charged very reasonably. It is extremely rare that I give anyone 5 stars.

Negative experience: During my initial visit to this clinic, Dr. Kay Park conducted my dental cleaning. Unfortunately, we commenced the appointment 30 minutes behind schedule. Despite having undergone cleanings at various clinics in the past, this proved to be an exceptionally painful experience. Midway through the procedure, I had to request gentleness due to discomfort, but my plea went unheeded. I even sought a brief water break to alleviate my mouth, yet my request was denied, leaving me feeling quite helpless. Dr. Park appeared to be in a hurry to expedite the process, completing it within 25-30 minutes, whereas other clinics typically take nearly an hour. Moreover, she omitted the polishing step. It seemed evident that she was prioritizing speed, perhaps to adhere to her subsequent appointments punctually. The overly aggressive approach to a routine procedure has left me with pain on the lower right side of my teeth and difficulties in biting or chewing.

Fantastic experience: Dental Focus Strathfield has a good team of qualified, experienced dentists and administrative personnel and always provides the best care of not only my dental problems but my whole family. I will definitely have this clinic take care my dental health for a long term.

Fantastic experience: I brought my young boys for their biannual teeth clean and I really appreciate the friendliness from all the staff, especially Dr Ryan . My boys had a great time at the dentist .. which is something not many kids would say .

Negative experience: If you want proper dental care, do not visit here. You must listen to me otherwise you have to come back to re treatment again and again. I have never ever visited dental like here. 적절한 치과 진료를 원하신다면 절대 방문하지마시길. 그렇지 않으면 당신은 재 진료를 위해 재방문을 해야할것이며 당신의 소중한 돈과 시간, 치아를 손해볼 것입니다. 이곳에서 진료를 받은것을 매우 후회하고 있습니다. 잘못 치료가 된 치아를 위해 다른 치과를 방문하였고 소비하지 않아도 될 시간, 돈을 다시 쓰게 되었습니다. 별 한개도 남기고 싶지않네요.

Negative experience: My wife's just had an extremely unpleasant experience with the dentist named Sumin Lee. wouldn't be able to comment about her skill 'cause we only visited there once but we can imagine how she would do as we saw how unfriendly she treated my wife and kids. I would avoid this dentist if you don't want to get frustrated with her attitude.

Negative experience: The Dentist sent both my kids off for xrays as he thought they might need braces. So, after more time and money spent getting two sets of xrays and then a follow up appointment at the dentist (with an afternoon off work) we were told they were too young for braces as they still had some baby teeth. They could have told us that in the first appointment, they had the baby teeth then too! Complete waste of time and money and they didn't even seem to understand why I was unhappy. Definitely won't be back.

Fantastic experience: I ( patient name Lenny Lim) had 2 filling done yesterday by Dr Danny Chung. His relax and calming demeanor put me at ease while I was on the chair. He also allowed me to keep my headphone on as I hate the drilling sound. He is very skilled and did everything quickly with precision. Dr Danny is also very friendly, would really recommend him.
